My absolute favorite Z.Gallerie location.(Gulfstream). When can you walk into an establishment and encounter exceptional service from each employee you encounter. I love it here! Kudos to all of the staff at this location.
Carlos was amazing! He was super helpful and very knowledgeable about Greece which was exactly what we are looking for, Greek design and decor for our new home!! Stellar service and overall wonderful experience!! We will definitely be coming back to use his expertise!! Others employees were warm and friendly also and acknowledged us. Great store!!!

I had a great experience shopping at Z Gallerie today. Giovanni was very nice to me and my husband from the time we arrived to the time we left. He checked out our items for us and then helped my husband to carry the bags to the car. Carlos was also very nice. He assisted us with finding things and checking prices.

Do not deal with this Company! I’ve been trying to get a couch delivered since November. I was told it would be delivered in February. It is now June and I am still waiting for the couch. I did a charge back when they told me the couch wouldn’t be coming. They told me the couch is in the warehouse and would be delivered. reversed the charge back however I’m still waiting for them to release the couch. American Express spoke to them. I sent proof that the chargeback was reversed. However they keep telling me that the accounting department says I have a balance owed on the account. I paid in full when I ordered everything back in November. The charge back was reversed and the full amount was paid back.They have my money, yet I can’t get my couch. it is impossible to deal with this company. Do not buy anything that needs to be custom made. I am at my wits end and I still don’t have my couch! Unbelievable.

The worst customer service by Mary. I was attempting to make a return/exchange of an item I had purchased at another location, but didnt have the receipt, as it was a gift. From the get-go she told me I had to go to the store my friend originally purchased it from. I then ask that she called the other store and get the receipt number she needed. She wasnt thrilled, but called the other store. It seems she wasnt familiar with the system, and kept blaming the other stores staff, and stating how they werent helpful. 20-25 minutes later she still couldnt figure out how to do the return, and send me on my way. The worst...

Ordered three items in November. Paid over $4000. I was told by my sales associate that the two items in stock would be delivered in two weeks and the other item was custom ordered so it should be here the end of February beginning of March. Called two weeks after I order to find out about delivery on the two items. I was told that everything has to ship together or I have to pay an additional delivery fee. OK fine. I’ll wait. I called in today to follow up and inquire as to when the items will be delivered. I was told they wouldn’t be delivered until the end of April! The only thing I could do is pay an additional delivery fee to have the other items delivered. I told him I would like to cancel the order. They told me that there would be a 50% restocking fee! All I was told when I ordered the items was that if I didn’t like the items I just refuse them at the door when they are delivered. I was never told anything about a restocking fee. Stay away from this company they scam you! Check the reviews before ordering.

PEOPLE BE AWARE! OF THE DELAY!!!! I purchased a sofa and a rug on April and I supposed to be receive it at the end of May and Zgallery reschedule already twice my delivery because the vendor (3 er party) do not have it in stock so now my delivery is supposed to be at the end of August.

A few months ago I bought a cup of flamingo for my personal use, I had kept it because I was going to move. Now that finally when I was going to put it to use, it turns out that I put the coffee and when I went to put it in the microwave it almost exploded, the cup was damaged and when I tried to take it out I burned my fingers, not saying when I was going to drink coffee I burned my whole mouth. It was definitely a bad buy because the cup is very pretty and expensive but it is infuntional, they sell it as a thing and it turns out that it only serves as an ornament, I think the products should be better quality and adapted to the corresponding use.

First I visited the store in Gulfstream & learned the item I wanted was not there at that moment, but with the help of a very nice Manager, Gio, he found it in the South Miami store. Mr. Gio went beyond good customer service in calling the other store, giving me assistance on other accessories & more. I think if people are patient and ask, you can find almost any gem for your home decor at Z Gallerie.Gio - excellent, customer service!The next day I went to the store in South Miami & they already knew what i was looking for and again I had impressive customer service, from both Michael & Dina. Another reason why this store amongst so many others in the Sunset Mall has survived. They are well organized and do everything they can do assist you.I never write reviews, but too often people only write when something goes wrong. I am here to tell you everything went really well and I will continue to shop there.KUDOS to the staff at both stores.

Dont ever order anything.Love the store, love the products, the warehouse/ shipping and customer service is a mess.I placed an order at the end of August and received it mid September, one item was damaged so I was told I could exchange, no problem - great!Fast forward - the warehouse received and accepted my return on 9/23 (per the tracking and I confirmed with them via email), Ive reached out NUMEROUS times via email and barely received any answers. Finally one customer service rep decided to answer me and I was told I would receive my replacement Mid October - Called 10/21 because I never received a shipping confirmation to find out there is no inventory and they dont seem to know the status of my order, but rest assured they will call me tomorrow. Welp, they never called. Reached out 10/23 (one month since they received the item back from me) and it turns out they never reached out to who they were supposed to on 10/21 (explains why the never called me back). Now Im still waiting and was told to call back tomorrow 10/24.I am livid and dont think I could ever recommend Z Gallerie again. The moral of the story is do not ever order anything and if you do and need to do an exchange.. DONT... and if you decide to try to exchange something and you get the same run around - DONT BE PATIENT, Ive been nice and understanding for a month and its gotten me no where.I have never experienced such a lack of concern for the customer and so much pointing fingers with no solutions. Youd think when you are spending all this money it would come with a great customer experience - quite the opposite.

Love this Z Gallerie located in Hallandale Beach. They have some of the most amazing items in inventory. You can always count on them to have things in stock that is not available at other locations. Very nice layout in the store. Everything is so easy to find, both visibly and physically.The staff is also very personable and helpful in locating merchandise. This is a definite place to shop if you are looking for decor items for your home or office.

Very incompetent store and sales associates!! I have been standing in line with two customers ahead of me to pay for one item for the past TWENTY FIVE MINUTES because a cashier named Sharon is stuck dealing with a female customer who kept questioning her order. I walked up to the manager named John to express our frustration and his response was that they only have ONE cashier and that is Sharon. No offers to help or anything. I told him thats ridiculous and went back in line. After five minutes, another associate named Sheila starting to help customers in line. Now prior to this, Sheila had just finished ringing up a customer who had asked her a question about a product and apparently felt its okay to ring up that customer and bypassed the rest of us customers standing in line. To add insult to injury, John called out for any customer paying with a credit card to his register .... over thirty minutes later. No customer service skills whatsoever. Oh yeah, I am still standing in line as I finish this review. Ridiculous!
DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! Purchased living room and dining room furniture - all items arrived damaged. Its been 3 weeks and Z Gallerie is doing everything it can to not replace the damaged items. DO NOT BUY!
It doesn’t even deserve that one star, that’s how horrible the service is. I ordered a mirror 3 week ago.They said that they would deliver it next week. But then they lost that mirror. And they ordered another mirror and it arrived today, terrible damaged, and filled with mirror shards. In a box that looks like it’s been kicked around or hit with a bat. I’m terribly disappointed. It was supposed to be a gift for my mom for her birthday. Never going to buy anything from Z gallerie, and dont recommend anyone to buy in store or order online. The quality and is horrendous!
Today (Saturday)i come at 10am and was Waiting 30 min but store was close. I was late after in my job. In website on Saturday store open at 10 am. I live no very close and this situation made me upset and angry because I leave with nothing🤷♀️ And now I must buy everything online and pay for delivery.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH REFUND OF MONEY - I ordered a couch and when it arrived, I didnt like it so I returned it. I understand that there is a 15% restocking fee but I am still entitled to a refund of the remaining money. I was told I would get a refund within 7-10 business days. I am now on business day number 11 and am being told they need another 7-10 business days to refund my money ($1,600+) and there is no one above the customer service agent that can help you. They basically hold your money hostage and you have no recourse! I will never order another item from this company!

Terrible terrible terrible online shopping experience of my life. Ordered $1,700 on 11/04, items showed shipped online with no tracking number. By 12/22 I had made about 10 calls with promises of call back (which never happened) they not only DID NOT deliver my items but also would not give me an ETA. When I requested a refund I was treated badly as if I was the one wrong. I was a huge store client, decorated 2 homes at the Boca Store with Bonny, who is a sweetheart. Will never step foot in that store again after my online experience. Very sad.

Rude manager and horrible customer service. The manager wanted to charge me 25% restocking fee when the return policy clearly stated it should be 15%. When I asked her why the return policy said one thing and she was saying another she said During promotion time we have to take the highest percentage out. WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN? I also was there trying to get a store credit for my rug to which I was told I couldnt return it for store credit without the receipt.From the website:Eligible returns made without a receipt will be issued a Z Gallerie Gift Card for the current value of the returned item(s).I was also told there was a 25% taken out if the product was not in its original packaging.From the website:Merchandise returned without original packaging is subject to Z Gallerie approval based on selling condition and/or 15% repackaging fee.When I returned a few minutes later with the receipt I went up to the same manager and let her know I had the receipt. She then asks Do you have the original packaging? with a sarcastic rude look on her face. She clearly knew I did not as I was just there a few minutes earlier speaking with her and had already informed her of this? She obviously was just being intentionally disrespectful and making a snide comment. I then decided to go to the Boca location, and they took care of me because of the trouble I was put through at this location. They need a new manager she was absolutely horrible. Do yourself a favor and go to the Boca location where they actual care about the customer.
