Management and staff customer service is absolutely 💯 friendly and helpful. I asked for help to find products and they walked me all the way the items. The foods are fresh and the prices are low. They accept cash, credit cards, SNAP, and ATM as payments.

Nice stop for asian spices and seasoning. They got chinese, vietnamese, japanese, and korean selection mostly. The butcher corner is nice too. I got a huge chunk of beef for $20

I always have to wait wayyy longer than average wait time to checkout. They need to figure out this ASAP..... They have a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables.

My main reason for being there was to get some wild seafood but they only had farm raised seafood 😕 😪 😒

The place could used a deep cleaning and lots of air freshener. They do not wipe down their cart so make sure you bring hand sanitizer to wipe the cart down before you put your hand on it. I literally used up half a bottle of sanitizer on the cart handle before I even touch it. Unfortunately its the only big Asian market that I lived close by therefore I have no other choice but to go there.***Update*** 9/4/21Brought 2 bags of this noodles today. Went to cook it and found this.... I was gross and disgusted. Image my family getting sick if I did not caught the molding and served it to them.

You will find most of the oriental and Hispanic products here at a good price, from fresh seafood to vegetable, poultry, pork, pots and pans, etc. But it smells like a fish market

Lots if great food you cant find elsewhere. Decent prices. A little hard to find what you want with the way the dtore is organized. Also the employees english is not the best so complex communication is hard but if you show on your phone what your looking for they are usually very helpful and will walk you to it. I belive if you speak Vietnamese you should be good. Oh and the fresh steamed buns are delicious 😋

This is the worst Asian grocery store I have been to. Check expiration dates on all the items you purchase as they do not remove those items from the shelves. Dead flies on shelves and the floors. The cashiers always take their sweet time causing long check out lines and they have the absolute worst customer service. No eye contact, no greeting, toss your items around.

5 star on product selection, ONE star on store cleanliness. They need to take a few mops and some bleach and go through the whole place. The selection of food was enormous. There is probably nothing they did not have that is Asian cuisine. They had one isle, both sides filled with nearly every ramen/pho on the planet. There is a complete isle, both sides dedicated to every sauce/marinade dry packet you could dream of, plus some you didnt know existed. The red meat was inexpensive compared to other grocery stores. I cook a lot of Asian dishes, I usually mail order my ingredients because we dont have a place like this n my town, but Ill be going back to this place to stock up instead.

Ive been to many Asian supermarkets and know the smell of seafood. Trust me, this store is different. It has this rotten, pungent, dirty smell as you walk through the doors. I should of known not to waste my money here, end up with chicken thighs that were sold way pass the date. If you want fresh and a clean shopping atmosphere make the trek to Grand Prarie or Carrollton for your Asian shopping needs. This place is literally rotten.

This place is horribly dirty and smells absolutely dreadful! The fish tanks are cloudy and I wonder if they have ever changed the water. The aisles are incredibly narrow and only one cart can fit.

Love this market. I cook alot of Asian dishes at home. Always find the ingredients I need. Staff is very helpful. Just tell them what you are making and they will show you exactly what to buy.

Kind of a language barrier. I guess third times a charm they finally understood pork ribs.

Nothing fancy but one of the most complete selection of Asian food supplies. Fresh seafood and meat. Hot food items available early in the day.You might have to search for some items since theyre expanding and resetting the shelving. Worth the trip.

Love this place always find what I need and more. Theyre not unfriendly but they wont go out of theyre way to help you if you look confused or cant find what youre looking for. Best to go in when you have plenty of time if youre not familiar with the store.

This place is wonderful! We found so many things we wanted to get. Found some King Oyster mushrooms for a great price & some mochi. We also grabbed some condiments. We will definitely be coming back. Be warned when you go in it smells like a fish market, and that’s because they have fresh seafood. You don’t notice the smell after about 10 minutes.

Looking for mango flavored Sunflower Crackers which are apparently hard to find at the moment. I took the last bin so I dont know if youll be able to find any there. My friends son likes ramen so I took a photo of the entire aisle of ramen options. Wide variety of Asian foods, produce and fresh meats. Wish I lived closer and knew how to use more of the foods.

The place has lots of sea food, from crabs and lobsters to tilapia and bass. There is also an abundance of Asian foods. We personally like to come here when we want to stock up on rices and noodles. Coming here is worth it!

Look, I get it. The place smells weird, and isnt really much to look at. The meat department looks questionable. But they have fresh fish. steam buns, and roast duck are always delicious, and there is a pretty wide variety of fruits and veggies you wont find at a normal grocery store. Overall I really do like shopping here when Im in the area.

I love this place because of their large Korean food selection. I dont have to drive to Hmart in Carrollton for everything I need for Korean cooking since they started carrying more Korean essentials in stock.

I love the selection of items that cant be found at chain grocery stores. Theres always something new to try and the variety of tea is amazing. The produce was in good shape and they even carried jackfruit, although I couldnt find a price for it. All in all its a decent store even though it shows its age a bit. Its not going to be as fancy as Walmart, but I think its worth stopping in every once in a while.

I am hispanic and here you can find lots of vegetables that you can not find in any Kroger, Tom Thumb or Walmart. I highly recommend this supermarket.

The worst customer service ever. Nasty and dirty. The short guy from the fish area with hair cut with blonde ponitail in the middle was very rude and disrespectful to me. I will never go back there. TEACH YOUR WORKERS TO RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS, period.

Please be careful if you are buying stuff at that store. Some of the workers are scammers. They put in stuff that you do not even buy, this happen today and a few years back, it also happen to one of my friends. If I realize something that I did not buy, and let them know, all they would say is sorry* even if they did it on purpose to make money. It happen a lot of time, so like just be careful. (these workers had been working for a long time at that store, so they should know what the food are, and what to put in and stuff) THESE WORKERS ARE SCAMMERS

Rude!!! They have a Huge Selection and it’s obvious that a lot of the workers are not the best English Speakers. But a Simple Thank You at the Register would be Nice. There is no Hospitality at this Store and it could use a cleaning. I doubt if I will be back.

This may not be the cleanest of grocery stores that Ive been in but the selection is out of this world! I love going to the store because I can always find something new and interesting to try. I have not been disappointed with this store not even once. Ive been shopping for years and regret that Im moving to Arizona because I wont have my favorite Asian supermarket anymore.

This place is great to shop it has huge selection of Asian food including seafood and produce and whatever one can imagine . But for me the surprise is the selection of cookware and knives and other things such as camping burners the list goes on. I dont go a lot but when I do I highly enjoy it.

If youve never been to an Asian grocery store, the smell will catch you off guard. It always does to first timers. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised on this last visit to find things less smelly. They are undergoing a remodel and expansion which allows customers to pick up more pots, pans, etc. Their selection of frozen foods, however, is lacking.

Nice store but the men that work there are not very cordial. You ask them a question and they act bothered by it. I enjoyed shopping there even tho I didnt know what everything was.

This place has been newly expanded. You can find many Asian grocery items without having to travel to Dallas. However, pay special attention to the expiration dates or you might waste your money.

Huge selection of sauces, spices, anything really that you could need for any type of Asian cuisine. I found the ingredients to make Korean, Japanese and Chinese dinners. I imagine there are ingredients to make even more varieties. Only downside is it smells extremely fishy inside. It looked like they did the butchering and cutting of fish and meat fresh in back, which probably causes the smell. If you need ingredients to make an Asian dish, I’d definitely recommend Nguyen Lou Oriental Supermarket.

The store smells well yeah, because they sell fresh fish.the customer service sucks well the Asian culture is a bit colder than most and they are there to work.I wouldnt recommend their bathrooms but everything else is great! THey have a great selection of produce/noodles/cookware/teas/fish/meatthe cashiers are fast and arent up for much small talk but thats not an actual reason you go to the store for.

Your typical Asian supermarket where you can get your produce fresh. I take back a star because their selection is somewhat limited to other Asian Supermarkets of its type like HMart but its a good place to shop. You can have your fresh fish fried while you continue with your shopping.
