Super pleasant staff! Very helpful ALWAYS!!

Made a 12pm appointment for a Covid test, was sent a video on how to do it. Waited an hour and it would have been longer but others got sick of waiting and left the line. I needed to pick up my scripts too. Finally make it to the window and am told I cant get my meds because they cant open the window, but they pass the test out to you. They tell you to wear your mask but call you to micromanage you doing the test on yourself-had to keep repeating myself because she couldnt understand me through the mask. Oh, and theyre not wearing their masks as theyre instructing you but hard to hear them while juggling the phone and test stuff. Then, they dont give you any info on when or how youll get your results.

Dont bother. They dont bother coming to the drive thru window or acknowledge youre even there. Still takes forever to be acknowledged even if you go inside. Take your business elsewhere.

Pharmacist Donna or aka Duyen is very kind, sweet, courteous and cheerful when I needed my medicine filled. Her friendliness and great customer service made me feel welcomed each time I come. She even made a courtesy called to make sure I stopped the previous medication before starting on a new medication, now thats excellent service. This is one caring pharmacist! Thank you CVS for having such a great person taking care of us!!

Rusty is one of the best pharmacists that I have ever met. He is knowledgeable, helpful and shows genuine concern for my outcome. He shows values that are lacking in society today.Thank you Rusty and all of the Haltom City pharmacy staff for everything that you do!

Yea not very helpful when the pharmacy closes at 8pm.. if your reading this you may want to sent your meds to another pharmacy

One of worst pharmacy in haltom.the medicine cost me at Wal-Mart four dollars and the same medicine costed me at CVS $35 .never going at that place again

Its hard not to like this store! The people are always friendly, the service is quick and personable, and not to mention the pharmacy team seems to actually enjoy their job! The ONLY possible improvement they could have is more people working there, thumbs up CVS!

I recently moved to Fort Worth and was hesitant to transfer my prescriptions from the CVS in Bedford due to their horrible service. However, I was pleasantly surprised,the transfer process went really well because of the way this store handled it. Every time I come through the drive thru my prescriptions have been ready and promptly given with no waiting.

Staff is very helpful, really wish they had wax paper tho!
