Purchased roses for someone 10 days before Valentines day. I did this early so the flowers would be sent early. Spoke with the person I sent these to at 1pm and they had not received anything. Called the florist and they had no record of me buying anything. Gave them the receipt number and they delivered flowers at 3:30pm. 30 mins before this person leaves for work. Spent nearly a hundred dollars for a late delivery and flowers that were not fresh. I dont want to hear you are sorry. I dont want a balloon or nicer vase. I want a refund.

Great work for my child’s party she does cakes as well as balloons I’m definitely coming back whenever I need a party done right!
