I ordered a spinach omelette and selected an onion bagel as my bagel of choice. After waiting about 30 minutes for my food I went up to the counter to check the status. When I got up to the counter an employee was looking to see who ordered a Greek omelette saying its been on the counter for a while. Then I finally was able to ask the employee for a status of my order and she then said that my order my mistakenly given to another patron. She then further said that the Greek omelette on the counter was actually a spinach omelette and said I can have that one instead. Before returning to my table I asked and confirmed stating that the ticket clearly says it is a Greek omelette and she confirmed saying it was just a spinach omelette. When I got to my table I cut into the omelette and find it to be a Greek omelette. Not only that, but the bagel that came with it was an everything bagel not an onion bagel like I ordered. I returned the order to the counter and asked for the food I ordered and prepaid for. The gentleman said I was correct that I had the wrong order and said they will remake my order right away. Now about 40 minutes from when I initially ordered my food I finally receive what I ordered. I get back to my table to finally eat and I come to find that the home fries are cold. Most likely the same home fries that were with the Greek omelette they tried to give me earlier. I ate them anyway because at this point I was starving. Ok my way out I stopped by the counter again and asked if the home fries with my order were made fresh with the egg or not. I was told they were fresh and when I contested and informed them that they were cold I was told it was the kitchens fault but mainly due to understaffing issues.I understand understaffing can be an issue and that mistakes happen however the customer service was atrocious and I was lied to as a customer at least twice. Once when I was told and retold that the Greek omelette was my spinach omelette and then when I was told my cold home fries were fresh.I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone nor will ever return myself. There is no excuse or reason to ever lie to a patron. Especially when the mistake was ok your end. On my way out an employee offered to take care of me when I become back, but when I informed her I have zero interest in returning her attitude got worse than it was and I needed up leaving very frustrated.

Came in for breakfast. It took half hour for the cashier to punch in the order as she was clearly doing us a favor. My husband didn’t get the onions in his bagel. I didn’t get the home fries. We only ordered 3 things. When trying to address the missing item, instead of solving the problem (their problem), the manager showed the worst attitude and even aggression! Go figure?! Rudest customer service and manager ever! Completely unprofessional, avoid this place!!! The picture of my order below is how they served lox. Who serves lox on a piece of styrofoam packaging it came from? Have you heard of using a plate? So so sad. Had to leave hungry and go to another place (China Bistro has been consistently good throughout the years!). Never again bagel cove 👎. Also, we think positive reviews are fake.

I don’t want to get anyone in trouble!! It’s the 4th time We give this place a chance! I understand how busy restaurants can get and how stressful it can be for the stuff, Because I used to work for many years in this business!Every single time I came or called, the staff was extremely rude!This morning I ordered over the phone for a pick up order, answered after 8times that I tried to reach someone, rushing to the airport for an international flight, place the order very CLEAR AND I ALSO REPEATED just to make sure they get what I want. While I was repeating, the lady who took my order cut me off in the middle and pushed to get the credit card numbers fast and then hung up the phone very rude while I was thanking her for the help. I taught they might have a busy morning… when we picked up our order, it was a total mess!!!!!! Instead of bagels with cream cheese and omelette, they gave us omelette meals, and we had to turn back and arrange that. Then we realize they didn’t give us the bottles of water that WE PAID FOR! And guess what? They weren’t even busy!!! We couldn’t go back a second time!I still cannot believe that this place works the way it does! It’s nice to take the customers money, but there is no customer service or even good service provided at all!Big disappointment and I won’t ever be back again!Paid $39 for 3 bagels with omelette and 2 coffee, not to mention they messed up everything I asked for!

This is one of our favorite breakfast spots when we come to Miami and we’re very disappointed this last time. The cashier in the front was absolutely disgusting to us. First of all our order was packed to go when we asked to stay. We didn’t make a big deal. Then turns out She got our order wrong and we returned it politely. A person in this position needs to have a nice personality and greet people with no attitude in the morning. At this point my husband is trying to wash his hands while we wait and the water was barely coming out of the faucet. He asked her if he can use the sink by her. She says oh now we don’t have water?! We didn’t say a nasty word to her this entire time. The man next to us on line heard everything and said the service is horrible here. She was extremely nasty. We ended up leaving right there and then without our order. We were told the owners name is Shlomi and we hope that he addresses this issue. We never ever stormed out of a restaurant.

This has to be the best bagel I’ve had in my entire life. Their bagels are pure perfection and have a punch of flavor! Not good for my diet but my tummy says yummy 🤤

The worst service, so slow. Waited in line for 30 minutes. Only 1 cashier. Line out the door. Finally gave up and left. The fault is cheap disgraceful ownership who wont hire more people. Anything for another shekel. Just a disgraceful place. Go to Publix, buy lenders bagels, go home make your own omelet, raise your children and grandchildren and that will still be faster than this clown show.

Bagel was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfect! Only thing is, if you get an open faced with whitefish salad, ask for one scoop. They put 2 and its way too much...I had to remove half of it. Its a shame to waste. Other than that, it was perfect. Left me wanting more!

Well i just wanted to say that this was my first time being here and i can honestly say Wow what an incredible bagel place.The girls that work there were very helpful with helping me pick out the best things on the menu to eat.I think she said her name was Eli very good employee she was very nice and helpful.She suggested the BBQ burger and man she was right I have never had an amazing burger like that one.The way she described it I just had to get it and man oh man she was not wrong.Cooked to perfection. My wife had a tuna fish salad sandwich with coleslaw and she was also amazed on how it looked on the plate it was stuffed with just the right amount of tuna and so flavorful.The girl that had the black hat on did an amazing job putting our food together and we happened to forgot our buzzer inside and we were sitting outside and the girl brought our food to the table and Eli was nice enough to bring our drinks to our table as well.I can say we had a great experience here and will definitely be coming back. To the girls who work there thank you for making us feel good being there and for the great customer service you ladies provided.We will be back.

Best bagel shop in town. Went here today and everything was delicious. The girls greeted me nicely and made me feel welcomed. I asked what was good and was recommended the avocado toast with the nova and it was really delicious as well as the nova it was super fresh. The cashier was super nice and friendly even though it was just 2 girls working and super packed.But I was not rushed and was helped as if I was a vip guest. Thank you girls for the excellent help and your outstanding customer service. First time here and best believe it will not be my last. To the managers you guys should be happy to have such good employees that work there for you. Those girls did an outstanding job moving the line and giving the food out fast I was not even waiting for a long time for my food. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends

Made an order a week prior to the date needed, confirmed date, time and order. However, they came over an hour late (people and come and gone by then), the order was wrong, food stale and the customer service was shocking.

I went here while I was on vacation but I was pleasantly surprised by the huge portions and great service.

I usually like this bagel bar until today. The cashier rings up the wrong size tuna and then tell the other girl preparing the orders that I have to wait knowing that I can hear what she said. As well as she does not give back the correct change back and does not give you a receipt. When I ask to speak to a manager apparently he left. What kind of bagel place lets a customer be ripped off. I truly am disappointed how I was treated by the cashier.

I had out of town family visiting and I ordered almost $200 worth of food to serve for lunch. An hour after my order was accepted on uber eats I received a message the my order was cancelled, leaving me in the lurch with nothing to serve my guests!! This is abysmal servicing of loyal customers.

Their bagels are really good. I am excited that they have vegan cream cheese. There are no other places that I know of in the area that offers an options for vegan. Their bagels are always fresh and they have a large selection of flavors. I highly recommend trying Kosher bagel Cove. Thank you for having vegan cream cheese!

Wow what a place. Fantastic bagels. Service had a warm friendly touch when I placed my order. Food was expedited in a timely manner. If only we had more places like this.

Arrived to a packed place and thought, food must be good here. Waited in line forever, as some of the rudest customers Ive ever encountered jumped in to complain about things taking too long and demanding their order to be made out of order and done now, or the tomatoes not being perfect and demanding a new one be cut, or asking their sandwich be remade with only the egg whites. Eventually we ordered our 2 bagels with cream cheese, easy peasy. At the 10 minute mark, I started to get it. Almost every order that went out had to go back to be made correctly since they were apparently just guessing at orders in the back. After 20 minutes, when the line was gone and several staff members had started cleaning up, I gingerly asked about my 2 bagels. Some kid was put to task to make them at the slowest peace Ive ever seen. When we got them and walked out after 30 minutes, both were wrong: wrong bagels, wrong cream cheese. I felt guilty walking in and having to be one of those people that I had just been mentally judging, but like, come on. They were perfectly good bagels, if I had gotten them in less then 5 minutes. Not worth it at a 45 minute start to finish experience. A second bagel toaster, and an expeditor overseeing the tickets and fast tracking the easy ones would allow many customers to get their orders quickly and out of the building, allowing for less chaos and confusion, since there would be less people and tickets hanging around.

The food is good :) they just need to improve customer service asap.

Hello today was my 3rd time coming to this place and everytime I go there the ladies in the front are so nice to me and are great with their customer service towards me.They make me feel like I am family when i go there.Never had a problem with my food and they seem to always go the extra mile with how good looking and big their sandwiches look.I am happy to say that we have a bagel place around my area.Thank you to the ladies there and everyone who works there.

Ordered by phone and was told order will be ready in 15 minutes. I went there after that time and the food was ready for pick up. Unfortunately, they are so disorganized that they wanted me to stand in line for 2 hours to just pay. That defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead! When I told them, I had my food in my hand, I just want to pay and get out as the social distancing guidelines were not being followed, they rudely told me youre just going to have to wait like everyone else . Poor customer service and unsafe. Left the food and went elsewhere. They didnt get my money nor will they ever get it. Do not recommend unless they get their act together.

Horrible experience!!! Went for the first time today, waited in line 20 min and was the second one in line! Ordered two bagel platters. They told me they would call my name when done waited 15 minutes lady who took my order was busy talking, I finally walked over and the order was sitting there for a while. Got to work missing the bagels for the sandwich and the coleslaw! Not even worth complaining because I would never go back ! Stay away waist of money!

What a great place! Also its very convenient as it is close the 95 so if you are from Hollywood you can get there very quickly. My whole family went there and our order was ready in about 4 minutes. Great bagels, lots of vegan options. VEGAN! come on. Few places with affordable vegan dishes - of course, you can get real cheese, but I prefer vegan. Very very clean place as well! We waited patiently outside for 30 minutes at a slow time of the morning. My husband finally went in. They had forgotten to put the order through although our credit card had been charged. Then, after another 15 minutes went by, our order came out, with no silverware, no drinks, no napkins and my bagel was not dark toasted.I sent it back to be toasted again. In my experience there should be more than a measly 2 slices of lox on a bagel. Come on!! $34.00. Two bagels and lox, a black coffee and a water. Two slices of lox? Poor service; No apologies ; no utensils, no napkins. This bad attitude bagel place is really a new low for those of us who eat kosher. Shame on you.

I had left a 5 star in the past. Way in the beginning when it opened. Since then this place hasnt been the same. I work around the corner so I would come often and it takes them forever to get an order ready. Be prepared to wait half an hour to 45min for just a simple order. Today was just rid iculous more than 10 mikites for one bgel!!! The lady at chash register is super rude too. They are not organized at all. Look for another place.

Worst experience Ive ever had in my life .Line is slow services horrible waited in line for 30mins went early in the morning with my wife order my food and had sat down just to have food giving to us on a dirty plate and sliverware dirty has ever and a bunch of flies around the store bathroom are nasty and not clean toilet paper everywhere on the floors in the bathroom on top of that they over charge you for same order this has got to be the most disorganized restarunt ive ever seen and experience in my life save your money and go else where.
