That is hand-scooped. Tons of different flavors and many different concoctions to try. This is always a great place to come with your kids or on a date. I like that they always have different flavors and seasonal flavors. They also have dairy, non-dairy, and fruit type options. Super friendly staff

I do dog rescue work, so I have bought tags repeatedly from Ben & Jerry’s. They are just the best. Many times better than the ones you get engraved at the pet store.

I’ve been at this spot yesterday. And so excited with their service. Andrew The seller guy, was super nice with us and he knows everything about the products and has enough patience to answer all my questions. Because of people like him “ Ben and Jerry” still my number one. I’m definitely gonna back soon for my next portion of the pleasure.!!!!

This is my favorite Ben & Jerry’s store. Great customer service from the guy who works here. Seating area and bathroom were clean. I will be back! 🍦🍧🥤

Delicious ice creams.

Long past opening hours and they are still not open. This is what happens when u hire careless employees

This was my familys first visit to this location, and we were extremely disappointed. The ice cream was melting off of the cone when it was handed to us. The employee came from outside and did not wash his hands before served us. He was also kind of rude. And he told me I couldnt use the restroom. Definitely not worth the $30.

Nice little chill spot, very friendly and attentive staff. As soon as we entered we were asked if we wanted to try a sample of any certain ice cream to help out, overall great customer service. My kids loved it here.

I love Ben and Jerrys ice cream! I love this place! Open late. The girls that work there are awesome!! They greeted EVERYONE with a smile. They made sure everyone, inside and outside were taken care of. Great customer service! They have the usual flavors plus ones not sold in stores. And I love the fact that I can pay with Samsung Pay without a problem. I highly recommend this place!

No plastic spoons

We dropped in right before closing and still were greeted with smiles ... They do offer non dairy options so yay for us Vegans 🙌 definitely will be visiting again 🍧

Super sweet. My liver was not happy. I had the coconut almond chocolate chip flavor. My ice cream tasted rancid. 1st and last time I eat this brand.

Ice cream was good but I feel bad for the owner of this place. We sat and watched the employee give 8 of her friends free ice cream for 20-30 mins while her friends sat inside and she smoked her electronic cigarette. If your revenue sucks start by firing the blond girl that worked tonight.

Walked in. Woman had no mask on. Scooped ice cream with no gloves. When her pinky slid in the ice cream I asked her to put some on. She said no gloves. STAY AWAY TO STAY COVID FREE

It was my Birthday so I just wanted to eat something sweet and spoil myself. I wish it had more things in it but the store was closing and there wasnt enough time.

Sugar and dairy are not good for a healthy life style. So I dont come here often.

Overpriced for the portion size. You can go to your nearest Coldstone Creamery to get better bang for your buck. I think Ben & Jerrys is better (and cheaper) from the freezer aisle.

I will never go back to this Ben & Jerrys ever. First off the people working barely speak, no greeting, didnt ask if I needed help with anything. Then when I get one of the staffs attention to order, I cant order a Banana Shake, and the menu says make your own shakes. Move on to next thing, I order two scoops of ice cream with fudge and the attendant looks at me like Im stupid. Then the two attendants look at me, make me feel like it was wrong for me to order anything to go. Oh and, I try to order a brownie sundae, after everything is getting prepped, they say they cant make it to go. Get pint at the supermarket, EPIC fail for an ice cream shop.
