No one was in the bakery but we really wanted caramel apples and the gentleman that was in the self checkout came over and helped us out and took care of us in the best way that he knew how. Stopped by to get a few things that i needed before making the long trip back to Challis! This store has everything you need! The store has long long aisles of food and products for whatever your needs! Even a sushi bar! Super awesome with great employees and friendly people!

The lady in the beef station who worked around 2.00-3.00 pm said the word ”SHIT” to me. I just bought a lot of beef because I had to. It was my wrong to buy numerous beef?? Or that is your job?? Orr I made you work hard?? If you want to limit me, just tell me a policy. You told me like I a criminal. Preparing work is your job? Thank you

I have to buy my produce here and it always spoils so quickly. I get very frustrated throwing out so much of it. It is not that I do not use it quick enough. It is just old when it gets there. I bought a yellow bell pepper to put in a salad for our dinner that night and when i cut into it, it was moldy already. There flowers are the same way many times. The petals fall off very quickly. Also, watch the prices at the check out. I have been charged double several times and many times the prices are not the same. I really dislike this store and try my hardest to shop anywhere but there must of the time.

Albertsons in hailey is well stocked with a large variety of groceries, especially for health minded person.

All of the employees are friendly, helpful and very energetic. My only reason behind giving it a 3 star is due to lack of face mask requirements. Over 60+ people in the store and 15% wear masks.

I have noticed a few times after getting home that the listed sale prices were not honored on my receipt. Tonight was just such an occasion. The sale price for an item was listed as 1.99 with a limit of 2. I took a picture of the sale price just in case. At the register, I saw that the items rang up as 3.99. I pointed it out to the cashier and she wouldnt honor the advertised price. She rudely told me that I can take it up with the manager. I feel that this is deceitful. If you are advertising a sale and then not honoring the sale price, that is basically theft. I wonder how much money customers are being swindled out of by not looking at their receipt.

Basic Albertsons on the northern edge of hailey.Lots of foods at ok prices for the area.Only Starbucks in the area is in there.

Everytime I need something at the pharmacy, there is a long wait. In addition, due to the counter person not knowing the computer system or whatever, Ive had to return multiple times and call my doctor to verify a refill ordered was sent, when in fact the prescription was there all the time! Always a frustrating experience to go there...

I’m a local. I don’t like Albertsons. It has very strange organization. Not only is ATKINSON’S better (as it is a local business), but they treat their employees better too. I know some people who have worked at Albertsons in the past and the management was not supportive of them, nor were they organized. If you’re going through Hailey, please take a two minute drive south to ATKINSON’S, where the food is better and they’re good to their employees.

This store is always packed and hard to navigate. Their organization and layout is horrible. You cant fit two carts side by side. I spend thirty minutes in there when I need 3 things because is it such a disaster.

These people at this location are the happiest people on earth. Every time a customer asked about something (like where is something in their store) they not only get an answer to there question they get the answer with a HUGE smile on their face (you have to be there to appreciate what Im describing). The only way to describe this location is HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY.VERY GOOD FOR BUSINESSI HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS

Even though this is the largest grocery store in our little valley, it still feels like small town Idaho. Friendly, familiar and very helpful staff generally. Sometimes cashiers can be a bit despondent, but I cant really blame them as they work long days and this place can be insanely busy at times. I would recommend checking your receipt as I often catch mistakes (seem more often caused by erroneous back office programming and rarely cashier negligence).

Since I dont live in Hailey, Idaho I only shop at Albertsons when they have their senior discount day once a month, then I load up on the staples. 10% for folks over 55, another 10% off one time if you get your vaccinations at the pharmacy there. Good deal!

I had to quickly run into the store to find and buy a odd non food item and those I asked knew where I could find it... I was in and out in a jiffy the store employees were very friendly and helpful... I was a very happy customer... thank you!!

The employees are very nice, the store is always clean, produce, meat department, deli and bakery are great. Also there is a growler station, pharmacy, floral department, and pharmacy. We often get things from the deli, and the bakery. Their fresh french bread is so yummy.

Much drama with ever changing staff. If its not on sale the price may be quite high. Always wanting my phone number, or wanting me to play games. But also some nice people....however even they looked stressed.

Just cause now they belong to a big chain of stores, the prices are not as high as before. And thats a good thing, specially cause we dont have to drive to Twin Falls for groceries. Als the new app that gives you discounts is great. Friendly staff

I detest having to go to this store .... It stresses me out in ways I dont want to be stressed. You got a bunch of inconsiderate people with a bunch their kids just running around wild, and if they happen to have their kids in a shopping cart its in one of these giant shopping carts shaped like a race car that takes up almost all of an isle ... Albertsons have a tendency to eliminate things that I like to buy on a constant basis... And never replaces it with anything as good or better... The checkout lines, even though they boast to never leave more than three customers inline, written right on their check stand.. they might have 3 Checkers at the busiest time of the day with an easy five to seven people waiting in line at each one of them and never open another lane.... And God forbid if you have 16 items in your car and not 15 the person working the register in the fast lane will not check you out and tell you as much in a rude way. Even though they are just leaning on their ass yapping with another employee..... They stock things too high for the average height or smaller person, almost every time I visit someone asks me to reach something down for then.... It seems most of the price breaks or discounts offer you only a price break if you buy multiples of the product, I live alone... I do not need 5 of something to get my little discount... Overall I find myself going to Albertsons less and less these days....

Albertsons is an great grocery store with reasonable prices. They have a wide variety of items and good sales. Definitely check out the growlers if you are a beer person.

This rating is for their sushi we tried for the first time tonight. The rice they use is unpleasant. Taste was marginal and it did not hold together well. Dont meed their sushi again.

I stopped by Albertsons to get a cup of coffee but walked by the sushi and couldnt resist taking some to go, especially when Deysi and Jesus greeted me with a smile. I recommend their shusi, its very fresh, the veggies are crunchy, and every bite is savory.

I enjoy that Albertsons retains the same staff over the last 5 years. The prices are sometimes more expensive than a City Market in Colorado, but they are competitive in the SV area. Make sure to use their Albertsons app, and once you select a coupon, make sure to go to my list and check it off in order to get the coupon price. The staff are great at helping with actual flyer coupons as well. At this location, there is a limited amount of fresh sushi made daily, a salad bar, soup bar, olive bar, wing bar, and hot & cold deli. Always friendly service. Oh, and if you like fried chicken, check out their Cheep Chicken on Monday!

Best Albertsons in entire state of Idaho. Super friendly employees, great location in the Wood River Valley especially with the colorful fall foliage. I always find what i am looking for at the Hailey Albertsons.

They did a remodel over a year ago which opened up the very nice produce section. The only draw back is the shelves are higher. Being in a resort community, the prices are higher than other stores.

I love this store for so many reasons. They people working there are the best in the country. Helpful, funny, on top of the task at home.

Convenient great meat sales

I got two burritos and some fries or potato wedges from the deli, 2 hours later I was throwing up uncontrollably. I know theres not very many options for working man to grab a lunch in this town but you can bet on the fact I will not be eating at the Albertsons Deli ever again. This experience took place on 3/23 2018 at 1:26 p.m.

Totally impressed with the wine and beer selection at this huge, clean grocery store. Having a Starbucks inside near the back door is awesome too.

For an Albertsons the prices are pretty good and the selection of organics is not too bad either. I like this location because they share a parking lot with a gas station and it’s very convenient.

Best place in the Valley to buy wine/beer. They are upping their organic offerings! Also, least expensive for cases of Last Croix.
