A great team, I went there for a return order and it was to be processed immediately. 2 days later I received my refund, and on site I gave good advice and listened to. I highly recommend this shop.

Advice Go to the store where you will have people offering advice and service, but avoid the Gstar E-commerce site which is catastrophic in terms of customer service because it does not exist. An order of 12/11/2020 debited never arrived because sent by multiple carriers, a customer service telephone line suspended because too many calls (we understand why?), No responses to emails as indicated in 72 hours, promise of a callback or answer not kept, no refund. At the limit of honesty. When seriously the limit is reached. Surprising and disappointing for a brand like this.
