Employees do not have any kind of communication skills whatsoever. The girl who checked me out did not say one word, just awkward silence!! Another customer made a comment about this and I couldnt agree anymore with him on this. How the employees never greet you, always giving people ugly looks, or just being rude. I dont understand how these people are still employed if they cant simply greet customers. If you dont like your job then why work!! These girls need better training

Great little store. A little of everything.

No public restroom and the lady was very rude, at the checkout she moved so slow that it was obviously on purpose. Very messy on the inside and the outside was worse.

I don’t know why or even how the red haired lady works there. She was EXTREMELY RUDE to the younger employee the whole 20 minutes I was there. I got second hand embarrassed for him he was trying to do the best he could and she almost made ME cry ! Last time I came here she didn’t bother to help with the line even though several people were asking her for help. Please look into this !!

Sometimes you can find good stuff here. I found a pair of capris that are so comfortable. But when you buy clothing make sure they dont have the security tags just stuck in the middle of the shirt or pants. Ive seen this multiple times,instead of putting the tag on the seam so it doesnt cause a hole. Some employees put it smack dab in the middle of the clothing causing a hole that will get bigger and eventually ruin the article of clothing. Other than that its good. Also make sure you check your food. I bought some sausage that was already past the best buy date. I took it back and exchanged it. The manager apologized and had said someone was not doing their job. But for the most part, Ive never had any issues.

We found what we were looking for and a little more. Waited in line only one clerk there. Finally got checked out.

Neatly stocked and greeted by two different employees some of the chilled goods looked semi poor however still seemed clean to me so it was nice for a quick pick up of items

I have been going to this store for a little over 2 years since I live just right down the street. Sadly, Even though I live right down the street, I still try to avoid this store as much as I can because theres creepy employee by the name of Mohammed who always harasses me every time I go into the store... He is a old creepy man that gets mad if a young lady doesnt want to hold a conversation with him. So because I dont show him any attention, and specifically try to get in and out of the store, it bothers him... So I try to stay out of that store, unless I dont feel like traveling to a further family dollar. Every time I go in there, I just hope and pray that he is not there, I dont have a problem with any of the other staff in that store. Actually I love them all, but he is so creepy!! Today I went in I saw him at the register, so I immediately knew that I wanted to get out of there quickly, so I grabbed 2 items which took a minute or two TOPS, then when I go back to the register, he was no longer up there, but he was to my right putting candy away, so I ring the bell on the register, and I guess since he wanted me to talk to him instead of ringing the bell..he ignored the sound of the bell, so I stood there for 2 minutes even though he was basically right NEXT to me..then I rang the bell, 3 or 4 times..he had a problem with that. He proceeds to come to the register and rings the bell 3 or 4 times his self. I guess to show me that he didnt like me ringing the bell so much, but had he NOT ignored me the first time that I rang the bell it wouldnt have been an issue. He needs to understand that not every female wants to smile at people or always be talkative. If I were a two hundred pound unattractive woman he wouldnt give two cares about if I gave him any attention. Some people just want to get there stuff and go!!! Sorry but Im sick of him, and I never say anything about it!

This family dollar is great for a quick trip, however, it is a bit dirty, and disorganized. Staff is mostly friendly but you can tell they are over worked and under paid. I do appreciate their efforts.

It’s really bad when the cashier watches his phone while checking you out. The guy with the long hair and he works night shift is very rude. I’m definitely calling corporate. He was annoyed that customers came in because he couldn’t watch his show
