I have been going to RPM for several years. I appreciate their friendly and honest approach. Their prices are MORE than reasonable. They tell you exactly whats wrong with your car, and do not try to sell you more repair than you need. Ive always been impressed with their transparency, and their knowledge of motor vehicles. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Took it in for what I thought was wrong instead of taking my money & fixing what I requested he informed me that even after fixing that it wasnt gonna be the problem. He told me it was a knocking inside my motor & was motor related. I thank him & had it towed to dealership. Dealership said it was my timing chain/belt along with my balance chain all related to my motor. The man from RPM could have just taken my money but he was very honest.

Very reasonable pricing and expert service. Though I had already suspected what was wrong with my car, the mechanic diagnosed my vehicles problem quickly, showed me what the issue was and was thorough in the repair. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost in comparison to other mechanic shops would charge for the same service and will take my vehicle here in the future.

The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful, it didnt seem like he was focused on just making the sale and moving on. Took the time to make sure I had the right part before I purchased it.

I give this place No stars, only put one star so I could post this review. This rating is my choice because the owner specifically told me he could do my front brakes. He did the brakes on my jeep and they are continuing to squeek badly as if they had not been done. When I went back to let them know what was going on he told me that he would charge more money just to take the tires off to see what was wrong. Complete BAD BUSINESS 👎. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO A HORRIBLE JOB!!!
