We are coming from Johnson City, Tennessee for our cousins wedding this weekend. We stopped at a rest area and noticed something wrong with our passenger side rear tire. We immediately drove to this Firestone location and Nate made sure to help us. Nate got us in right away and we were there waiting for 30 minutes tops. These guys know what they are doing and know exactly how to please their customers. We definitely recommend this Firestone location!

Wouldn’t inspect car because of my tinted windows. Just how are so many vehicles on the road, CARS, with tinted windows? Where are they getting inspected? It’s a wonder.

Found that I ran over a large bolt which became embedded in the tread of one of my tires today. So I called in to Firestone in Hamburg and they mentioned theyre short staffed. Today is also a holiday and I couldnt afford to wait to get it taken care of. I figured it would be hard to find a place to help me on such short notice. I took it in anyways.The gentlemen working in the shop took care of my car immediately, even though I didnt have an appointment. They were able to extract the inch long screw and patch up the hole. All in the matter of less than an hour.This is how you ensure repeat customers visit you. Great service! I will be sure to call ahead next time for an appt!

Firestone in Hamburg gives me an honest, calm experience every time I come in! These guys do honest and reliable work with a staff that is friendly and professional. We have three vehicles in our family and this is the first call that we make when we need to have one of them serviced. Ive been taking my vehicles to Firestone Complete Auto Care in the Village of Hamburg for a long time because I appreciate the peace of mind that comes from having reliable transportation. I dont go there just for auto tires. I get my state vehicle inspections and oil changes done there, and they are sure to let me know if there is any preventive maintenance that my car could use and they help me prioritize what to get done and when. Before recently taking a long road trip I had my car checked and tweaked and the trip went off without a hitch. If I get a vehicle warning light, the people at Firestone get me in asap. They are friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to answer my questions and explore options. This Firestone vehicle repair shop is conveniently located at the intersection of Main St and Lake St on the southeast corner.

Took my car in for an oil change, they said i need about $1400 worth of work done on a fairly new car. Charged way to much for the work that I had done. When I went to pick the car up, drove it around the block and the lights started flashing on the dashboard, checked under my hood and my oil cap was off my engine and there was oil everywhere! This is the SECOND time that has happened to me at the SAME location! Will not be returning!

They only get a second star for the first man I spoke with. The black haired guy always on his flip phone throughout the day is practically a thief. All was good during inspection until it was done. The price or the repair I previously concluded with the other guy just kept going up with Mr flip phone. He continued to up the price of the whole repair and then when I decided to go home and do it myself he seemed upset that he wasn’t going to get his scam today. He purposely continued to hold my car hostage for a good half hour while no other customers were in the garage while he sat on his spectacular flip phone. That guy belongs at a pawn shop. Oh and the repair I went home and did myself was $150 compared to the $850 they were asking...... Never go to firestone for the simple stuff I know that now.

Had an issue with tires/air pressure sensor... and I was going out of town. These guys got me in and attended to the issue immediately and explained to me what the problem was. Very professional and helpful.

WOW. Impressive service. I called and spoke to Jim on the phone for a price on 4 snow tires. I made an appointment right over the phone. I showed up for my appointment 5 minutes early. The phones where ringing off the hook. Another employee checked me in for my appointment. Very nice and polite. He said Well get your van in right away! Im thinking to myself Sure, Ill be here for the next 3 hours.Not 5 minutes went by. I see my van being pulled into the garage.While I was waiting, I spoke with one of the people at the sales counter. Im looking for a set of all season tires and rims for the summer. I spent about 20 minutes talking with the sales person. He offered up some good ideas I hadnt even considered.10 minutes later. The person that checked me in came out. Sir, your Van will be ready shortly. Lets get you cashed out. 5 minutes later I was out the door with 4 new tires.I was out of there in under 40 minutes. I am in a service based trade. The Team at this Firestone branch impressed me. This was my first time here. Ill definitely come here again.

Went in tonight for a nail in my tire, was not on the side of the tire was on the traction, was told I needed to buy 4 new tires on a new car with under 9000 miles, funny got the tire plug done elsewhere and I didnt have to buy 4. My family and I will never ever go back to Hamburg location and will warn others. Terrible customer service!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. My 17 year old made an appointment for an oil change. 45 minutes later, the car hadn’t even been started on, and when questioned about it, the manager told my son, “take it, it’s your car.”We won’t be returning.

The place I go for general stuff with my truck (oil changes, flat tires fixed) theyve even gave me advice to save money on a fix, theyre friendly and they recognize me everytime I come in.

You have 6 cars in the bays at 7am and you dont think you need to hire more mechanics?? You need my truck all day to do a 2 wheel alignment? Ridiculous. I feel sorry for the locals that have to deal with this type of service.
