The employees were very busy, pharmacist giving a lot of vaccines but still took the time to go over my medications… good people in the pharmacy

Awesome staff! Really great pharmacy!

I went today and I usually add my groceries before I get cash out. Today between 2pm and 3pm. And something that at most should have been 90, 95 dollars. They try to charge me 120 dollars. Ask for manager he tells me that everything is as it should. I tell him the 6 quarts valvoline oil is not 49$ that is 14.99 he insist that thats the right price. I left everything went to Hollywood one and it cost me 95$. Be advice the managers and workers in this Walmart should never be trusted. This Walmart is the worst. My advice go to a different one youll have a better experience.

Poor Customer Services. An the Support Managers dont even look at you when they communicate with a negative tone and aggressive behavior. Not happy about this location need more helpful members. Not what i an my husband expected. Left disappointed with a frown.

Definitely this pharmacy has the best prices even if you have medical insurance their prices are better than others pharmacy but the customer service is very poor. If you want to save some money and you have patience so this is the place you should go.

I just spoke with Summer, in the Pharmacy. She was extremely professional and helpful. I work in the medical field and spend a great deal of time on the phone with Pharmacies and I was impressed with the service.

Called to check availability of a Halloween costume because the store is a distance from me and I didnt want to waste a trip. Was put on hold or transferred at least 5 times, one of which to the sporting goods department. Nobody was rude, but obviously none of them knew what they were doing as I ended up speaking to the same lady a few times. After 25 min I finally hung up because I was on hold yet again. I will drive down there to see for myself if they have it.

I would not even give this ONE star, BAD BAD customer service. went three times to pick an online order and i needed up just leaving the item there, i never saw it there was always an issue and not even so much as an insincere apology from the girls...will NEVER purchase anything

The employees are the most rude, unfriendly, miserable people you will ever encounter. Try asking a question of any kind! The answer is always I dont know!, The item in question could be in their hand! Its a sad situation when your good customers would rather drive half an hour away to avoid your store.

3 person in pharmacy, only one serving and line of 5 people waiting. The main problem is I had to pickup at 3 came at 7 and my order still was not processed. Had to wait another 15 mins for pharmacist to process it.

Worst Walmart in the history of Walmarts! Pharmacy is a joke. Never stocked in the grocery department. Poor selection in grocery department. Not, and I repeat, not a Supercenter. There are so many better Walmarts in South Florida. Shame I have to drive and extra half hour to find a better one.Will never go back for anything.

This place was awful.....I was in there for the longest attempting to purchase two tablets. When i asked for help I was told by a sales clerk that he does not work in electronics section. I attempted to receive help from Derek(dreadlocks) a worker the assistance took forever. He had me waiting for an extended period of time whilst talking to another employee about his knock off time. At the end he sent a another employee to assist who was pratically lost. I ended up purchasing one tablet and left the other items I had.

HOLY CRAP! STAY AWAY This is the worst STORE I have ever been too. I dont just mean the worst Walmart either. Employees are rude, Manager is nowere to be found and best of all the place is always crowded and under construction. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all costs.

I love this Wal-Mart it is nice, clean, everything is in place, and the workers are very friendly towards their customers.

Terrible customer service regarding a return with receipt in hand. While there are huge signs stating that customer satisfaction is priority number one behind the returns desk, when I tried to return a defective air mattress I was provided with unacceptable options. The agent as well as the manager kept repeating that once an airbed box is opened only replacement with the same or other mattress of equal or greater value is possible. This return was after only 4-5 days...with 2 nights finding myself on the floor after the Intex mattress deflated. Google reviews indicate this to be quite a common problem...and those who dont have it appear to be the fortunate few. So the option of replacing with another Intex mattress was unacceptable. The only other air mattress that was not an Intex was a Serta queen that would not fit in the space I have. So I was left with no reasonable options, not even a store credit. Explaining tthis did no good whatsoever. I was told that the Walmart where I purchased the mattress might refund my money. That store was about 45 minutes away! I went there anyway, and at first was told the Intex air mattress policy, which by the way, is NOT prominently posted where the mattresses are displayed. The manager however understood my dilemma and accepted the return unlike the manager of the Hallandale store.

Wont answer the phone after numerous attempts for over an hour now.... ridiculous walmart allows their business to be ran this way.

SEEMS TO ME THAT NO ONE THERE LIKE OR CARE FOR THEIR JOBS.THE CASHIER BY THE NAMED NANCY HELD A CONVERSATION IN CREOLE WITH HER CO WORKER AND JUST TALKED AND LAUGHED AS I AM WAITING FOR HER TO RING UP MY STUFF. THEN, AFTER 5MINS I CALL HER BY NAME AND ASK HER WHAT ARE YOU DOING? YOU COULD AT LEAST ACKNOWLEDGE ME AND LET ME KNOW WHY YOU HAVE ME STANDING HER AS YOU CONVERSE. THEN SHE CANT FIND THE PRICE ON A HAMMER. I GET HOME AND REALIZED SHE SIMPLY PUT IT AWAY AND NEVER RUNG IT UP, RATHER THAN ASKING FOR A PRICE CHECK. NOW I CALLED THE STORE 4 TIMES AND EACH TIME I ASK FOR A MANAGER THEY HANG ON IN MY FACE. WALMART IS A DISGRACE. I WILL STICK TO TARGET IN AVENTURA FOR NOW ON.

Decent pharmacy and staff. Open from 9am-9pm.

All my cards get denied here. They tell me this place has the highest credit card fraud. I have to call in advance for my cards to even work there.

Walking into this store first appearance was OMG! but after entering looking around employees seemed like they were avoiding customers and when needing help was told by 2 employees this isnt my department. Service I would actually rate as EXTREMELY POOR I guess attitude trickles down from corporate to emploees.

They are enormously cheaper on certain prescriptions. My experience is with one female drug called Yuvafem.

Love Walmart, cant beat the price .

AWUFUL! Manager didnt want to price match me a item because it was missing a word but other walmarts in the town were actually price matching.This man should be stripped of his job title.

Lady was OK. Waited about fifteen too drop off at counter with two in front had to ask what was ETA. Then they said come back tomorrow and I said walked four miles then they said one hour. Then she said well u want me to run through and see what prices are then I asked what I had and symptoms and name if she heard she said I have no clue.really kind of shocked. Only one pharmacist and one cashier on Saturday at five to six. They close at seven and sun 10-6

Good store, low prices. In fact, you can buy everything you need, the only thing I have not found here is strong spirits, only wine and beer, although the prices for these products are low, for every taste and budget.Otherwise, everything is fine.
