My favorite Starbucks ever! I’ve gone to so many different Starbucks in my life, and this one has stayed consistent. The staff is friendly, efficient, and overall amazing! They will get your order spot on, every time. And the drive thru line moves fast, so you will never have to worry about being late for work stopping here. I drive further to go to this Starbucks instead of the ones closer to me just because I’m positive they will always do a good job. ❤️

How can there be no garbage cans outside and only one inside...... Also many chairs were occupied by the workstaff inside the location. Theyre were planograms and work schedules occupying the area during peak hours. My drink took longer than anticipated as well.

This Starbucks is one of the most efficiently managed stores. Not only do they get you through the drive-thru quickly, but they are also super friendly!

Dont recommend this location, the drive through was having a bad mooring, which is fine but dont take it out on me. She purposely dropped my debit card on the ground and then said sorry . She could have comped my drink....

Accepting Starbucks into my soul was the best thing I ever did! I used to be scared because those around me that had seemed different, but now that I have I realize that I havent changed! This is my best Starbucks that I ever been to but today a order a venti macha latte and I know they have to put ice but I literally all I got was ice I had to struggle getting the straw in I literally just pay for ice bc theres no drink it was all foam created by the shaking of the ice I feel ripped off 😣😡

This is the main location I go to in the mornings when Im on my way to work. The staff are always friendly, and I love the energy this place has.

Most Awesome location ever!! I live in Dallas but my girlfriend does hair every Saturday at Kialee Kutz across the street from this Starbucks so every Saturday morning Im in the drive through getting my Starbucks fix. The customer service is always so friendly and engaging. The line moves swiftly and I leave with a huge smile on my face:). Kudos to the manager and all the excellent staff!! Exactly a reason why I have stock in this company. Keep up the great work👍.

I come here often since right up the street from me and usually receive excellent service but not today. I was asked to repeat my order twice, I was just told to pull forward. When I pulled up to the window they didn’t read back my order like they usually do or the price until after they ran my card. My order was just a simple single venti mocha crumble. When she read the order to me, I told her it wasn’t my order and then she asked what I ordered and was asked about four more times to repeat it again. Turns out they never even placed my order and apologized and was told I would receive a refund and receive my drink for free and was even given two free cake pops(never received a receipt). I was in such a rush when to get my kids that I then noticed. I didn’t even get whip on it and checked my account and was never given my refund either. And let me tell you, it was well well over what my drink alone would of been like 20 dollars way over.

Very nice employees. Drive-through line is usually long but doesn’t take long to get through. Drinks are always great and they’re very nice about adding pup cups for my littles.

I was in the drive thru while the baby was screaming in the back. Achilles helped me and just was so sweet while I was waiting for my drink, even asked if there was anything they could do to make my day better and gave me a cake pop. The baby is still screaming but my heart is full. Thank you!

This location does an excellent job of a contact less drive through experience. I wish more establishments did what they do! I can pay through the app, and my drinks are handed over in a coffee cup. Love it.

From now on..Ill ONLY go to the Starbucks on Denton Hwy! It has the BEST customer service! Ill NEVER go to the one at Beach and Western Center EVER AGAIN its the worse!The minute I walked in to the one on Denton Hwy..they greeted me with a smile, and said Ill be with you in a second..and it was just that..one second, she was smiling, she checked on it immediately! I asked to speak to the manager..not saying why! The manager STOPPED immediately what she was doing and came from behind the counter to greet me face to face! I told her I will only come here now because of the customer service! She..I think her name was Debbie, said..we love our job and love our customers..and asked me my name and thanked me! As I was leaving..the young man that gave me my drink said..thank you for coming by and you have a wonderful evening, with a huge smile! The one on Western Center and Beach..they NEVER acknowledge customers..they talk to each other and ignore customers! They dont say hi or bye!

Went their twice now both times my Frappuccino was watery and overflowing had to ask for a straw and forgot the expresso shots

The speaker was out today but they were taking orders through the window and chatting while drinks were prepared. Still a great experience and loved the positivity even in strife.

Not my first amazing customer service experience from this store, but finally had to write about it. They are always happy, dont rudely rush your order and make your visit so personable all while being speedy before 7am! Being nice goes such a long way!

I finally found a drive thru on my route and it was a great experience. The young woman at the window was friendly, efficient, and verified my order twice thru the process. The drink was perfectly done and the egg bites were great!

I ordered my coffee and cake pop at the drive through and after I purchased my items one of the lady employees moved the tip jar from the outside window to the inside right in front of me! It wasnt just rude, it was insulting. They shouldnt treat their customers like petty criminals that cant wait to steal some change. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this location again.

The last 3 times I have come to this location my drink has been made wrong. Since I only have enough time to pick it up and go, I have not tried to come in and have it corrected. This was my go to store, but this repeatedly bad experience has made me decide to find another location further from both my home, and my work. The first 2 times the lady put hazelnut (which I dont like) instead of the cinnamon dulce syrup that I I ordered. As well as not even starting the drink until after I arrived for a mobile pick up. The second time I arrived 5 minutes after the mobile app said it should be ready, no line in the drive through, at 5AM.....and it still hadnt been started. Today she put sugar free hazelnut syrup. After a few drinks, I decided to give up, as it is too disgusting for words. Not sure why she keeps putting hazelnut instead of cinnamon dulce.

The young lady that took my drive-thru order helped me pick my new favorite drink! I wish Id gotten her name. Excellent service!

Foods and coffee is great, service was great but I had to drive all the way to haltom City because on Google it said dine in when all the other Starbucks in the area said there was no dime in so when I ended up driving all the way here which took me about 30 minutes the lady at the front said we do not do dine-in because of covid so it made me not only waste my time but my gas and my money and I was not happy about it but I ended up going outside to use the free Wi-Fi in the rain and cold and guess what your Wi-Fi wasnt really working very well it was very unstable connection so I ended up just going over to dunkin donuts next door and it worked perfectly fine so yeah but you can go ahead and go cuz everyone goes to Starbucks

Best Starbucks!!! Pulled up to the speaker and was greeted by the sweetest lady! Debby made my whole day and gave me the best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. Made me enjoy my PSL that much more.

What can I say? Its hard to find a Starbucks thats not friendly and courteous. I mean Im sure they are always hopped up on coffee. But at this one if there is a negative. Its when it gets busy the line goes into the main street. From which cops will light you up to tell you to seek coffee elsewhere. So if theres a line going into the street dont bother. But other than that this is a great place!

I just wanted to say how thankful I am to have met Aiden at your location. He is truly sweet everytime my husband, kids and myself come through. He is always cheerful and sweet even at the end of the day when we come by and it’s been a long shift for him. Thank you for having him on your team. Keep him, he’s truly a blessing. I love Starbucks normally but 20 minutes in a drive thru for a drink doesnt seem right.

This Starbucks is busy but fast. And very clean.

When I ordered an impossible breakfast sandwich, I asked the lady “is this sandwich vegan?”. She replied “yes it is.. wait .... your total will be at the window”. I ended up buying it only to find out that it’s not even near to be vegan. Very disappointed, because seems like she knew that it’s not vegan and still didn’t bother to tell me.

Amazing speed of customer service

Having had the pumpkin cream cold brew at four locations, this location prepared it best today at 2 PM. That employee who made it should be in charge of quality assurance because I nearly drove back and bought two. My cupholder shall bear the vacuous void of its velvety presence stoically, but I shall not.

The line was long, which is fine. I asked for no whip cream, and they put it on anyways, when I told the girl at the window she seemed inconvenienced. They just halfhazardly scraped the whip off and handed it to me. There was still whip cream on the drink and there was sticky stuff running down the side. I know these are small things, but when I pay $7 for a drink, I have high expectations. I mean, people pay that $7 for a reason, and its not for a mediocre experience.

They are the most talented and wonderful staff i have ever met. I sat down to complete some work on my laptop and i was approached by one of the staff member. She offered me a cup of water and asked how my day was going. This is what separates the greats from the good. Continue making a difference guys.!!!

Drive thru is very quick! There’s usually about 5 cars ahead of me whenever I go in the morning but I only wait less than two minutes to get my order. My drink is made perfectly the way I like it and I sometimes get smiley faces on my cup! It’s the smallest things that brighten up my day

This is our favorite Starbucks to visit. We are over the road truck drivers and arent in here often, but every time we visit, we are greeted with acknowledgement (it seems they never seem to forget us), friendliness and courtesy. I dont think Ive ever gotten a wrong order from any one here. The staff here are always friendly and happy to serve you.

I had a very pleasant experience with them. Had a good conversation with the person that took my order. Its always nice when you can just chat with someone while waiting on your coffee. I also later that week had a business meeting at this location and was impressed by how quiet it was. All went well here! Thanks!

I usually absolutely love this Starbucks, everyone is kind and helpful! I go every morning on my way to clinic, and spend about 8-10 dollars. This morning Jazz was rude and I mentioned I could go to any Starbucks but chose this one, she said ok. Ill be passing this Starbucks from now on.

Orderd a frappe then drove up they didn’t have my order marked had to re order, then they gave me my Carmel frappe and didn’t even fill it up all the way. I went back in to get it filled up to where it supposed to be filled, and they wouldn’t fill it up. Bad service flat out

Quick and friendly. Sometimes my drinks taste like they have more milk than coffee in them though. Ive ordered coconut milk instead of regular milk and it has come out wrong. Breakfast food tastes like it is just frozen food thrown in the oven.

I went to this location reluctantly because they generally mess up my order, but I decided to try again. Unfortunately my order was wrong again, after ordering through the speaker, and then repeating it to the associate when asked at the window. I did say my order was wrong, but I can normally get over having cream in my iced coffee, but I was given the totally wrong order which I cannot drink (didnt realize the iced latte sticker until I got home). I could understand if my order was complicated, but its vanilla iced coffee with 3 splenda, no cream...come on. I worked at Starbucks, I know they are busy and mistakes happen, but it just keeps happening at just this location. So for that, Im over it and will have to go a little out of the way to get my order done correctly.Edit: they finally got my order right...optimistic 2 stars added...

I go to Starbucks way more often than I should, and the staff at this store always goes above and beyond to treat me kindly and to be friendly. Any problems they immediately addressed, the store is always clean and management really seems to care about staff and customers.

I used the drive thru. My order was taken without problems. I didnt wait long in line. I paid using the Starbucks app on my phone, and there were no problems. I received exactly what I ordered. Employees were friendly and polite.

Im not a big Starbucks person, because they usually burn the coffee. But this Starbucks made a great latte, it was also quiet, which I appreciate. The staff (Brandon) was polite and kind when he had to tell us it was time to leave. It is my favorite Starbucks in the area.

Nice place... the staff I have dealt with so far... not friendly at all...being there several times at different hours of the day. And the staff are just as rude at any time... I Waited for about 2 min at one point. 2 staff members actually made eye contact and just went over their routine.... they didnt make an attempt to make me feel welcome... it was only when the Asian lady who actually made notice of me and took my order....... Internet hobo?...... this is the perfect place... ... the staff just go there because its a paycheck... they should learn from the staff at the Rufe Snow and 820 location (they are actually busier but they are nice... specially the females)

Usually go through the drive thru and it seems you either get someone really great or someone who couldnt care less that you were there. So product almost always great, service mixed.

Very welcoming, I Love this Starbucks so much Everybody that works there is great. Including a certain employee he always looks so Happy every single time I see him.. Makes my day especially on a Monday morning!! Usually leave a tip in that jar. I live near the Starbucks on Rufe snow, Maybe 2 minutes away. Every time I go there they are constantly rushed, get my order wrong dont get me wrong this one gets rushed as well but they stay so calm about it if you need a something as little as an extra straw while the line is long they will not hesitate and still Great you very happily to have a Great day. Starbucks on Rufe Snow- Ordered a large Coffee & the cashier got mad because Im paying with a $100 dollar bill. (Im sorry I know you need to get change .. not something I did purposefully at all) - Due to my wallet just being stolen... I didnt have time to get change but needed my coffee before work. The lady huffed and said Oh my gosh Is this all you have ? I just stared at her, I could not believe how rude she was. Then slammed the window door closed when she opened to give me my coffee very rudely said heres your money and didnt even hand it to literally almost threw it in my lap. Point is -The one near my house lost my business for good. This is my Starbucks and its worth a 10 minute longer drive in the morning - I rather have my business appreciated with very deserving employees.

Drive thru experience only. Very fast service. Made it on time to work which I cant say for every Starbucks location so perhaps this one isnt as popular as others but either wa I was pleased.

Great quality products, food, beverages and service. Baristas are great and very helpful. Rarely ever a long wait. The inside of the location is always very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. The drive through is easy to use and runs fairly quickly.

I always enjoy a good coffee and this location is very close to my house and work. I have never had a problem and the staff is always nice.

I usually order a venti cup of ice green tea latte with classic syrup. And they always forget to add the syrup on my drink! Honestly, I wish i could give them zero star.
