Best customer service ever. You sent them an email and get a response within a couple hours the most. Always friendly and helpful. I have had my range hood for almost 10 years and using it couple hours every day. Finally needed a new blower motor, which Andrew helped me order. Item arrived within 3 days. It’s like a brand new range hood. I’ll never buy any other brand again.

The hood arrived on time. It looks really good. Its a little darker than the pictures but I like it better or maybe its just my lighting. Installation wasnt too bad. Getting it all level was the hardest part. One if the clamps that hold 1 of the 6 hanging wires was missing so I had to improvise a little and get something from home depot that worked. After that wired it up and it sucks up the fumes pretty good. It definitely looks great and Im happy with it.

Extremely disappointed, never received the items as promise and rescheduled and didn’t received and didn’t hear from anyone and I still didn’t get, maybe the design is nice but the promising to get you shipping on time forget about it.

We purchased the Aqulina exhaust hood because our stovetop is on an island. I do a lot of cooking and this hood removes about 95% of all cooking odors. Its GREAT! What is even better is how beautiful it looks. Several people have remarked that it looks like a piece of art. It has become the central focus of our kitchen. We couldnt be happier. I didnt give it 5 stars because the lights in the underside of the hood have needed replacement. After opening them to replace the bulbs, they dont close completely. The tech support people at Futura Futura have been extremely helpful in this regard. They have sent me replacement fixtures. All in all, this hood is extremely functional and extremely beautiful. I would recommend it to anyone.
