This company came in and changed our ability to enjoy all of our sporting events at one time. We are able to quickly switch between our 3 tv family room setup in seconds and also attached the patio tv to the system. We can control all of the system through our phones which is an added convenience.

The idiot who works at this store likes to close an hour earlier and asks you if youre going to just look around or buy something before letting you in the store. His explanation is that he lives an hour away from the store and thats why hes entitled to close an hour early. I drove half an hour to get to the store an hour before closing time and Im the client. Or would have been. Imbeciles like this should not have a job. High quality audio is not precisely an overcrowded market. We dont have ten other stores to go elsewhere... And with this kind of behaviour, theres not going to be this option either, very soon. I will not leave them a dollar.

Recently, our tv died in our master bedroom. We had considered going to one of the big box stores and, given the current environment, we had resolved ourselves to the fact that we would have to wait to replace it. We came across B-Digital and reached out to see what they could do and were glad we did. They got back to us quickly and gave us our options. We got a great deal on a top of the line tv and they were able to get it and install it in a matter of days. The whole process from initial contact through the purchase through the install was fantastic. The installers were prompt, courteous and had everything installed in less time than they quoted us. If you have a/v needs, dont go anywhere else. We wont!

Have been trying for ever to get a technician to come and repair a media center and they keep saying someone will contact you. Every once in a while they will answer and try to confirm a phone number or an address. Had one issue with one speaker that they had me wait for ever for a paart only to replace it and stop working shortly after. One tech that came had an issue programing the remote. Thought that should have been easy.

I’ve owned Bang & Olufsen products for decades. I normally shop at the CityPlace location but it has closed it’s doors. The drive to Hallandale is an inconvenience but the products and customer service Makes up for it. I’ve worked with the gentlemen mention by the reviewer below me and have only had positive experiences with him. He’s friendly, and very knowledgeable. I decided to update my Speakers to Beolab 18’s and my TV to the Beovision Eclipse, so I spent a chunk of change. I received my products in a timely manner and they were installed and setup up without a hitch, and the installers did a wonderful job. My next purchase will be the Beosound Shape and I will be going right back to that same guy. One negative though, when getting my older products serviced it does take a long time to get them back, or even fixed for that matter. I was told that they send off the products for repair and getting the parts can take some time if the parts are still made by the manufacturer, and older products can’t be repaired.Other then that I will gladly do business here. I don’t know about the experience the reviewer below me had but I’ve worked with that same gentleman numerous times, and it’s been great every time.

With bno being Very high and Equipment you expect someone to be at the store when theyre supposed to open. but they never are. This location is suppose to open at 11 a.m. here it is going on 11 30 and they are still not open.they also dont return phone calls I left a message with the Gulfstream store a week ago asking them when they would be openand still nobody has called me back. So I took another chance this morning in driving down here.im really surprised that this would happen with a high-end business like this.Does corporate even care?
