Adrian is the best! I bought my bike used, and rode it longer than I care to admit with an issue with the clutch. Took it in and they got it fixed good as new! Never realized how bad I needed it fixed until it was done. They earned repeat business from me for sure!

My back tire on my Honda Shadow Ace went flat overnight, for seemingly no reason. The front tire was low as well, so I asked them to replace both tubes. I paid the exact price they quoted, they didnt try to upsell me, or sneak in any other charges. They said the front tube seemed okay and asked if I was sure that I wanted it replaced. Very upstanding, honest, and quick work.

They were fast and there prices to mount and balance a gsxr 750 tires was 50 and they were going to keep n disposal of old tires for only 4 dollars each not bad but my boyfriend wanted to keep the old ones.

Good group of guys. Needed the tires swapped on my 04 dyna, was able to bring in the tires I had previously ordered online. Dropped the bike off and picked it back up same day. Best price out of the 15+ shops I called while looking around. Will be back in the future for other repairs

Phenomenal shop here, Rob and Adrian are both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Took a bike that was messed up from an accident to a bike that almost looks brand new. Got it all done in the amount of time that they said would get it done. On another note, they are more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the whole process and keep you updated about the status of parts and etc. This will be the first shop I take my current and all of my future bikes to for service. 10/10 guys.

Go see these guys if you having trouble with your bike and even if they dont work on your bike they will point you in the right direction, hadnt been here for couple of years since i hadnt had my bike running and when i did they were still helpfull as i remember them they pointed me in the right directiom even whem they could not work on my bike..thanks guys 👍

Ive known adrian for the better part of 12 years. If you have bike troubles no matter the type they can fix it. They are the only dyno tunners in the area I know of. Quality workmanship along with top notch service sets them apart from any other shop Ive been to.

These are top of the line professionals. I brought in my BMW K1300S in for shaft drive oil change, rear tire install and they also changed rear pads all for less than $170 dollars labor. As well well being done within 1 hour! They are prompt, courteous and friendly. I’m a new customer for life!

These guys do a good job. I brought my motorcycle here because of an accident and they completed the work ahead of schedule for a price that the insurance agreed to. They didnt communicate very well with me, but they definitely did with my insurance company, so ultimately Im happy. Definitely would come back for more work.

I have to say how great these guys are. I ordered a baffle kit for my Ducati 1098. Unfortunately the package was damaged by USPS and most of the items went missing. This is no reflection of A&R but poor handling on the post office side. I contacted Rob at A&R and he quickly sent out the missing items. I received them two days later. These guys have great products and outstanding customer service. There are not a lot of companies who will jump to help their customers like this anymore, but these guys definitely do.

Got my bike back from A&R Motorsports today and I could not be happier. I have a Kawasaki and have tried working with the dealer more than once but they were very unhelpful, expensive, and dissmisve/rude.In my job, Ive seen a different side to many motorcycle shops in the area doing my delivery jobs and after 6 months of scoping out different places I stumbled across these guys one day. They were genuinely friendly, kind, helpful customers and I knew I could trust them. They are clean, professional, and organized. I brought up the issues on my bike one day and asked for a ballpark figure quote sight unseen. They have me an estimate and 4 months later when I had time I brought it in.Turns out there were many more issues than were on the surface and they called me to let me know it requires more work, parts, etc. I feel they went above and beyond and that their prices are more than fair. They took the time to go over my bike with me, answer all of my questions, and I could tell they even cleaned it up for me compared to how dirty it was when I brought it in! I really feel that trust, reliability, and sincerity are the most important factors in a business like this. I would/will recommend this place to everyone!

I will not trust my bike with anyone else!! These professionals treated me like a king from the second I walked in until I left. I will never even try any other shop. Had a rear tire replaced in minutes when other shops told me days. They treat you like family and are very knowledgeable. Will def be back!

A&R Motorsports is way better than the dealership! I walked in to buy an HID for my bike and I was in and out in 2 seconds. He even hooked up the light to show me it worked and what color it was. I got a single bulb H7. Great customer service and great selection. I will be back again.

Excellent service, really cool and laid back staff. They specialize in metric, but will work on your Harley basics, tires, brakes, inspections. Adrian helped me out when my speedometer cable came loose and didnt even charged me for the labor.

I bought some HID bulbs for my vehicle (Lexus) almost a year and a half ago. Dealer was charging $175.00 per bulb and I got two here for less than $50.00 (for both). One recently started twitching and will require replacing. I had such a phenomenal experience the first time, I cannot imagine going anywhere else. I have been recommending these guys to all my friends and family. Kudos on the good service and keep up the excellent customer service! I look forward to placing my order tomorow.

They were unable to get the replacement parts I wanted. Edit: as a response to the response from the owner, I came in and got a card when I asked about a helmet they said they didnt carry, which was no big deal. I called about pegs for a 2014 Triumph Thruxton 900 they didnt carry, and asked about a carb clean for my 2000 Yamaha V star 650. None of these are old bikes, and I have a lot of good reviews for other places, and a lot of poor reviews for places I didnt enjoy. I do the reviews on places I want to warn people about, or places I enjoy.

Called the guys at the shop to let them know that I was coming from South West Ftw to pick up a tire at 5:25. The guy seemed pretty cool about it over the phone. Got there at 5:55 to a locked door. Hmmmm great customer service (sarcasm). Went over to Twisted Technology close by and even though they were closes the guys were able to help me without a problem. Sad... I didnt even call ahead of time and they still took care of everything. Thanks Twisted Tech... A&R you have to do better. Take care of ur customers. Especially those that drive across town JUST to come to your business.

Bad customer service, questionable knowledge and experience.Took my bike to the shop for electrical issue. They diagnosed the issues and replaced the questionableparts. Same night my bike dotted on three middle of the street. Turns out when A & R was working on my bike, totally neglected to place some the wires on the right place, causing the fan to cut my wires. I had to call a tow and a mobile shop to fix me up. Went back to A & R and discussed the problem they had caused from their carelessness AND the initial electrical issue that still wasnt fixed. They were only willing to split the towing cost but not everything else. Then they suggested maybe there was something else wrong with the bike and they will dyno it and wanted more money to fix it. So I said, I will give them one more try. Turns out they were wrong again! Finally they admit to me, they are not sure whats wrong and they have to figure it out by trial and errors.I dont recommend going there if you have any difficult issue. I dont think they intentionally try to scam me, I just think they are clueless.
