The worst customer service ever, dont waste your time and go there, I dont even know why they have 3 people supposedly working but just hanging around, talking not doing anything, completely useless to help you with anything, needed to return something and they couldnt give me my money back because they didnt have money, what kind of store is this??? This Sallys location is one of the nicer ones. The employees are nice and helpful and it seems that this location has more product selection.

God this place is a disaster. There cant be a manager with such a pathetic team. Whoever the young punk blackgirl is needs to go work underground with her attitude. Youre working in retail honey boo-boo, that means you have to give customer service. Read a book and figure out how to deliver it because youre a pathetic excuse for an associate. Good thing there are many options in florida on which store you give your money to. This one is a waste. I know for a fact they are not living up to corporate standards.

The store manager there offers the worst customer service ever very unpleasant unfriendly woman I go in this location because its convenient to my salon for last minute things however on any other occasion I avoid it like the plague I have even expressed to the other sales clerks in there how do you work with such a woman my experience was going in to pick up a few things out of the nail aisle where they were obviously unpacking stock and blocking the aisle instead of moving out of the way so that I could get to the items that I needed nobody asked me anything I stood there for 8 minutes waiting for someone to go o are we in the way give us one second and will be right out of your way nothing of the sort I had to walk around the aisle to the other side to still find that I could not get to the item that I needed to purchase so I just didnt purchase it

Terrible custom service!!! wanted to buy a curling iron, asked sale associate for her input she looked at me like she didn’t understand English and just walked away and went into the back room and never came back out!! my suggestion only go there for items you need no input on anything other go elsewhere. Never a welcome or a goodbye & forget a smile!!
