I super recommend this company!! Long post! So, bare with me!I had a huge problem - I hired a different granite company to cut and install marble slabs in my outdoor kitchen - which is under renovation. Not an easy task since the stone I chose was a 3 cm thick Brazilian blue crystal marble (later on I was told we do not install those slabs regularly in walls because they are way too heavy - but the initial company wanted to make money out of a customer and I fell for it).I paid 1/2 up front to have the granites cut and delivered (and the rest would be paid upon installation). Detail - I paid for my slabs back in May !!! It turned out they delivered a 800 pound slab plus the small ones in front of my house and for 2 weeks they lied to me saying “someone is coming tomorrow to install”. That tomorrow never came. My construction had to stop.Yesterday I called Shining Stone in despair ! I spoke to Andrea (sales associate but also one of the owners) and explained - “ I have unfinished work - can you guys help me?” Shining stone was very professional from the moment we spoke on the phone to the time service was delivered.She gathered info over the phone, texts and pictures and to make things more complicated, I told them I wanted the job done same day !!For my surprise they told me they could do what other companies turned me down (nobody wants to install a previously cut granite because those cuts may be wrong - just like mine were, but Shining Stone fixed that for me too).The crew arrived 7 pm as promised.It took them around 45 minutes only thinking and preparing the area to put that heavy slab in the wall. They accomplished in first try!No cracks, no scratches - nothing!In 2 hrs they did what the previous neglectful company wasn’t able to accomplish.I am extremely grateful to Nilbert and his company/crew.Shining Stone is extremely professional and their price is very competitive. They put me at ease the moment I called them on the phone. If you get their service you know you will get top notch service. Trustworthy company.I can’t wait to hire them again to do the remodeling of my kitchen! But this time I will chose my new granites from their selection.I recommend this company to my friends and family for their granite/marble services.I am very grateful for all they did ! Top quality materials, best customer service, detail oriented and fast installation as promised!I highly recommend this company, I had the best experience since the moment that I contacted them by phone to schedule the first visit to get an estimateThe entire installation of my beautiful counter tops and black splash was quick, professional and installed with perfection to details.I reached out to the owners after a close friend recommended them after a great experience and great pricing.Once I approved the estimate I went to their office to apply for 0% financing, they came back to confirm measurements and the installation lasted three days: One day they came to remove the old counter tops, removed old black splash and confirmed measurements, second day they cut pieces on their business, third day they came to install and cut the final details in my home and in only four hours I was done! I schedule the installation with all the services and they took all the trash and clean everything!Shining Stone is a serious reputable company that also offers 0% financing for 12 or 18 months (depending on your credit and amount your financing) with Sychrony Bank Home.

I had such a great experience working with Shining Stone.. our contractor walked off the job in the middle of our kitchen remodel and we had to get in contact with them. Roy went above and beyond to help meet our deadline for the install. The quartz looks amazing and their work was great. They paid attention to the small details. I will use them again in the future.

This is a nice family owned business offering Kitchen remodeling services at very affordable prices. Best thing I liked is their flexibility to minor change requests. Only negative is communication. Andrea tried very hard and communicates in English with the help of a digital translator, but most others can’t speak English.Their quote was very reasonable. The project got delayed by few days as they had some power issues or so, but there was prompt communication in advance about impending delay.Customer service is good, all attempts are made to ensure our satisfaction. Andrea had to send her team couple of additional times to fix some glitches, but they were all done with smiles.I will strongly recommend.

Shining stone transformed my bathroom vanity countertop into a modern look with beautiful quartz. Andrea provided excellent customer service, even coming to my house at 7am. Nilbert was amazing during the installation because he had to remove the old backsplash away from a large mirror and take out the old plumbing. Roy also kept me posted on the progress of the project at all times. They are a great team, and I highly recommend them.

I’m a contractor in the area and thought I would reach out to this company to help me out in a bind they were gung ho about helping me I even had my slabs dropped off to their shop. once the slabs arrived they started changing their pricing and also their delivery date went from seven days to 21 days because of another order that came in basically mine is not as important as the other one. Very unprofessional and they have a call service to screen their calls so that they don’t have to pick up the phone to a disgruntled person. I would not recommend them to anyone

I had a great experience with Shining Stone. This is a humble family owned and operated small business that truly care about making their clients happy and about doing the job right. I got my kitchen cabinets done with them and I can honestly say that Im quite happy with the service I received, and with the finished product. The cabinets are great quality solid wood and look amazing. Andrea was extremely thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. She went out of her way multiple times to make sure that everything was being done right and that I was completely satisfied with the job. The installation crew did a great job as well. They were always courteous, professional, and friendly. They also went out of their way to address any issues during and after the installation. I would definitely consider them for future work and would recommend them to anyone.

This family run owner occupied business is TOP QUALITY! Conveniently located on park road between Pembroke and Hallandale Beach Blvd. I stumbled across them while redoing my condo. The price was right. The people were caring and nice. They showed up on time and the work was fantastic! What more can I say Im a happy customer. Im going to try to post a picture. My experience at Shining Stone was superb. From the amazing selection to the personalized service, I found exactly what I wanted. The final product is gorgeous and I’m elated with the outcome.

This company is unprofessional and lies about the advertising price they use it as a hook and real to get you in. They advertise $18 a square foot but then they try to charge you for every little extra thing even though that is considered a square foot. For a simple vanity job which was 16 ft.² should have cost $288 they tried to charge me over $700 for the project than when I called them out on the price she was confused and then lowered it to again a price that was not $18 a square foot the back-and-forth games with them. I rounded up the square footage to 16 as well as told them I would give them 300 for the project which was more than what it should’ve been just to make things easy. She then told me that that was not enough to pay her assistant $100 for the day. I’m sorry it’s not my job to pay your assistant and also this project should not take that long to do let alone take the whole day. If you can’t run your Business properly and can’t afford to pay your staff they don’t advertise at $18 a square foot maybe you should advertise it more a square foot like 24 25 26.The unprofessionalism of bringing a child that was crying the entire to my house to do a quote just shows how this company has poor judgment.
