The casino is small.. the slots are up stairs and the horse races are down stairs.. the games are newer and a little more pricey.. the beers are 6 each not use on the mix drinks. Its highly recommended to wear a mask. They have a nice little few outside the doors.. Out front of the casino they have a big statue of a Pegasus stepping on a dragon looks really nice. The only issue I had was the ceiling was dripping water from the a/c vents all over me.

I was so excited to visit. A co-worker was reminiscing about his teenage experiences here when his dad took him to the track, and I decided I had to go! It did not disappoint. This was our first time, but it will not be our last. We got a table at main restaurant overlooking the track, and spent hours there. We were waited on, had a great meal, and we were able to place our bets without getting up from our table. Im not saying we won... Im just saying it was an amazing afternoon! If you want to avoid the sun outside from the restaurant, then wait until about 1pm to arrive.

I still say Gulfstream is better than caldor because it’s clean and there is a female server call ANNA she make you feel like home. On November 2020 this place was like a ghost town. Before pandemic this was a very beautiful place to go with the family, great restaurants, shops and entertainment.

This was such a fun family experience. We have never been to live horse racing and it truly was fun for our entire group. We were able to win a little money for first timers. Theres plenty to do at the Gulfstream from shopping, gambling, eating and plenty more.

Nice racetrack good seating and access to track betting. Buffet pricey at $75 but food was good.

We went for our annual tradition of Gulfstream’s Symphony of lights and was so happy they were still doing it during Covid! I wish they would’ve returned the three trees and put more of the Siberian Orchestra Christmas music but it was still fun with the secular music. We brought me nephew for the first time and I think he enjoyed it! Look forward to bringing him back next year!!

This place beautiful, clean, safe shopping center.

Another fun event Tequila & Tacos. Lots of great Tequila selections. Not as much food as previous years. More food organization in future events suggested, such as prepped portions. Customized increases line length and wait times.

OMG it’s a beautiful outdoor mall near the casino and race track.You can pretty much spend your entire day here.There are bars restaurants Bowling place and so much more.It looks more beautiful in the evening with lights.It’s very clean and safe here.

WOW... This is the place to be. Brought my 17yr n 5yr old and the both had a blast including me. This place is a true gem. All age can enjoy this place. While they play games i had me a cocktail. They were so burn out time we got back to the hotel. Thank you guys

We visited during our vacation. After driving by several times we were intrigued by the lights and archetecture and decided to check it out. There is a small selection of nice shops but a general lack of casual dining choices, which limited our stay. Might be worth a look if youre in the area but I wouldnt consider it a destination shopping district.

We love to go to Ten Palms to watch the races. We also love the Yard House there.

Pleasant shopping mall with a nice selection of restaurants, retail, casino, and other amenities. There was live performers at night playing nice music.

This is a great place for a night out, quick bite to eat, watching the horses, or even trying your luck at the Casino. Each activity, no matter your poison, will leave you wanting an extra round. Enjoy!

Eerie place. Nice stores, fun to walk around and do some window shopping but ..... you wont see a soul around. For some obscure reason, no pedestrians any time of day or day of the week. Eateries are nice and well visited by guests and still you can barely see people walking. Who knows what went wrong in the design of this village ?

We usually came for christmas season, it is nice spot to spend time with family. If you go shooping you will find luxury stores there.

Every time I go to GuldStream is exceptional experience. Good for shopping, kids and family events.

We visit here many times great place for shopping and dining, signature restaurants, home garden and fashion shops, casino and Horse racing, the Yard house Reataurant was great we jad a good time.

There used to be lots of great shops and places to eat. But for a while now there are too many dark spaces where there use to be shops. Glad to see the big anchor stores are still there. Of course theres always the casino and racing. Bring back those wonderful, small, fun shops!

Great place to eat outdoor but this time the food wa a bit off. I ordered a salad with salmon which not only came dry and overcooked, but extremely salty to the point of not being able to taste the fish. It was not particularly busy but we had to wait quite a long time for our food.

We got together for drinks and food at the Yard House and it was awesome. We had incredible service, drinks and many appetizers. We had so much fun with great atmosphere, music and beautiful people. Great place to be at for sure.

I really shopping it here the ambiance was nice and peaceful. All the best creative stores Pottery Barn, West Elm, Crate and Barrel, The Container Store etc. to name a few. If you need a push toward a creative flow this is the place to be!

Won $$ in Casino. Restaurants are nice. Shops are nice. Only complaint is casino open until 1am but if you valet you must get your car by 10pm. Guess it makes sense to someone.

Small Italian café! Tasty food, friendly stuff. I recommended!!

Very nice. The GPS lead us to a different location but if you stay on Dixie hwy look for the big peagus horse and decorative entrance. There is a parking garage if you dont want to valet within walking distance of the casino.

Beautiful park. We ate at Yardi. The park also had live music which was a nice touch.

Everything is good. Our only complaint is this really isnt a jeans and t-shirt kind of plaza. Very upscale feel. We are very casual. So we were made to feel like we werent really their idea patrons.

We always have a great time here! Soo much to do, soo much too see! We love the Sunday green market by the Pegasus statue aswell! This property has soo much to offer the community! We love seeing it grow!

Very nice area. I visited Texas de Brazil- amazing food, and loved my sweet server. Even my 7 yr old daughter loved it. Did I say great steak?

I was there on a vacation in Miami. Had a great time and visiting The Village at North Streams was very nice. Only disappointed was the restaurant there stop taking people inside or order food at 9:00pm. The Yard next door was open and had an hour and a half wait. This was a Saturday night. I went somewhere else to have dinner that was 10 mins away.

Great Horse Racing, but somewhat of a Ghost Town as far as everything else goes.

A few friends and I came here the other evening and it was my first time. Watching the fountain from the second story balcony was pure bliss. The music was a perfect match with how the water and colors changed. The casino inside was very clean, staff was friendly, and the blue long islands tasted great. Id highly recommend 😎💯

This has to be one of the nicest malls Id ever been to! The boutiques were nice and pricey. The other vehicles parked near my minivan prove we did not fit in. Lol

High end horse racing park. Enjoyable watching the horses, and watching those that bet on them.

Great place! I was here for the Garneau Gran Fondo bike race. Didnt see too much of the venue itself. The parking was great. Easy to find parking and no hassle driving around the parking lot. It was well marked and accessible. There is a casino and lots of food options available. As well as nightlife and bars.

Went there for my birthday party. It was super nice because they have a big variety of like activity places. They have a bowling place and they also have a karaoke place but you have to be an adult to stay there later on the weekends. But Im pretty sure that you can get some fun on before on sunset if thats what you worried about

Elegant structures from a bygone era. Kept in pristine condition considering the size. Dont miss the gigantic sculpture at the street entrance (hard to miss). Liberal slots and many to choose from. Check out the horse track. One of the nicest Ive seen.

Kinda like this place, even more on Fridays evenings when they have a disco for the small kids and we love to come here cause my 2 years old son love to dance here and run on the stairs.Also a lot of good food options available here, so many nice restaurants - our favorite so far is a Mexican restaurant Cantina Laredo.BTW they (Gulfstream Park) have a playroom for kids but its to frosty (AC running like crazy) and so noisy, so I do not recommend to visit it.

I cant believe that on a Saturday, they had o ONLY 1 cashier working in the simulcasting area in the casino area. And still NO big screen OR odds board, WORKING in the infield portion of the track. Poor management. Felt like being at CALDER. SMH

Under construction. Lots closed at the casino. The Symphony in Lights is just the tree. Pop music. Not synced to music. Volume so low you could barely hear it. What a waste of time
