Champ with IES provided the most timely and satisfactory service installing my Control4 home automation system. My entire is home is wired with the most flawlessly functional system. I Couldnt recommend he or his team more.

We had an 8:30 AM appointment for a simple job at our house. When I called at 8:45 to see if Chase was still planning to show, I was told that something came up, and that he would be calling me. It’s now 10AM and I haven’t heard a word about rescheduling. I’m a reasonable and flexible person, but I’m not tolerant of being disrespected by a company or its employees. Basic business etiquette requires a business to contact customers if they can’t meet their commitments. Apparently IES didn’t get that memo.
