Ive been sitting here for 10 minutes trying to put my thoughts on paper.And for the first time, words escape me.Long story shortened: bought a car about two months ago from a mechanic. brakes acting up. Car doesnt feel right. He swears everything has been checked, new front brakes, yadda yadda yadda....lies lies lies. Went to another mechanic in Kendall. Asked him to please check the car and brakes. Changed the front rotters and pads. changed radiator cap. Good to go, he said. Trusted that. Turns out that the radiator had a major leak (see first two pictures). Hoses have to be replaces third picture shows leaks. Charging system has a short in a main cable, fourth pic. Engine filter (fifth pic). Tires were bad, needed 4.Can someone please explain to me how TWO seasoned mechanicswould let a woman drive in a car that is obviously in need of repair and dangerously so?Went to replace the tires at Tire Kingdom on Hallandale Beach Blvd. today. Finally got to the bottom of everything that is wrong with this car.Lamar and Tim, managers, were indeed ready to help. They performed acomplete vehicle comprehensive inspection. and three hours later had a full report in my hands and an explanation of each.Gave me various discounts and even changed the brake lights at no cost to me. They both went far and beyond their duties to make sure that the car would be safe for me to drive.Finally, I knew exactly what was wrong with the car and what I had to do.Thank You Lamar and Tim for not only doing your jobs, but going the extra step to assure someones safety. I highly reccommend Tire Kingdom in Hallandale.

I woke up getting ready for work and saw my tire was damaged! I live so far from work that I definitely didn’t want to drive with my spare. I walked in to this Tire Kingdom with no appointments and just hoping they would see me. I was the first one there and the associate Timmoy was so sweet and understanding. He took a look at my car and said he would try to work around the appointments to get me out ASAP. The tire price was so reasonable. Thanks to the boys at the shop, I got a job well done at a reasonable price and was out in under an hour! I have to get more work done on my car that wasn’t as immediate as today and I have already booked my next appointment with them! Totally recommend.

I was there to get new tires for my car, staff was very friendly and very professional.. was extremely helpful answered all of my questions.. Surroundings was very clean and comfortable. Was very pleased with my service. Did not have an appointment and they got me in and out in good time. Was very pleased and very happy would recommend this location to anyone.

I stopped by to check on my vehicle and found Tim and Lamar working very hard. They are always busy and do their best for all the customers. Irvin is a very knowledgeable mechanic and the other guys are good workers too.

The crew at Tire Kingdom did an amazing job on my car. They were very professional from the moment I called to ask about the price for an oil change and tire rotation for my car, up until I paid after the service was done. Michael made a few recommendations regarding the service that was going to be done to my car, and was very kind throughout the whole process.I truly recommend this place because of how efficient and friendly they are :).

This place is ok, not great. I very much appreciate good customer service but sometimes, especially when it comes to service for my car, I am looking for knowledge and quickness.. and sadly I didnt get that from the girl up front. She kinda assumes what youre in for and doesnt let you finish explaining what you want. I got all new tires for my vehicle, she kept pushing me to get the tires that were on sale even though I clearly kept asking for prices for other name brand tires. I think if its my car and I want name brand, then let it be, stop pushing otherwise 🤷🏽‍♀️. Got the new tires ordered plus alignment, brought it in at 2pm another day, returned at 6PM for pickup.. and the alignment was not done. 4 hours and the alignment did not get completed.. I thought thats why I scheduled ahead of time with the team member to get a day where everything would get completed. Anyways, brought it in today for the alignment, another team member said he would call me when the car was ready. No call. I just headed back and saw my car sitting there and I assumed it was ready, which it was. I guess, overall I just saw this experience as too much of a hassle.

Great customer experience 👍🏽👌I was referred to this Hallandale branch by a friend who previously visited that store. I had tire issues so I went there to see what if anything could be done to fix the problem.I was met at the door by Tim, who immediately got someone to work on my car and sure enough, in record time I was out of the store and heading back to work. His communication skill is admirable. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle right to the very end. I felt like a little kid in a candy store.Tire Kingdom, you have definitely gained another customer and all I will say right now is I WILL BE BACK

I had a flat tire a few days ago and on my way to my job, I decided to stop by around 7:30am and try to fix it before I started working, the lady at front desk received me and helped me right away. The mechanic had just arrived and they took my car in and fixed the tired in less than 30 mins. Very nice experience with them. Thank you so much for helping me out.

I called ahead and was advised of what time I should bring my vehicle in for new tires and brake pads. Upon arriving, Tim remembered that we had spoken and ensured that my vehicle was attended to right away.I noticed how pleasant the atmosphere was. The store was clean and welcoming. It was not overcrowded, which I really appreciated since we are practicing social distancing.I sometimes feel defensive because car shops have taken advantage of me in the past selling me parts that did not need to be replaced. Although I needed some additional work, Tim explained to me what I needed in detail. He asked me if I ever hear my car make a certain sound when the car is at a full stop and he was right. He explained why it was happening, what issues could arise if ignored, and what needed repair.I highly recommend this shop. There is one a bit closer to me, but I’ll take the extra drive now that I know what to expect.

I had a great customer service experience first starting with Olive at the front desk who checked me in. She answered all my questions thoroughly with a constant smile on her face. Olive is a great example of what good customer service should be when you are the initial point of contact at Tire Kingdom. Olive is definitely an asset to Tire Kingdom!Lee the mechanic who worked on the Lincoln Navigator was exceptional! Literally the best service I have ever received from a mechanic. He is extremely knowledgeable with excellent mechanic skills. Lee was able to diagnose the problem with the tire that 3 other tire companies could not figure out. Lee took his time to check every possible problem and had a solution once found. Lee also took the time to explain what the problem was, and what the solution was. On top of all his mechanics skills he is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. His upbeat demeanor, positive attitude, to the determination to find a solution was exceptional. Lee went above and beyond to provide me with the best customer I’ve experienced in a very long time.I can see that Olive and Lee have a bright future with Tire Kingdom since they are the only reason I will come only to this Tire Kingdom from now on and recommend all my friends and family to do the same.Give Lee and Olive a raise or promotion! What a ripoff joint! Tire Rack sends the wrong tires. I make the mistake of buying from them. Michael deceived me about the price and the $218.67 road hazzard. Then the manager Lamar Brown wouldnt do the right thing. Stay far away from these thieves. What they do is methodical. Im reporting this to the Attorney Generals offices as well as many others. Its all do umented.

I always come here because the service is great and quick . The same guy Timmoy Green always helps me out and treats me like family here. Thats why I always come back.

Todays experience was awful. I went in (on Jan.15th MLK Day) to get my back driver side tire patched and the young man that was in the office/store checking in customers provided some of the rudest customer service communication ever.In a dismissive and resentful tone of voice he informed me that they had no time (it was 5:15pm) to plug the tire, and that I will have to come back. Arrogantly, he says over his shoulder: you can get some air as he walked away. I took the air and was about to leave when a vociferous confrontation ensued where I had to voice my thoughts on the shameful, and shiftless, slipshod treatment I was subjected to by this crew.I could have tolerated the message about not getting the patch done if the way it was delivered was of a more professional tone. Without the eyerolling, impertinent facial expressions, and shoulder-shirking.That young man needs to be retrained about the value of building solid long term customer retention.I have been a client/ customer of this company for more years than this child has been alive, and now this unskilled laborers utter lack of sensitivity and professional withitness has caused me to reconsider my options.Common business sense says: if a customer is happy they will tell a few people, but if a customer is unhappy they will tell everyone about it. I go here often, but lately they are not as good. They are taking longer but worst of all, they lie now. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation yesterday. I had a feeling that last time they did not rotate so I marked a tire. The tire I marked, I was there for a week ago, to get patched. After patching, which kept me there an hour past estimated, and after closing, they did not even put the stem cover back on.So, yesterday, after a longer wait than I was told, I looked at the tire. Still no stem cover, and it was in the same place. I called them on it and they said, Oh, your tires are worn unevenly, so we didnt do it. Forgive me if Im wrong, isnt that why we rotate, to prevent uneven wear? They refused to put it back up and rotate, said I need to purchase new tires. So infuriating.

Really disappointed in my experience. It was the first and last time I will come here. I was misinformed about a tire package you can buy with your tires and the manager told me I could buy the package with the tires because my card was not charged yet for the tires. And then when I said I was worried about it he told me that if that happens just call him and he will fix it. Well, sure enough, I looked at my credit card statement a few days later and I was charge for tires and then I was charged in another separate transaction for tires again and the tire package. Having a feeling this would happen, I contacted the store via phone call and talk to the manager that I spoke with that day. I asked him to remove it and he said there’s nothing he can do I just have to call the hotline number. I asked him nicely again and told him what he had said that day and he said he can’t do anything. I’m still in the process of getting the charge removed. It’s been three days since I contacted the hotline number. Last time I called today they said they were still working on it. Smh. I have worked in retail all my life and removing a charge is as simple as key swipe. Really bad experience.

I needed my 2 rear wheel tires replaced, I scheduled an appointment and arrive a little early, the sales associate who initially met with me (Jason Dean) was super professional and helpful, the garage team was really efficient. I would def recommend this location for any service needs.

Went there to get a price match for General Grabber tires from Walmart. The service manager match the tires price but than added a charge for 200  mounting package with road Hazard. Thats $50.00 a tire. The average cost for that service us $25 to $30.00 a tire. So, they did match the tire price and tried to make the discount back on an overpriced mounting packages. In addition they added an alignment to the quote after I said I did not want one since I needed some front end work.  The service guy said they can do the alignment anyways but it may be off. WHATS THE POINT?So, I guess i will just go to Walmart.

The service is very poor. Add prices for non-existent work. Managers and employees are not professional. I do not advise servicing at this stationAbout a month ago, I wrote a negative review about the company. I was asked to fill out a form on the Internet and explain the reasons. I filled out everything and indicated that the manager of Jason Dean was to blame for my negative review. He cheats with prices and makes the mechanics of the station do it. There is still no answer. Which owners, such and workers. I categorically do not recommend servicing cars at this station. Cheating and very bad work.

Recently changed the engine oil. They called the price twice as much as in their advertising. Managers at the station behave rudely. I was changed oil for several hours, and there were no other cars. Mechanics work very slowly, they talk more among themselves.I didn’t want to write about it, but I looked at the forums and everywhere they write very poorly about Tire Kingdom . Many people say that the manager of Jason Dean is always deceiving with prices.Do not use the services of this station, they will do a poor job and cheat.

The best experience I have ever had at this location.Went to get my tires rotated, balanced and aligned.I was in and out in 35 minutes.Eddie was extremely professional, courteous and helpful.I will definitely be back!

5 years I have purchased my tires here for my ZO6, Cadillac and my dually truck.took my dually for 6 tires This morning. Rudely told we dont do those, I said you did them last time, he said we are not doing them now, this place continues to suffer from poor management,stoners with attitude.

This place used to be ok, but its turned into a typical auto shop where the people that work there just dont care. Went for a an oil change, waited for an hour and they hadnt even started while most of the stations where empty and the employees were just hanging out. If you value your time skip this shop which should be renamed to TIRED kingdom.

Good service good prices in and out real fast

Hands down the worst experience, over charged for a single tire. Ridiculous unexplainable Labor of $100 and took them over a day to do the job. Save your money, time, and most importantly your patience and go anywhere else. Too much ambiguity especially during a pandemic. Cheated out of my hard earned money.

Visited this location recently and was not happy with the customer service received. Brought my vehicle in and the prices were outrageous. Took it down the street and they were able to help me for literally half the price. Tire kingdom was a let down. Don’t recommend. They should replace their managers.

The store in university drive and 183 street some of the technicians and mechanics are a total rip off. They even take advantages of women if they think you know nothing about mechanic stuff. They align the front of my car and said they could not do the back .They charged me for the alignment and told me to come back to the do the back. In addition, they were trying to sell my parts for the back that cost over $500.. They also charged my for so extra car flush that no other mechanic recognize from other stored. I took the car to another store they did the alignment and i did not need the parts that the store at 27 ave said i needed. The corporate office treated my like i was making it up they were worst than the problem. It took them over a week to research the issue. I find the leaders are the top was toxic as the employees that are leading . They had no leadership style, or professionalism. The technicians and mechanics were trying to ripe off .This was the second time they did such to me. Poor leadership from the top promotes poor quality of service this company and store is a definitive of such.I rate this company a ZERO STAR I put one because zero was not an option.

Purchased new tires. Went in to get them rotated. They put in the wrong kilometers in the system so I didn’t know what the kilometers were when I purchased the tires for them to be rotated in a timely manner.While driving noticed that the steering wheel was shaking and ask them what I needed to do to the vehicle ....they said the tires needed to be balanced. Why did they not offer the service when they rotated the tires?? Not everybody knows about cars.Walked in personally to make an appointment to get the tires balanced. Go in the next day of my appointment and I am not scheduled and don’t know why.Not feeling at all comfortable with the service at this point at this point.

Fast and Efficient workers! I did not have to say much for my car to be fixed. All they said was sign here and BOOM, my car is fixed. The men there handled my car very nicely and I like how soft spoken one indivual worker was.

This place is a scam, they charged us without doing absolutely nothing, and then they got upset because they made a mistake and had to refund us, when we asked for the manager they said the manager was not there and that the manager will not show up, the guy disrespected us, raised his voice, was so rude, I have never been to a place with employees that have such bad temper and complete lack of respect to the customer, we will never take our vehicles to any tire kingdom again, it was the worse experience we ever had. If I could give cero stars I would.

Pretty fast. Gave me an estimate of what else I needed to fix on the car. (Didnt ask for one but glad they did). All I had done and needed done was new tire, tire rotation, and oil change. Was out of there within an hour.

A lot has changed over the past few years as to the quality of Staff here. I mean this in a good way! Theyre getting much better with their recommendations on what is needed and theres no more dishonest mechanics here

I rarely review, but this place deserves 5 stars. They are fast, honest, and efficient. The technician Gerald is probably the best car technician Ive ever been too. He was so nice, honest, and fast.... everything you want from a car repair place. I needed my brakes checked and oil changed and was in and out within 20 minutes. If you are looking for an oil change or even brake repair, go to this tire kingdom!!!

Be careful. I was there today July 11 at 4pm when took my car for an oil change but had to leave after being intimidated by the manager. When the representative made me feel scared of being there I asked for the manager only to know he was that manager. With due respect but that man talks as a gangster and has a terrible attitude and stares at you in an intimidating way. There is a Jiffy Lube 3 blocks down the street and the service there was impeccable.

I went to this place to ask for a quote and what my car needed tire wise and the guy at the front desk couldnt even vocalize well his words. Mind, this guys was not a disable person, just a rude person. Went to the next place to get the work done.

Guy behind register and guy in the bay both hated their job, showed up at 4pm for a 4 wheel balance and was given rude comments about not having time for it, was the only customer there other than a lady waiting for her car. A few cars showed up asking to refill tires with air, rude comments were made between the 2 guys working everytime a car left, refused to help an old lady who had brakes issue by telling her we dont have any mechanics working today, both guys making very loud crow bird noises at each other with no regards to customers, received truck back around 5:30, truck shakes more than ever on highway. So far a bad experience at every tire kingdom Ive been to, corporate just needs to up their game and hire more qualified people. Not acceptable

Good quick and clean service

This is my go to place when I need tires in the past, also alignments and oil changes. I now have a new car but I still stop by when I need air in my tires. I trust the ppl who work there, they have always been pleasant to me.

I was having issues starting my car. I brought it to Tire Kingdom and was assisted by Larry. He let me know I would need a new battery. I was quoted a price. Just to be sure I looked it up online to see what it should cost. It was on point. I was treated well and did not feel that I was being taken advantage of, which can happen with women and car repairs. I would highly recommend Tire Kingdom in Hallandale Beach! Also, Jason was another great guy who actually helped as well. Amazing customer service!!!

As a young woman, we are usually easy targets for getting ripped off. Nate took excellent care of me. He was pleasant, informative, and made sure i knew exactly what i was purchasing. Although it took awhile, my wallet and my car feel good.

Well I gave TK a one star review last time just because of the managers attitude, zero customer service at all. Now I went back on Sat 2/3 and for my surprise there was a new manager named Julio. Really nice guy with a great customer service. Nice move changing the manager.

Amazing place

I took my car here to have the front end checked out. The minute I walked in the door, the service rep ran out immediately and remained outside having an inappropriate and unprofessional conversation outside with co workers. Meanwhile Im standing around looking to see if someone would help me. 5 minutes pass by, now 10 minutes and still no one comes into the lobby to help me.Finally after 15 minutes I was about to walk out when the service rep manager finally shows up. He pulled my car into the bay and the mechanics checked it. They told showed me the problem I was having, and i acknowledged the problem. So the Service manager now brings me back inside and gives me a quote. I notice hes really hesitant on the prices so I asked where was the part coming from. He told me advanced auto parts. Ok, no problem. I go to advanced auto parts on my phone and looked up the parts and prices. To my surprise, the prices for the same parts I was quoted for was 2x lower. So I asked could he show me the actual website he was looking at, the service manager said THIS ISNT A BARGAIN MARKET AND IM NOT SHOWING YOU ANYTHING. I Immediately asked for my car back.The service rep manager backed my car up out of the bay, one of the mechanics asked the service rep manager what happened, he replied a slick comment to the mechanic about me, then put my car in drive and hit the accelerator enough to peel out on dry pavement. I was astonished at his behavior. Never again would I do business with this location!!! They automatically upcharge prices on parts. BEWARE!!!! THERES AN AUTOMATIC UPCHARGE ON PARTS!!!

I had a flat tire and call them if i pull my car over there can they change it. The lady put me on a hold to ask them. And finally she said yes bring it. She even gave me the price and everything. Anyway, i pulled my flat tired car over there and the guy asked me what do u need in a really rude way. I said changing a tire. He said no I can not do it. I tried to explain him how desperate i am with the flat tire. I can not pull my car somewhere else in this condition. You guys called me to bring it and i brought it. He did not even care, he went back to office and lady came and apologized me about him and she did not even understand why he does not want to do this small 5min job and acting very rude. Showed my $19.99 coupon for oil change and was told total was $29+. They corrected that. They sabatoged my car. The CVT fluid pipe mysteriously came off, looking like it was cut off perfectly. Or simply yanked out. No dents, no scratches, nothing. I had to drive back from Miami to confront them and for them to deny doing anything. Its all good. Ill get it replaced but not by them. Ill close with the fact I was there for two hours. For an oil change. They said they couldnt get the oil plug out but would and replace it for free. Plenty of time to find something else to destroy.

Customers literally were walking out because they were sitting there one hour waiting for an oil change even with an appointment and the guy at the desk couldnt care less. This place used to be pretty good a couple years ago but has gone down harder than the Titanic. Will never go back. You lost 2 customers today. If I were the owner Id be very concerned. The WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I went in to have a tire changed . The manager Jose suggested that I get an alignment so I agreed. I sat for 2 hours waiting once done I test drove it and it was WAY off!! They took another 2 hours fixing it. After 4 hours of being there it seemed to have been better but noticed is was STILL NOT RIGHT ! The manager Jose was not very helpful and the staff very unprofessional. NEVER GOING BACK!

I have appointed time to change the oil. It usually takes 15 minutes. I waited for 1 hour, but all staff were busy. I did not have more time. bad service.

Incompetent at having the job done. Didnt do as I paid for and once I called to complain, Eric was very sarcastic over the phone.

I received one coupon for Synthetic oil change for $ 49,99 . I went to TIRE KINGDOM100 W Hallandale . 33009 . And MANNY was the sales person.I came with a lexus ES . They wanted to charge me $ 79,00 saying my car has 6,4 quarter and the coupon was up to 5 quarter . I asked if they can honor the coupon for $ 49,99 .And I insisted and the sales person was extremely rudy . And asked me to leave the store.I didnt raised my voice, I was polite . Just ask to honor the coupon.And dont come with a fake promotion or hidden fees. This sales person MANNY need to have a better training in how to keep business. I came in the same location for tire kingdom for over 15 years and because of this MANNY guy they lost a good client . I hope Derek Brimm the store manager is able to see this review and apologize me for this unacceptable Manny behavior.3 STAR for tire Kingdom0 STAR FOR MANNY.

I received excellent service. The issue with my tire was fixed free of charge. Will be going back when I need tires or maintenance for my car.
