Weve come here for years, but had a really good shopping experience today. There was a young man that was really nice that helped us find Christmas themed lingerie lol. I wish I got his name, he was great. Randi and Sally helped us too! They have a lot of lingerie and all sorts of stuff!! Im never disappointed.

I absolutely adored coming to this place! Staff was very knowledgeable about the products very helpful in helping me decide on how to keep my marriage spicy! I dont know their names but it was a cute redhead with the nose ring and a young gentleman with two tone hair that helped us out you guys are the best I will definitely be coming back to the store to come shop keep up the great work!

Was nervous about coming into one of these shops by myself just a single dude walked in the lady in the front was nice and does not judge at all easy in and out. Saw what I wanted and if you have any questions they will answer very friendly will come back.

Good variety of lingerie in a wide variety of sizes. Nice selection of edible lotions and lubricants. Toys for him and toys for her are bountiful.....with expert staff shares their knowledge without judging. Will return for more surprise goodies to treat my hubby!!

Went into the store today to browse their products. One staff member approached us and informed us of the specials, which I had already right on the signs in store. Not even two minutes later the same staff member approaches me again to tell me about another program they have. I move to another section of the store to browse, and another staff member approaches me to see if we need help. At this point my conversation with the person I was with has been interrupted three times.The store is pretty self-explanatory and easy to find items to the point where I generally dont need help from the staff member.When we go to pay for an item that we were about to purchase, they wanted to enter information into a computer database. I said that I didnt want that done, they started getting persistent, and I had to shut that part of the conversation down.We hand over the cash including some coins and staff member doesnt know how to handle the coins. Say our total came to $15.50, we hand over $20.50 I have to get a $5 bill back, and they did not know how to handle this. I tried to explain to them, and they insist we do not need to hand over the coins. At this point I stepped away I let my counterpart handle the transaction.I have never been frustrated in a store like this. All I wanted to do was browse and see if theres anything that we might want, and I felt bombarded. I will not be shopping at this location again.

The staff at this store is absolutely phenomenal. Knowledgeable friendly and down-to-earth dont even begin to describe my first experience at this store. A huge shout-out to Katrina and Joanna for helping me figure out everything I needed to when I didnt even know where to start. I definitely left feeling happy and educated and excited.

Wished they had more selections in lingerie but their prices are really good compared to other places.They have a huge selection on everything you need and didn’t even think you’d need. The down side and the reason for my 1 star is that they only have one fitting room. I went in for a quick little pick up and had some outfits I wanted to quickly try on but had to wait 30+ min because the employees there had one of their friend try on so many pieces. They kept bringing her different lingerie to try on. That was very inconsiderate and unprofessional of them. This location definitely could use some love because it’s starting to look ratchet. They could also use new employees and management.

I attempted to return clothing here that was unworn with the tags on. When I tried it on at home it didnt fit right and I realized it was because it was cheap quality. I waa extremely offended by the man/lady??? that helped me. She dumped the garments out of the bag and would barely touch them even though they clearly had not been worn. Says alot about the clientelle here. I will stick with Velvet Box from now on. Much higher quality products and classy people.

I wish I could give no stars! This store is disgusting the staff is very rude and unprofessional. Im sure they wont have a job for long and if the cooperation had any ideal about the type of low lives they hired would shut down the store. They normally have junkies hanging around the store that they allow to verbally assault customers. I will never go to this hole in the wall place again!
