Ordered color guard uniforms on 7/7/21. Tried checking on status several times, but no way to do that on website (unlike other companies Ive ordered from). I was on hold for long periods of time. They finally answered an email in mid-September, explaining that there were supply chain issues and stating a possible ship date of 9/25. Its October 19, and I just cancelled my order, due entirely to the complete lack of communication and professionalism. Never again.

Do not use this company. You will be burned and your team will perform most of the season without their uniforms. You can do everything they ask for and they will still miss their own deadlines. Blame is always shifted to something else. Two years ago, my colorguard team missed FIVE performances with their $300 plus uniforms because of (in their words, not mine) President Trumps trade embargos. This year it is Covid 19s fault. They gave themselves 2 1/2 months to make the uniforms and just today we found out that they do not even have the fabric in stock to make them and theyre already two weeks behind their deadline. Their customer service in regards to all of this is so so so poor. Unreturned emails, unreturned calls. Im not sure whose fault that is but it already worsens the sour flavor that Algy leaves in ones mouth. Please, seek out another costuming company. This company, Demoulin owned or not, is not worth the money you will spend on the uniforms nor the stress you endure contacting them and fretting over their missed deadlines.

Horrible, do not order from them. Was told my Sweatsuit would arrive an never got it. When i inquired they said it was discontinued an havent gotten my money back yet

I have been a band director for over 30 years and I have had plenty of experience ordering equipment and materials for my students.  I have never had such a terrible experience as my recent attempt to order from Algy Team. I placed an order for color guard flags and after more than a week I received a call from Algy that stated they could no longer get that flag.  Why is it up on their website still and why wait so long to tell me they dont have it?  So I placed a second order for another flag and they waited a week again for me to find out they dont have this flag either.   I only found out because I called them.  Then after waiting for over 40 minutes on hold while they scrounged around to find enough flags of any design they said they would make it up to us and mail them overnight so we would have it for our performance.  Of course the next day no flags came.  I call them and they had not mailed them yet.  So I just canceled the order and they just said Okay like it was no big deal to them.  How do they stay in business that way?  And how do they not care about hurting hard working students who now do not have flags for their competition?  I recommend staying far away from this shoddy establishment and spread the word.

My collegiate team has been waiting for our 10-week uniforms since they were supposed to be completed in early October. Algy continued pushing back the date from early October, to mid October, to late October, to early November, and finally to the end of November. We will now not have the uniforms we ordered and paid for until the last game of our season. If you are looking for nice uniforms by a specific time, look somewhere else.

The uniforms didnt arrive until the season was almost over. Only parts of the heavily sequined uniforms is lined and the remaining parts have sequins so sharp they poke through and cut the dancers.

We ordered uniforms at the beginning of August with the advertised ship date of August 30. Customer Service confirmed this when we paid on the 2nd. Our uniforms were never made and we are more than 2 weeks past the promised date. They refuse to respond to emails, voicemail messages, and social media. We are currently waiting on refunds but they will not tell us when that is happening. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They have the worst customer service Ive encountered!

Its unfortunate that such a creative company has such horrible service. I am done ordering from Algy!

Im rating it 1 star because i basically got scammed i ordered 2 of the battle squad uniforms last year November 4 2020 and its November 9th 2021 and it still hasnt came i called and they said that they couldnt fined my order after i sent the conformation code they gave me and all but i did order 2 uniforms there in 2019 and they we bad quality the metallic part of the uniform faded after 2 competition that we close in weeks IF YOU NEED A MAJORETTE UNIFORM ODER FROM GEORGIE GIRL OR EXCLUSIVE_DESIGNS.MAJORETTE ON INSTAGRAM
