We have ordered curbside pick up multiple times from here and always have issues. Mostly having to weight excessive amount of time to not receiving certain items they say we receive. Shopping in store is far better.

It was clean and organized. Found close parking. Door greeters should ask a couple people for a receipt so that they don’t make the specific person the want to ask like they’re being picked on for some reason. There was a long line at self check out but they have many of them so it went pretty quick. They have a great variety of things. Found everything I needed and more.

Great that they now have more self check outs. But wow some of the inventory is absolute! But non the less great prices and there trying to stock up as quickly as they can 😊

Shelves were very empty. Will have to go back tomorrow or to publix. Staff at checkouts were playing around shouting at each other. Very unprofessional and childlike.

Love their free pick up!! Folks who load your car are quick, respectful and hard working. So far all my orders have great and if there there is a substitute they are clear on letting you know and giving you the choice to keep it or refuse it

Love saving money and pretty confident they will have what I came in to buy in this particular store in Haines City - from groceries, to household, electronics, garden and more. With the self-checkouts I also have the option to maintain social distancing in these challenging times. Add that to free online shopping service with efficient helpful service people at curbside pickup and they offer the whole package.

Very disappointed with cost of wash and blow dry of mothers hair. Could have dropped my teeth when total was $45. They tried to trim her hair. Its never been cut. They didnt respect her and asked me if they could trim it and I said her and her, 4 daughters have never trimmed or cut our hair. Dont know if that was why they would over charge her. Unbelievable. Not a happy customer of Salon services

Why have 20 registers but only 3 people at them 2 greeters at each door who dont do that! Why not self check out with the greeters watching 4 register each? Even better yet! Have them bag for the customer cuts losses its win win!

Poor customer service. Associates standing around talking to others and ignoring paying customers. You just lost a big sale!!

I give this in regards to their pharmacy. Just approaching it you can see a complete lack of organization. The people behind the counter are slow and not much of a clue on anything beyond ringing up customers. Get some trained people behind that counter that knows how to answer a question beyond using Im not really sure on that.. Open your drop off counter so we dont have to wait in the other line.

Way better than your standard Walmart store. Had to do some shopping here while on vacation and my daughter found a random teddy bear that was on clearance but had no tag. The lady Dayna called her manager or supervisor over and she helped me search the store and when we couldnt find it she gave me a very fair price for my daughter. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service.

I can never find an employee on the floor to help me find stuff. They all seem not willing to help. Plus there are hardly employees seen any way. The few dont want to help or tell you they dont know or point in a direction of where they think the product is without offering to go with you and assist. Most Walmarts seem to be this way. Its even worst now that they are renovating and everything has been changed up in the store. You literally cant find anything. The app does not have the same locations as the store currently has the stuff. Walmart employees need more customer service training!

I wish I could rate zero stars. My husband bought an item from electronics for $80 which was spider wrapped. When he got to the car to check it out, the box was empty. The cashier sold him an empty box. When my husband went in to clarify the situation management was incredibly rude and made him wait another 45 minutes before telling him to come back to speak with security. THEN when he comes back to speak to the security manager, all he says is we can’t do anything especially because you left The store. THEY LITERALLY TOLD HIM TO LEAVE AND COME BACK WHEN SECURITY COMES IN. Luis Rodriguez, the security personnel, was extremely rude and could not care less about the situation they put us in. He wouldn’t even provide us with customer service number. 10/10 would not recommend this store. Actually, the company.

I feel this this location is ok but they can do better to help there customer. It’s ok not that bad.

It was horrible. The staff was not knowledgeable about the services offered by Walmart. Instead of telling me they werent familiar with what i was trying to do they told me it was not possible. When in fact it is she i actually performed what they said was not possible

Poor customer service. I lost my car keys somewhere in the store and went to the service desk and the manager there just simply told me she didn’t have them. Did not even bother to ask any of the employees if they’d seen any. the second time I came back to leave my information with her another employee overheard me talking and asked me what I was looking for and was glad to help me find my keys (which she did). the mod was just terribly rude and if i left it up to her i would be out of luck. and not to mention the store is always disgustingly dirty.

They need more cashiers, friendlier staff, and would it hurt to actually pick up the phone? What is customer service without customer service? Why is the amazing lady in the fitting room the only person that cares about answering the phone. If it wasnt for her I would have assumed the store was closed. Beautiful store but human resources needs to be fired.

It wasnt too busy and was able to pick up what we needed in a decent amount of time, just didnt get my grandson no uncrustables that he loves so off to publix

The isles were cramped. The employees they did have were unhelpful and rude. There were only 2 human cashiers, the rest was all self check. If I have to cash myself out then they need to lower their prices. Its not like they have actual human cashiers to pay. I wont be back in this Walmart!! Worst Walmart experience Ive ever had.

Auto Services are Quick Paced in the morning. Although they took away all the seating throughout the whole store so there is no where to sit unfortunately. Being that I am 8 months pregnant, I would sure appreciate somewhere where I could sit down while I get my car oil changed. I honestly had to pull out a chair from the garden center.

If it wasnt for their prices I would never shop there. The rudest people none english speaking most uninformed employees to ever work for a company. Its like they show up for work just to stock shelves and stair at you. Boy how walmart has become such a disappointment over the years. I remember when they used to come up to u and ask if u needed help. Of course that was in other states maybe its just Florida walmarts.

I would love to give it 5 stars but i wont. I been using the grocery pick up service for a while and I have only got 2 problems: #1 that whomever is doing my order is not looking the dates on salads that I purchase on reg basis they expire a day or two after I pick them up and #2 the produce is not checked either I got a bag of potatoes that I had to throw out a few days later it had a rotten potato inside and damaged all the other ones, same happens when I get apples. When Im at the store I see them rushing to get the orders done for people and thats fine if thats how they have to do it but QUALITY should be #1 above all else.

Some of the Great Value Walmart brand cranberry mix juices are overpriced And over $3.50, while some of the prices of other varieties of the same line are little over $2.50. The prices on the shelves are somewhat confusing, and I was surprised when I got home and looked at the receipt. I feel that all of the varieties should be the same price.

Please, more *Made In USA* Products and less China. In other words: Great prices and more quality...*Made In USA*.

Management is subpar. The store is always filthy. Most of the employees are extremely rude and most dont even speak english. I waited for over 45 minutes for someone to show upat the sporting goods counter and this was after the store paged someone 3 separate times. If there were another store similar that was close by I would never shop at the Haines City Walmart again. Unfortunately Walmart knows there isnt one so they dont care.

Lord have mercy. Too busy, too crowded, challenging to move around aisles because stocking was going on and it was after 10:00 am. Dont they stock overnight anymore? So stressed out I completely forget to get what I originally went to look for. Maybe Ill go back 4 hours earlier next time.

It was great didnt wait long in the lines and was able to get everything I needed.

What a shambles, went to take back failed battery for warranty replacement. Waited 20 minutes before being served, only one person. Associate immediately left for lunch as I arrived to the counter. Waited for another associate, I tested my battery said it was bad. Went to do the exchange needed to wait for manager. Took over 30 minutes for the manager to arrive whose keys that did not work in the register. Lets wait another 5-10 minutes for another manager to bring the correct keys. Horrible experience.

Davenport walmart is ok just the aisles were to narrow to get around comfortably.

It appeared to be out of stock or low stock on a lot of items. Store was busy and not enough registers open for the amount of people trying to check out. It would be a good idea to convert the store into a Sams Club which is greatly needed in this area.

A mad house... the store is unorganized. The stores in Michigan are totally different. The workers were very nice!

Needed 2 new tires while traveling and they were in stock and available for purchase. Was told it would take 90 minutes but the tires job was finished in least than a hour. We were able to hug, kiss, say until next time and head back home.

Everything is here is fine but almost everytime Ive gone to ask an employee where something is ( I don’t go to Walmart alot) they don’t speak a lick of English! It’s hard to want to shop somewhere when you and them are searching the store for an employee that speaks the language of the country you’re in. Speak Spanish fine but to work in a store you should speak English .

I actually liked the fact they had more Spanish food items that are not available in Middleburg, Florida.

This rating came about the Walmart+ grocery delivery. Not as a whole store but if 1 department fails unfortunately the store suffers. Im a daily Walmart shopper but today I decided to place a delivery order since I had time restrictions and the service was available so I decided to place a grocery delivery order which I paid for express delivery which is supposed to be delivered within a time slot. I placed my order and the driver was literally 5 minutes away because you can track your order when your order its picked up, then for whatever reason my order was cancelled. Just like that, cancelled! For get what plans you had because apparently when a order is cancelled which I was charged for, you need to place another order and if there is no time slots available you are out of luck like I was. I was on the phone with the online grocery department and even they couldnt get a hold of anyone in the store. Supposedly the landline wasnt getting picked up and a cellphone was turned off. I advise not to use the Walmart+ delivery for items you need on the date of delivery.

Since the pandemic I limit my Walmart trips. I am thankful the associates ask me if I need help and help me find what Im looking for. They are usually cleaning the bathroom when I get there but that could just be my timing. I go later in the day but alas they are always busy. The lines can get lengthy but the self check out usually goes pretty decent. Im usually in and out.

Used to be a great store but prices have increased over other Walmart stores. Only had 3 lanes open and selection was not very good, especially shoes for 1 year old boy. All girl shoes and only 2 boys shoes to choose from. I will not be back. I will go to the Walmart on old lake Wilson.
