I ordered the 30A Smart Plug Connection Kit on Friday, 13 August 2021, and it was delivered to my house by UPS on Wednesday evening, 18 August 2021. Very quick!!!I installed the Smart Plug kit this morning, Thursday, 19 August 2021.Installation was a breeze, and the instructions were more than adequate. The only difficulty I had was trying to pull the cord back through the cord protector sleeve. My hands were already slick, so I had a hard time getting a good grip. I also found that Dawn dish washing soap (no water) made the job a whole lot easier.I am very pleased with the kit and the service I received from United RV.Y’all done good! Thank you.

There were delays on getting repairs completed. My previous service tech overlooked my ticket and the result delayed completion by a few weeks. When United discovered the issue they quickly reassigned me to a new rep. Kimberly took control and quickly managed the delay into a timely repair. This is NOT a typical RV dealership, their service department and service advisor (Charles Lansdon) are second to none. I’ve never been a big fan of RV dealerships but am a huge fan of United RV. At every step of the way Charles kept me informed of what was happening on my repair (complete replacement my roof) but it went further than that as they made the RV roof better than when the factory installed it. So if you’re tired of poor service at a dealership or RV repair facility, I would recommend you give United RV a try. My travel trailer is now the way it should have been when it left the factory.

Your man in the parts department did a great job!! He managed to get my much needed door handle packed and shipped in one day. Great experience and very reasonable prices! United RV was/is having issues with a vendor they carry named Andersen (Andersen Blocks). Dalton Brown at United RV was transparent and supportive of the vendor delayed items I ordered for 2 months. Offered several times over the course of 2 months to cancel my order, I was not in a hurry so we continued to touch base every two weeks until the order shipped vendor direct. Items arrived today. I ordered 2 rv refrigerators that I ended up having to return. The return route was not a short one, from California to Texas! The level of customer service that I received was just incredible! I wish I could give 10 stars! I reached out to this company via the text message feature on their website to ask if I should upgrade my power center to accommodate my new lithium batteries, specifically the converter. Not only was Dalton Brown quick to reply, but he also advised that I could simply upgrade the main board assembly as opposed to the entire unit. Looking at the picture of the MBA on their website, I did not see the physical switch that changes the charging profile. When I thought I had ordered the wrong part, he actually went out to the warehouse, opened the box and sent me a picture to show me that I indeed ordered the correct part. As if that wasn’t enough, he even provided me with the torque specs from the manufacturer. Dealing with RV part suppliers can be challenging and frustrating, as anyone reading this review definitely understands. Well, after my initial experience with United RV, I am a customer for life! From the super quick response time, to the outstanding customer service, not to mention the fact that I received notification of my order’s shipping label being created not even 12 hours after I place my order, I cannot sing my praises loud enough! I brought in our camper with some hail damage. Charles was able to get me an estimate and get it all finished up in a few weeks even though I added a few more items that we wanted to have done. I really dont see a need to find any other rv service center, they were pretty much perfect.

At one point a service representative by the name of Fredrick also helped out. I could not be more pleased with the pricing and even more pleased with the service! I will do business here again!

I have used the United RV Parts Team on a number of occasions. Not one time have I ever been disappointed. The response I receive is unbelievable during a time when customer service seems to be taking a huge hit because of the pandemic. United has never said “we do not have the staff or the time”, they just get the job done. The text feature has been a great support tool and I use it regularly. I honestly get a better response from the Parts Department at United than I do from the dealership where I purchased my RV and where I have spent a lot of money. The Executive Team at United is to be congratulated for assembling the Team of professionals they have. I bought a couple of things from this company and they came in damaged. When I reached out to them they will not discount the damage but will let me return or replace it....that is nice but a Huge inconvenience and I need this product now...if you want everything you order from this company damaged then order from this place!!

Terri was great! I first called in for a 5th wheel hitch, but it was out of stock, she was friendly and gave me a straight answer if it was available or not. Every other site would give you the runaround if it was available.I found the hitch from another company (Amazon) and it seemed too good to be true. It was, they shipped the hitch but then somehow lost it. I was back to the ground floor and wasted 3 weeks. I figured I would call Terri again to see if she had gotten another one in stock. She verified that the hitch was actually there, gave me a firm delivery date and it arrived on time.Terri and her team at United RV did what they said they would do. Dalton Brown was my customer service contact and was helpful even when I was inpatient waiting on shipping confirmation. Ordering and shipping was quick as it shipped the same day I places the order.

Our Air conditioner went out on our camper, while camping in 98 degree weather. The emergency service technician that came out showed me that the compressor rusted out and said it would be cheaper to replace the unit than to fix it. I called camping world and they were going to charge me $1500 to install a new A/C. Almost $500 for installation. I found United RV online and they had the exact A/C I needed for $660. I don’t remember how long it took exactly for the A/C to arrive but it was fast 4 days max I believe. I would highly recommend you work with Mr. McCollum or Kevin I think is his name. He made my experience with them amazing. I will definitely continue getting parts from them and recommend everyone else does too.

I recently took my RV to United for some warranty work and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Charles Lansdon was a pleasure to work with as my Service Advisor. He kept me informed throughout the process, gave accurate estimates of the time it would take for every aspect. He allowed us to take the RV as we waited for the manufacturer to approve the warranty work and ship the new parts. This was greatly appreciated as this was during prime camping season and it allowed us to enjoy the season. He then set up a time to install the new parts when they arrived, promised a time that it would be ready and then completed the work three days ahead of schedule. I was just going to let it go but kept think long and hard about posting this review after being chastised and called a “terrorist” but Jim Vittow, their service manager when I went to pick up my camper. Even had conversations with others who agree and encouraged me to let others know. I was not a happy camper when the work was quoted 4+ times the original estimate. I posted out on social media, the same media that this arrogant little … responded to call his service department to take care of my needs. This company does not want to have open conversation or transparency. Even after all this I simply went down to pick up my camper, paid my bill no issue. But this arrogant little … comes out saying I wanted to talk to him, which I didn’t. But he proceeds to call me a “terrorist”. A paying customer, could be an active serviceman, veteran, LEO, first responder, or other and he has the audacity to call a paying customer, a “terrorist”? Please people, any company that would employ a person like this does not deserve your business. Go else where. I will never do business or recommend them for anything.

Dalton was a great help with my new converter. I ordered it on Monday and received it on Thursday. However it was damaged. I contacted them and they promptly sent a replacement and return label. Weve been customers of United RV since the very beginning of our camping adventures. Jim was honest and ensured that we didnt buy more than our SUV could pull. When we upgraded to a much bigger Keystone Laredo (and a large truck), Jim and the crew were there to help us with everything from purchase to maintenance classes and warranty work, parts and supplies and, most recently, the sale of our camper. United isnt the closest dealership to where we live, but its the only well shop at for our camping needs. I truly appreciate all the hard-working folks at United who are always there for us.

Great service. I asked via website if the item (Atwood water heater) was in stock. Within an hour I was told it was and if I placed order by 10am it would ship that day. I did and they shipped as promised. Received a few days later. I have ordered from some other RV stores and they don’t seem to know what they are doing. Needless to say United RV is now one of my few go-to stores for my RV needs. PS: I hate to give my web business to Amazon when I can find a good small company web store.

Huge thank you to DeAnn, Marty and Trip at the Haltom location. Everybody was on their A game! We were able to check out the RV we were interested in instantly, spoke to finance and got the roundabout figured all within enough time to get back to work on my lunch hour. We got a call back later that afternoon with the final numbers and were able to put a deposit down and set our final appointment. When the final pickup came, I was in and out in just over an hour and that included trading in our current RV. This place was amazing! I was given great advice on my roof vents and informed on how an air leak and water leak I have on my 2 year old camper is repaired. They offered to do the repairs, but Im a DYI Guy. However, they walked me thru the process and suggested I use the same materials the factory uses.. I bought two smoke colored Air-Max vent covers, two tubes of sealant and cleaner/activator. I went home and watched the YouTube video on how to install and make the repairs. With the advice from the guys at United RV Center, I installed the vents in 30 minutes. The air and water leak on the roof was repaired in about an hour.To anyone thinking about vent covers, do it! I should have put the vent covers on when I bought it and Ill put them on anything I buy in the future.They even gave me a discount at the register. I bought two tubes of sealant, the cleaner/activator and the two roof vent covers. Oh, and just so you know the vent covers come with all the brackets and hardware you need to mount them.

Charles was very knowledgeable and helped assist us in replacing our hot water heater. We are very grateful for the amazing service we received at United RV.

My Wife and I were on our first vacation since I retired about 3months ago.. We were on our way to Colorado from Houston Tx, when I noticed a piece of the hitch was missing.. I got Sumo Springs put on my tow vehicle. They were very fast putting them on. Plus, it was less money than I was quoted. Always a plus.It was raining when I left the shop. Anyway, I really didnt get to test the Sumo springs out yet. What I did drive it, it me the 3 requirements I was looking for. 1, less sway. 2, less drop when dropped on my tow vehicle. 3, less bounce. So far, so good. Im putting it to the true test in October when I go on a longer trip.

United RV is a great dealership. Their sales and service team are very knowledgeable and friendly. Patrons are free to roam the dealership to find a unit that best suits their needs. Not a high pressure environment here. The service department features 20 service bays and will service any make and model. A definite plus. Also, their aftermarket parts and accessories in the showroom has the biggest selection Ive ever seen. If you are in the market for an RV and want an excellent buying experience, I highly recommend this dealership.

United RV has been one of the best RV dealers I have ever worked with from sales to service,We bought our trailer from United RV Ft. Worth Tx,because they had the 5th wheel we were looking for so we drove from Colorado to pick it up,Charles Landon the service manager was great and we talked back and forth for 6 weeks and he was great to take care anything I requested, I also met one of the owners Kevin, and everyone we worked with from Charles and our salesman Bill Horne along with the team in service were super and all A+ on the customer serviceI wholeheartedly recommend this RV dealership and their entire team, also wanted to mention their receptionist she was great and took about 50 of our calls while we were working 😊😊

The service I received from United RV was great. Our Dometic toilet went out in our RV and Dometic said it was “unrepairable”. We ordered a new toilet from United RV and they had it to us quickly. Unfortunately, the toilet seat was damaged by the shipper, and Derreck at United RV was very responsive in stating that they would do everything they could to make it right. Fortunately, we were able to salvage the seat off of our old toilet. United was great though, and I will gladly be purchasing RV parts from them in the future.

I recently ordered a set of Snap Pads for an on order fifth wheel. These were in very short supply, but I found the set I needed at United RV online. I had contacted them via their posted text message link and Kevin McCollum, who works in their online dept., helped me with my shipping carrier and got everything rolling. Received the product in just a few days.Unfortunately, the dealer contacted us with a huge price increase on the unit we ordered after we had already agreed on a price. We cancelled the order for the coach. I contacted Kevin and explained what had happened and he set up a return with me paying the return shipping charges.Im really grateful that I was allowed to return the Snap Pads. Otherwise, I would have been stuck with them. We have since placed an order for another coach with price protection as part of the contract. I will be contacting Kevin for the proper Snap Pads for my new unit when we receive it next year.A great place to do business.

Ordered ac unit on August 21, received it August 25! Unit was cosmetically damaged. Text them and Chase Landry resolved issue within minutes. Very please with delivery time and great customer service!! Will be a return customer!!!

Shout out to United RV and Charles Lansdon for a job spectacularly well done!We took our Grand Design Momentum 399TH in for a handful of maintenance items … wheel bearings packed, A/C’s cleaned and checked, generator oil change, a couple of new wet bolts swapped out and the addition of a Smart Plug to our modifications!Everything done as promised and when promised plus a couple of thoughtful extras performed!Yes! I am a fan! I don’t understand why anyone would take their rig anywhere else if you can get it to United RV!!! Thanks to Jim Vititow for running a great show!!!

I am So pleased with everything that Charles helped me with. I am New to RVing and bought one that had so many issues that I wasn’t aware of and United RV (Charles) came to my rescue! I will Always call them. Thank you
