Large store with a wide selection of medical supplies ranging from canes to orthopedic supplies to bathroom supplies to even recliners. I was very pleased with the friendly and helpful customer service. I came in looking for a specific otherpefic foot brace and they allowed me to try on their entire line until I found the perfect one. Fairly priced too. I would recommend.

I had a knee replacement March 9th 2020!I needed a chair for my tub! They are very helpful in the store. The guy set it up for my height. Definitely recommend this place👍

Im very fortunate to have them close by, though Id be willing to travel a ways if I needed their products or services.Theyll measure and try until its gotten right. I really liked this place purchased many things for my grandma here. But then the virus flu came around they wanted to charge us $5.00 for #1 Face Mask or $50 for the box of #20 Face Mask.Where at Walgreens or CVS or Walmart or Target a box of #20 Face Mask Range for $9 - $13I am really disgusted. I purchased numerous ice pack-Velcro wrap sets, which I returned for a refund a week beyond their 7-day return policy because I could not drive while in knee rehab. The so-called flexible ice packs froze hard like ice cubes, not living up to the package labels. Another item was returned because it did not fit.The 7-day return sign taped on the counter top was not noticed by me, perhaps because merchandise covered the sign. Notwithstanding the genuine mitigating circumstances of returning the brand-new products beyond the seven days, ownership refused to honor return of merchandise which did not perform and luve up to as represented, and without due consideration for my circumstances.My justifiable return, based on the above, was not met with the type of goodwill engendered by friendly competitors of Aventura Sickroom Supply, in fact, the poorest demonstration of customer relations and a lack of anything resembling goodwill I have encountered by any merchant I have experienced, ever.If anyone needs medical supplies, my recommendation is to seek another competitor sickroom supply store, for there are better and numerous, friendlier choices. I gave it a one-star rating because there was no zero option.H. Allen

I broke my ankle and this place has an amazing inventory. I rented a wheelchair from miltons medical supply in miami beach and they charged me $65 a week where this place only charged me $20. Huge savings. Im very happy.Prices are great.

We purchased a scooter here for 80 year old mother who can no longer walk far. After 2 months, we have had to bring it back twice and they refuse to refund us. The scooter is obviously faulty and was perhaps not even new. Be ware buying anything here! Shamefully taking advantage of the elderly!
