This was my go to station 5 days a week between 4 and 5 am but they are always closed when i come by now. They need help and this has been going on for awhile. Dont get me wrong i love the store and people that work there are very nice but i guess my 12 dollars and some change every day is just a drop in the bucket for this company.

I went for gas and cigarettes today and received judgement for the type of cigarettes I buy and bc they were expensive. If theyre expensive thats my business. And when I said thats judgmental when they started talking mess, the guy said yep. Im sorry what? Im buying what youre selling? How about just sell it and dont comment to me about it. Two stars bc when I usually go in there a nice person serves me and doesnt judge what I buy. Good workers dont comment on anything someones buying and just perform the transaction. How about that?

I love this racetrac. Employess are nice.

Used to go to QT but I just LOVE the staff at this racetrac! the afternoon crew is amazing!! Always so helpful and nice! My new go to stop for gas and coffee!

I loved there service. I went there on Sunday night. The store is very clean and organized. The manager Mr seeam was an honest guy, he helped me to solve my problem on putting gas and also was very friendly.

Very clean store. People always nice. Music could change but overall great place to get my cigs and beer and take a piss if needed.

I usually visit this store once a day but after tonight I may never go back. There were 3 cashiers working, but as they worked they were discussing coming to work drunk, cursing every other word and talking about stealing beer out of the cooler. The shift leader or manager was laughing as she told them that comes out of her bonus but didnt seem to mind. I have never seen such unprofessional service any where in my entire life. Theres a time and place for everything but at work in front of multiple customers is NOT it. I will be contacting corporate on this matter because I am that offended. It really makea me question who puts people like that in charge of running a convenient store. Not to mention there are usually 2 to 3 people outside the store soliciting money by playing a guitar. That never bothered me nearly as much as what I witnessed tonight. I will take my daily business elsewhere from this point on.

The pumps sucked. They need to repair it before put them to operation. They valves shut of by themselves so many times when im there. However, the area is clean, safe and good customer service.

Great staff and excellent selection of soft drinks and scratch offs. Always a friendly face welcoming me into the establishment.

You know the only reason I come here is that it’s next to my work. I get gas here. I use the restroom. I try to get breakfast here (I say try because they are always OUT of good items), I buy scratch offs. The bathrooms today had no toilet paper, one stall had pee all over the stall, they never have any of the hot food ready besides things on the rollers. They never have my favorite burrito, if any burritos at all and sometimes that stand is EMPTY for days in a row. Only one employee is friendly, and I couldn’t get her name because it wasn’t on her name tag. I think I’m going to take my business to quiktrip from now on. I spend at the minimum $100-200 a week here. I hope that’s noticed and you guys can get your act together.

Went to two different pumps and both keypads were broken. Just left and went down the road for fuel. I usually enjoy racetrack. But not when their pumps dont want to take your money.

Racetrack should learn from quick trip and get bigger bathrooms! Always full and I don’t want to stop here anymore. silly!

Great gas/convenient store.

RaceTrac really tries to compete with QuickTrip but fails to staff their stores with more than 1 or 2 people. If a line become greater than a few people at QT they hit a button and instantly additional help comes to the registers. At RAceTrac if you are in a line of a dozen people you are SOL they dont have additional staff, only the one or if lucky 2 severely stressed out staff.

I wont ever stop here again. First time the employee looked like she didnt wanna be there and had this sour attitude. I had to ask her for my total cause she stared at me as if I was psychic. Second time I prepaid with card and hit the wrong button, my mistake. I tell them I did and they say the transaction was canceled theres no way to reset it. I dont understand why that is. I mean QT is able to reset it even when paying with a card. Meh. Guess thats why Ill stick to QT over RaceTrac any day.

Similar to QT but better than most other gas stations in the area, also dont buy the ice cream there. Or any RaceTrac for that matter

This should be NO Star ..... Bought a tall GLASS bottle of Budweiser .... Today ... February 5, 2017Got back to house .... My 84 year old sister wanted it with her spaghetti bought 3 blocks from this station. I had already taken food to house which is two blocks from her house.Is forgotten to stop to buy this one bottle of beer ..... Dropped food at house .... Made drive to this QT on 377 and Browning.My sister could not get the cap off of bottle. We used a gripped to open .... The glass started crumbling .... Cap came off with slithers of glass in beer and around broken edges.Went back to QT .... Attendant told me they werent allowed to take it back. Non returnable. They dont take alcohol back.Told him you wont take this and give me another ..... He said NO.Told him you wont? ??? I left the undrinkable Budweiser and told him to drink it!!I DO NOT drink beer .... Never have. In not a drinker.But Ive bought ALOT of gasoline. .... and we bought ALOT of diesel when we had our diesel pusher!!Ive spent my last dime in that store!!! ..... Any good business knows that it only takes one complaint of a dissatisfied customer and it can domino!!!SHAME ON YOU!!!

I went to that store for the first time in my life to get some core power drinks and this short, buff, black dude I guess his name is Hugh tried to intimidate me telling me that if I was trying to get bigger those werent going to work. He then challenged me to arm wrestling contest which made no sense to me. I then paid and everything and made my way to the door and then out of nowhere put me on a headlock and grabbed him and threw him across store and left. Worst gas station experience

Cashiers are friendly. Bathroom was clean and the layout of the store easy to navigate.

Put gas here today around 8am because we were heading out of town, $40.00 on pump num.10. On our way to our destination our truck stops running,we had to pay a tow truck and pull it to a mechanic shop. Nothing was wrong with the engine and before we left for out of town we had the whole truck checked for any issues at the mechanic shop they checked the gas tank and they found water in the tank. The gasoline didnt even have a strong smell to it. Now Mr. Carlos manager at Racetrack informed me they monitor the levels of their fuel carefully and suggested there is something wrong with my vehicle said he couldnt do anything at the moment to help me because he didnt know who I was yet he did not bother to get my name or phone number or asked me if I had a receipt to try to help me and ended the call unexpectedly. He could have handle it more professionally and tried to help me instead of being so defensive. I have put gas in this RaceTrac before and Ive never had a problem with it until today. And I will no longer make Racetrack my go to gastation.

Good price but hate it when they dont maintain their fuel machines. I wanted a receipt and the machine couldnt print one when it was suppose to. Broken? Out of paper? Who knows.... but NOT PROPERLY MAINTAINED.
