I highly DO NOT recommend this shop.I sent my 1991 Alfa Romeo Spider instrument cluster in for repair and recalibration because The Tachometer and temperature gauge were not working. They repaired the Tach and Temp gauge but my fuel gauge was not functioning correctly when the instrument cluster returned. They insisted it was the wiring in my car because they had a video of my fuel gauge working on their test bench. This repair cost me $550ish.So I took my 1991 Alfa spider to my friends house who has the exact same 1991 Alfa Romeo spider and we swapped instrument clusters. My friends fuel gauge worked perfectly in my car. That is proof it is not my cars wiring.I foolishly sent the cluster back to Dashboard instructing them to repair my fuel gauge they jacked up. And while it was with them I asked them to look at my speedometer. It will stop functioning when the car has been sitting in the hot sun. But returns to functioning once the interior of the car has cooled down. They asked me to tell them what the low and high ohms range should be for my Fuel gauge. They should know this! Right? So they reset the fuel gauge to the ohms settings I provided and supposedly tested the entire cluster in a heated environment to test the speedometer. They said my speedometer and fuel gauge were working and wanted to charge me another $300ish dollars. I argued a bit that i didn’t owe them anything for the fuel gauge repair because they caused that issue. They agreed and removed that repair cost. Then charged me another $200 for the speedometer testing. $150 for test and $50 for shipping.The cluster is returned to me. The fuel gauge half ars works(maybe my fault since I gave them the ohm range). The speedometer does not work at all anymore. I emailed to complain and once again their “automated” admin insists it is my cars wiring. So I go back to friends house to swap clusters again to prove its not my cars wiring. I installed his cluster in my car and the speedometer works perfectly. I sent them a video of my friends cluster working in my car.They are ignoring me now!After reading numerous reviews for Dashboard it seems to be pretty Common for instrument clusters to be returned after repair with fuel gauge and/or speedometer not working.The common denominator here is Dashboard. So common sense tells me Dashboard does not know how to repair all instrument clusters. And Dashboard should not be asking me what ohm range my fuel gauge should be set too.Dashboard instrument cluster repair is incompetent! And very over priced!

They repair and sell clusters for cars and commercial trucks very nice people and honest I had taking first to speedometer in Fort Lauderdale they had it for a week and didn’t do anything to repair it. Took it to this place and with in 3 hours they repaired the inner workings lights buzzer and glass replacement awesome highly recommend it

TERRIBLE DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATION OF MY CLUTSTER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I decided to send a costumers instrument cluster to this company for a incorrect fuel gauge reading . Our repair software gave us specific instructions on how to test the fuel gauge circuit resistance we determined the resistance to be way off. There were instructions on the repair sheet to check fuel gauge for incorrect reading when I sent the cluster to them. I received a call from them and they said they tested the cluster and found it to be operational and had me pay $180 to ship it back to me. When I received the cluster back we tested it again found it to be the same resistance way off. I called and spoke to the technician and he said they tested it and found it was working by only plugging the cluster in and the gauge made a sweep and worked. THIS IS ONLY A WAY A AMATURE WOULD TEST ELECTRONICS NOT A PROFESSIONAL ELECTRONICS REPAIR COMPANY SHOULD BE TESTING PARTS FOR $180 I asked for a refund they said send the cluster back. Sorry I will not trust them with the cluster so they can charge who knows what to retest it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY use circuit board medics google it

I found these ppl on ebay and Amazon/ internet. I happen to get a load to Florida and went to see them directly... I own a 1996 volvo wia 64 tes. And the dash from volvo is over 3500.00 new .. these guys went over the top to repair my dash like new and saved me thousands... I recommend these ppl to anyone hands down

Sent John Deere instrument cluster to have hour meter fixed. Everything else functioned properly. When I received the panel the tach, fuel gauge and 4WD indicator did not work. Called regarding the issues. They offered no assistance. Had an issue with my 25 year old Corvette cluster. Removed it and, reluctantly sent it to these people for analysis. They received it intact, checked it, called me back and shipped it back in a half a day. Just received it back, in perfect condition. Super experience, especially with Kathy. Beware of VW immobilizer repairs with this company! 2007 VW Beetle 2.5L. Diagnosed by local VW dealer as having a bad instrument cluster. Called this place, they said yes, we can fix it no problem. Shipped there, got it back, installed it - didnt fix my problem. Called explained the issue and was told it was a data issue and they cannot repair that. Was told they fixed multiple things wrong with the cluster, but the issue I sent it there for - was not resolved. I asked for my money back - nope. Cant do that is what I was told. Im out $150.00 and still have a car that wont start.

Reading the reviews, i was skeptical but being close to my place i decided to give these guys a chance and im glad i did. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them with an open heart.

I received a quote to repair the odometer in my dash cluster of $150.00. That was the only thing in the cluster that was not working, the speedometer and the other gauges working correctly. I packaged the cluster up and sent it off to them. A few days later I received a phone call that they wanted to replace some additional parts, I believe a stepper motor for the speedometer, for an additional $200.00. I asked if it, and everything else, was still working correctly and was told “Yes”. So, since everything else was working, I elected not to spend the additional $200.00. I was then told they would not provide a Warranty on the cluster if I did not spend the extra $200.00.After they finished the odometer repair, I received an email invoice for the repair of a “Total of $150.00”, which I promptly paid through PayPal. Next I received another email telling me they “Forgot” to tell me I owed them another $20.00 to ship my cluster back to me. I can only assume they added that because I didn’t take them up on their additional $200.00 to replace a $20.00 stepper motor. Their website leads you to believe they normally pay return shipping.I put the cluster back in the car and the odometer is now working, but not calibrated correctly, and now the speedometer is reading about 12 to 15 % high and the gas gauge is reading ¼ low. Both were working correctly before the odometer was repaired.I sent them an email describing the problems and asked what we needed to do to fix the issues. Daniel called me back and said there was nothing they did that could have caused the problems. In fact he rudely accused ME of trying to SCAM THEM and refused to do anything about it.Daniel also said that I “Freaked Out, was impolite, verbally abused, bullied and threatened” their office manager, electronics technician, and receptionist. The only people I ever spoke to were Daniel and one other person, when we were discussing what the extra $200 charge was going to be for and the extra $20.00 shipping. I have been the professional business world for over 50 years and would never treat any business or customer the way Daniel has tried to portray me. I think they were just upset I called their bluff on spending the extra $200.00. . I’ll now have to find another company who can fix whatever needs to be repaired and see if it was done maliciously.Apparently they have a lot of satisfied customers, so I don’t know why he picked me to go on a rant about. All I ever wanted was to get my odometer fixed.After the way I was treated, by them trying to force me into more than doubling their estimate, and refusing to honor their warranty, I sure don’t want them working on anything of mine again.
