I come here to have my eyelashes done by Jessica. The salon itself is super cute, they have changed the layout a few times in the last few months. Its always cute and always clean. There is a resident small dog, super cute and very chill. Jessica does a good job on my eyelashes, very satisfied with my lashes. I am planning to get my hair done soon too. I recommend having Jessica do your eyelash extensions.

I made an appointment cold, for a style on my wedding day. The front desk rearranged appointments to accommodate my schedule. The girls were great and my hair was styled exactly as I wanted it. And....it stayed all day, even with the wind. A bit pricey for a curl and style of short hair, but totally worth it! A big thank you to the staff!!

What a fun salon. When the day is brought down for many saddening reasons, this crew just turned me around and made me look good too! I really needed the attention to my roots and they tracked it a San awesome team. I highly recommend going and checking it out for yourself! It was a great last minute opportunity too!

I have been Mizu now for 5 plus years for haircuts and now coloring. They totally updated my look and I get a ton of compliments. Amy does my haircut and coloring and she is awesome. The vibe is also great as everyone is extremely friendly. By far the best place on the coast to get professional styling!

One would never think of finding a high-end salon in such a small community, but here it is...Mizu. The salon is loaded with talent: hair cutters, colorists,and stylists abound. They offer full services in waxing, facials and massage. They even have an eyelash specialist. This is a one-stop shop thats hard to beat when it comes to professionalism. Oh, yes, they are even dog-friendly. As for prices for the services they offer, they are within reasonable range. Best of all...youre gonna love your hair.

Alex is great!Im a guy and usually go to a barber or one of those chop shops in the strip mall. My wife went to MZ and said she liked the people and saw other guys there. I decided to give it a try and felt comfortable going there. Best cut Ive had in years. I see Alex and she consistently does a great job. Nice people, really great atmosphere, excellent and consistent cut. Guys wont feel out of place here.

This is the second time I have been to this salon. I have bleached and dabbed my hair for over a decade. A simple solution, apply a color like T 18 which is a purple/blue hue. The specialist for this salon berated me about what I needed and how it would take 4 hours! Then what I pointed to an individual with a tone I was shooting for, she replied shes a freaking Mexican Both times, rude and Ill informed staff. Skip it. UPDATE!!! I went to Sally Beauty Supply, bought 2 colors of toning color (ASH BLONDE), followed the instruction and my hair looks AMAZING. Hard to believe I spoke to the Color Specialist.

The staff at Mizu Salon always go out of their way to make sure your visit is the best, from the time you walk through the door until they put the finishing touches on your hair. I can always depend on Carla and all the others to make me look my best. I also love the luxurious facials by Rachel. The Aveda products are my favorite, especially the hair color. Highly recommend!

My first visit, Alex cut my hair and another gal did the color. I loved it. The atmosphere and friendliness there always impresses me.Last time I had Jessica touch up my roots and cut my bangs, and I felt great when I left, like Id had a full service. Try it!

I love Mizu! Camille always does a fabulous job with my hair color and cut. My hair never looks better than when I leave the shop.

I have had 2 great experiences at Mizu Salon in HMB. Amy has done a wonderful job on my haircuts and styles! I have lots of thick hair and Amy knows just how to handle it! The relaxing hand massages are a wonderful treat as well. I live in Sacramento, but I will be back.

Before I moved from SF to HMB, I was worried I wouldnt find a cutter and colorist like the ones I saw at 77 Maiden Lane in the City. I didnt have to worry. Carla and her crew have consistently given me great service for the nearly 20 years I have been going to her. They listen to my desires and also give their suggestions, which usually turn out better than what I had in mind. I also love that they are a full-service salon, with mani, pedi, make-up and tanning services. Last but not least, they are dog-friendly, so I can bring my little doggie and see doggies other customers--and stylists--bring. Kudos to Mizu!

I whent to Mizu to cut my hair three months ago. I have really curly hair and I never wear it straight. Now three months later I decided to flatten my hair and I realize how un even it is. I decided to give them a call and ask if I can come over and have them fix my hair that is so horribly cut. The lady says they cant fix my hair without charging me for another haircut. This wasnt horrible experience and I suggest you stay as far away from Mizu with your hair as possible. I would never recommend going ther.

After getting my hair butchered at another salon I went hunting for a new place.
