Cancelled my services, a gentleman names Paul showed up to my forward address stating I owed them $2,000 dollars in equipment and $800 for breaking my contract. I started my service in November and ended in October, as well as paying equipment upfront in the beginning. Spoke with three different representatives who all stated I owed absolutely nothing and had not broken my contract. Never thought I’d need a security system for the damn ADT contractors. Also note this business comes up with contact info for a Joe glover, looks like an entire scam.

Kevin Soward was knowledgeable and helpful in deciding which equipment best suits my needs. The install techs did a great job with getting everything setup!

I had new windows installed and have called 3 times today to tell ADT of a problem we are having when we arm the systems. Pushed through a expedited ticket where I pay a lot to get them here TONIGHT and after waiting hours, they are not coming and never called to let me know. My office manager is still on the phone with them and we are getting the run around and they are saying 5 days before they come to fix the alarm. Im changing to another company more highly-rated - seems like they are all more highly rated!!

The office staff there is very helpful and really friendly. I had a wonder visit there today. I cant say enough good about the people there

I first got ADT when we moved into our house 9 years ago. A couple of years ago we upgraded to their Pulse system and we love it. I am a techie and love gadgets. I love that I can control my lights, lamps, thermostats all remotely no matter where I am. Both installs were great and service has been even better. I highly recommend this company.

First, I am not new to ADT. Ive had it in my home for nearly a decade. The system that was installed at my sons house is a super good system; so I & he are both quite satisfied with it. However, I am NOT satisfied with the manner in which the system was sold to me. I discussed the issue with a manager, so I prefer to leave it there for now.

The entire process from the initial phone call to the completed installation was professional & expedient. Dan installed my system & was excellent in teaching me how to manage the controls. He is a huge asset for ADT. I got a security system after being burglarized as I slept.I wish I would have had Security in the 1st place and I would not have had to endure a traumatic event.Thank you ADT for making me feel safe again.D Myers

We continued with ADT after moving from California. Service was always outstanding and its no different now. Our installer worked hard to get our new system up and running and it works great. Thanks!

They overcharged me twice. I had to keep calling ever single day. I love ADT, but this time around I am not happy with their service. I have had them for 3 different homes. They charged me for disconnection, window units that I didnt need. I called to let them know and all they told me is that I got a deep discount. I paid over $400 and that is ridiculous. I will not be using them once my contract is up!

They over charge you, they do not response to alarms going off, they hang up the phone on you when you complain. I have had adt since 2014 canceled in 2015 and they still continue to charge me ... todays date oct 31 2019! I just called them again and they claim I owed 81$ and they send me to a collection agency! I have my last credit receipt where it shows PAID OFF and canceled.... they hung up! You get adt your in it for life and they will keep charging even for no services. There’s a lot of more reliable companies that are so much cheaper! Hope this review helps.

Really annoyed with the amount of sales reps and flyers I get. I moved and had at least one rep knock on my door for nearly two weeks. On top of mailed flyers. How many times do I have to say no?!

They are too big to take care of issues quickly. Expensive for what I got compared to other companies.

The sales rep showed me the video camera in the office from the phone app... what they didnt say was a 30sec. Recording isnt long enough to capture suspicious activities. They work off your fears. Once the contract is up I will not be renewing

I was not at all impressed with this company. Had multiple problems with my system and they never could get it fixed. Also my monthly monitoring price kept going up every time I signed a new three year contract. Ended up going with another company.
