Ive had a mystery noise since returning from a week-long road trip. Assuming it was a rock, I had hosed out my tires as best I could, but the noise persisted. Lee reached out to me two and a half hours before scheduled time letting me know that he was available and could come sooner, if that worked for me. I was just sitting in meetings at my home office, I said he should come and he showed up within 5 minutes. I talked about my mystery noise and my remediation efforts. He checked everything out, recommended I replace my rear pads and rotors and he would let me know about my front set. He checked and left the decision up to me regarding the front set. The price was so reasonable, I bit the bullet and had him give me all new brakes and rotors all around. He was done in about 45 minutes and presented me with the cutest little pebble that had been wedged between my vacuum plate and rotor.My other option to using this excellent service was to get out of bed at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday morning and go wait down at Firestone to see if they could work me in sometime before lunch to check and see if there was a rock. And that certainly wouldnt have solved the issue that Ive had the car for 5 years and have never replaced the brakes.I really cant see using any service other than this service for my brake needs. Thank you, Lee, and thank you Nubrakes!Oh, and Lee said it was a good company to work for and a lot better than being in a shop all day. I think if you have mechanic skills, you should probably check them out.

All the way around great way to get brakes fixed as apposed to going to a traditional shop. Brakes can be done anywhere, they came to my home but will also go to your work. Getting the appointment was easy and they kept me in the loop via text and email, price was slightly lower than traditional shop quotes and they used really good quality brake pads and routers. Great service, quick and convenient. Michael was early, which made me happy, but also he was able to spot a serious problem with my ball bearing on one of my tires. That part was expensive but considering how quick and convenient it was to get both brake pads, rotors and one ball bearing all done in my parking lot. Honestly the service was great! This is the most convenient service ever. I got my brakes fixed while I was at work and I love the no BS policy. Absolutely FANTASTIC service! I left an inquiry online at 1:20pm and within minutes received a phone call to schedule for 5pm. He even let me know that there was a slight oil drip under my car as a result of the oil change another company did on my car the day prior. My recent experience with NuBrakes was most satisfactory. My tech Derek was on time, courteous, patient and competent. Derek came prepared for the worst but found my issues to be lesser and fixed what was only needed. So I got great service at a great price which further built my trust in NuBrakes.
