If I could give them 20 stars I would. Bliss Bridal provided the happiest and most amazing experience I could ever ask for! First off, they do trunk shows all the time with the newest and most fashionable gowns. Bliss carries a lot of retailers that are sold at stores like Kleinfelds. I found my dress with the help of the owner. She really knows what she is doing. I am in love with my gown and felt so beautiful! I did go to other salons but this was the most cutting edge and modern. Each gown was better than the next. If you want the most fashionable gown with the best customer experience, go to Bliss! I highly recommend it.

Bliss bridal boutique is amazing! The dresses are all beautiful, the shop is adorable, and the staff are all extremely helpful. I was in a bit of a rush as I only had 5 months until my wedding. My consultant really knew what she was doing as she selected an assortment of dresses that were on budget, would arrive in time, and were even more stunning than I could have imagined. She helped me come to a decision on my own while being supportive and not pushy at all. They even paid the rush fee to have it arrive on time. I could not recommend Bliss more.

Ive never been so neglected and ignored by a business. I have emailed and called the business multiple times. I put money down on a dress that Ive never worn. Its never been altered, seen, or touched. Bliss Bridal would not even talk to me about a refund, and asked me to purchase the rest of the dress and sell it on my own time. Considering the unprofessionalism of their unwillingness to respond to customers, we were also asked not to post photos of us without masks. I believe its completely unprofessional that this business does not follow state mandated COVID procedures and asks customers to lie about it. There was absolutely no responsiveness or consideration to my transaction due to their profit on my brand-new, never worn dress. As soon as my money was taken, they were done with me.

Love this bridal shop! It is so cozy and absolutely adorable. Lots of space for friends and family.. and the owner was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. We had my dress picked so quick because she knew all the right dresses to pull!

All my friends went to Bliss to get their dress so once I got engaged I was so happy to go as well! Im an out of town bride, and I made an appointment in March 2020 literally the weekend before everything shut down from the pandemic—thank goodness!I had the best experience! They just so happened to be having a trunk sale that weekend, and my dress ended up being the first one I tried on. (On a great sale too - fit like a glove, so lucky!)All the staff was amazing, welcoming, and helpful. My mom, bridesmaids, and I had such a lovely time that day. They have a wide selection of dresses, styles, price ranges, and designers. I ordered my veil and they communicated about the arrival, even when closed down, and sent it to my house.Couldnt recommend this local bridal boutique enough!

I was there in search of the dress for my big dress. They have a great selection of beautiful dresses! The staff was very professional and attentive to my needs. My consultant Maddie was awesome! I didnt feel rushed and enjoyed my time there. I would highly recommend this boutique! 😊

When I first stepped into Bliss Bridal, I weighed almost 100 lbs more than I do today. Id gained all of that weight over a very short period of time, (no) thanks to a stressful job, and to say that I wasnt feeling great about myself would be the understatement of the century. I was DREADING going wedding dress shopping. But all of the ladies at Bliss made me feel like a million bucks! We tried on a mix of dresses that I thought would look good and ones that they thought would look good, which was amazing! Even though I ended up buying one of my picks, I really loved seeing myself in dresses that I never would have considered before. They took my weight loss plans seriously and made sure that the dress I picked could easily be altered down a few sizes. Since I was moving abroad a few months before my wedding, they made sure that the dress came to me in time to be packed up with the rest of my luggage, and they even said that theyd get me a new size if the one I ordered couldnt be altered successfully overseas. I was just IN AWE of how great their customer service was! The dress fit like a dream on my wedding day, and I felt like the most beautiful girl in the world. Thanks, Bliss Bridal!

1 star is too high for my familys experience, specifically with the seamstress Karen. She is rude and simply bad at her job. She turned what should have been a great day into an awful one. Advice to the owner - this employee will continue to cost you business as long as she remains on your payroll.

I had the best experience at Bliss Bridal this month! I was a little nervous to try on dresses as I wasnt sure if I would have a its the one moment plus I had no idea what was going to look good on me. First of all, let me just tell you that they have a gorgeous and wide selection of gowns. There was SO many to love. Secondly, Gigi (not sure if spelling is correct) was so fabulous. She was so patient as I literally tried on almost 15 dresses. I loved being able to walk the showroom to pick dresses and have my mom and MOH pick too. Gigi put me in a variety of styles as well so I could narrow down what I may like or not like. After trying them all on, then repeating some, I finally found THE dress after the addition of a belt as well. I felt so gorgeous and comfortable. Even with COVID, Bliss made the experience feel as normal as possible. Thank you so much Bliss Bridal!! So happy to be a Bliss Bride.

Bliss Bridal was my first ever wedding dress try-on experience, and it was also my last. I had Madeline as my consultant and she was wonderful. The owner, Jessica, also helped. They were both very down to earth, encouraging, and friendly. I ended up purchasing a beautiful gown (under budget, too!) with their help!! 🥰 I highly recommend Bliss Bridal!

I gave her a list of dresses that I liked from the designer’s website, she found what was in stock, and also some of her own suggestions. Wonderful experience beginning to end!

I had gone to 3 bridal stores prior to coming to bliss and WOW where do I start? Beautiful store and lovely consultants. Julie was my consultant and she was warm and kind. She took some time to get a sense of my style (away from the people I brought along). She listened to my feedback and was able to gauge my reaction/what I felt most beautiful in. I felt so comfortable and zero pressure. She respected my budget and was so encouraging and helpful. Overall she was an absolute pleasure to work with. The other 2 ladies at the store would pop in to give their feedback too! Everyone was so nice. I cannot say enough good things! Thank you Bliss!!!

I found my wedding dress there!!!! 😁 The staff was super nice, helpful and made me feel really special. There were individual dressing rooms that allowed you to be more comfortable & to have your friends/family to view you privately. They had an amazing selection of dresses that were very affordable. A fun topper to the experience was the champagne that was provided!!

Where to begin with. My first experience was amazing at bliss! I found my dream dress a year ago and purchased it. I am from SC, my family is located in NY. I drove 10 hours for my first fitting a year after purchase excited to see my dress! I also had experienced some weight loss and muscle gain from a year of HIT workouts. I felt so confident with myself going in to try on my dress.To begin with there was a lot going on yesterday at my fitting. My grandmother and I stood there for 10 minutes in the doorway while another bride was freaking out about drama with a dress. When we were greeted we sat for another 15 minutes to see the seamstress Karen. When she greeted me she told me to put on the dress and come out. When I put the dress on I noticed the front was too big but the back zipper comes high on my back and I could see my arms and back muscle having a hard time. She then told me I only had about two inches left to zip but refused to do it because she didn’t want to make my zipper pop. She then proceeded to tell me how awful this year has been and how many brides have come in with major weight gains because of covid. I felt so uncomfortable that I just wanted to take my dress off and not even look at it. I only had the dress on for maybe four minutes before she told me to take it off and it wasn’t wise to get it altered here since I’m from SC and no one told her I wasn’t getting married here, even though we did when I got the dress and told them I was an out of town bride.She pointed out the issue that my chest was too small now from weight loss but my back muscle was too thick and I needed to tone it down to make the dress look right on me.As a bride. I felt ashamed. I had worked so hard to look amazing in my dress and I felt amazing when I saw my before and after pics in it even though my back muscles and arms had grown from weight training. The experience was awful, rushed and she had me leaving with tears in my eyes because of the comments and bickering about my dress.I paid the remainder and ended up taking the dress back with me to SC to have work done. This experience had me up all night because I felt body shamed and guilty for not feeling like a bride but a simple customer with a credit card.I’m very upset with this experience. Not sure if I will ever recommend again based on how badly the seamstress made me and my family feel. Karen washer name.Update : Jessica called me and was amazing about the situation. She was very apologetic and offered me A gift from the bridal shop. We put the dress on again today and it fits amazing, there was no issue at all.

I had the BEST experience at Bliss! I have a short engagement and contacted Bliss and they squeezed me in right away and were very accommodating. This was my first and only trip to a bridal shop and Jessie found me a gorgeous dress and helped me out so much! I had so much fun and did not know what I was doing when I walked in and she worked so well with me and did everything she could to make me feel like a special and beautiful bride. I would absolutely recommend Bliss to anyone and can’t say enough good things about the shop, experience, and staff.

Bliss Bridal is amazing. The store is beautiful. I had low expectations that I would find my dress during my first appointment. I thought I would be picky about the dresses and not like anything. I ended up buying a dress at that first appointment and I love it! The woman that helped pick out dresses for me was wonderful and so nice. Everyone there is friendly and they all seem like they love their job! They really know what theyre doing. I was so happy with my entire experience with this store. I did use the seamstress that works out of the salon and I thought she was great too. My mom bought her dress at the boutique Bliss opened behind the bridal store. She was so happy with her experience as well and the dress she bought looked so much nicer than the dresses she tried on at department stores and it was less expensive than the other options she had in mind. They are true professionals and Im lucky to have such a beautiful bridal store right in my hometown :)

The store is beautifully organized with tons of selection, I would be shocked if anyone came in and couldn’t find something they loved. Staff is friendly and helpful, great advice without being pushy. Highly recommend! They are amazing.

Horrendous, unsupportive, unfriendly assistance. Fiance expressed they had the nightmare experience of trying on dresses which they hoped would not have happened.After recommendations to visit, she did not expect the experience she had. Employees were disconcerting about dress options and implicated her body is not ideal for their stock. That she could come back when they have their other models in.Prefer to give zero stars for inability to provide quality customer service.

My experience with Bliss Bridal was absolutely terrible. I was excited to go to the shop to look for bridesmaids dresses because this is the place that is promoted by all of the local bridal shows. I made my appointment a month in advance because I was planning a weekend full of appointments to accommodate my bridesmaids who were coming from out of town. Upon making my appointment, I was offered a 4pm appointment and was told I could only have two guests with me. This was expected and after making this appointment first, I proceeded to schedule my other appointments around it. I made my appointment about a month in advance to ensure if there were any issues I would have enough time to fix them. The Wednesday before this appointment I receive a phone call saying they needed to reschedule my appointment and I was instantly panicked seeing as I had people already arranged to come in from out of town. One of their employees, who offered me a 4pm appointment, scheduled this appointment when the shop closes at 4pm. I didn’t even ask for this appointment time. After speaking with them, they seemed to be accommodating and they were able to have me come in at 3pm. They assured me I wouldn’t be rushed and it would be okay if I was slightly late. I shouldn’t have even wasted my time going. I walk in, on time to my new 3pm appointment with my two girls only to have to wait 20 minutes for the appointment in front of me to finish, who had 8 people! It would have been nice to be able to bring more than two people with me. However, this was only the beginning of the frustrations of this appointment. We are greeted by a consultant who informs us that she is new and she is working with another consultant who would be joining us soon. She explained that she is going to finish up with the other party. We’re taken upstairs as the other party goes downstairs and told we can begin looking around and the other consultant would join us shortly. From this point on, we spent about 45 minutes there and maybe spent 15 minutes with a consultant who was training. We never even met the other consultant who was supposed to join us. Even worse, when we did have our trainee consultant she was on her phone the entire time. I am not against having someone new working with us but I don’t think I’m asking too much to at least have their attention. At the very start of looking at dresses, I asked to see swatches which I was given and my trainee consultant says she will be right back and disappears. We pick out all of our own dresses and aren’t even talked to about anything in regard to them. Our trainee consultant returns for about 2-3 minutes as we begin trying on and informs us that we don’t have to wear masks, which is against the current executive order. She then disappears again. I am clipping, zipping and helping my two girls get into their dresses all while trying to FaceTime with the other girls who weren’t able to come because I was only allowed two people. We had no help at all and we didn’t even have a consultant nearby to ask for help or to ask questions. I was trying to put dresses back together and on hangers with no direction on where to put them or what to do with the dresses we were interested in. I’m not asking for much but for people to simply do their jobs. I never even met the consultant who was supposed to be the trainer. At the end of our appointment, the consultant was there for the longest period of time we worked with her. She was there to ensure she wrote down our information and the dress numbers we liked but failed to help us during our actual appointment. This appointment was miserable and a disaster. It was clear that their goal was to get the shop closed and focused on closing opposed to the potential customers they had in front of them. A pandemic will effect the way we shop and the procedures in place but it does not effect the customer service provided to an individual who is looking to spend thousands of dollars at a place. A pandemic does not effect the respect and care than an establishment shows towards a person.

My Bliss Bridal experience was exceptional! I somehow managed to have the whole shop to myself and each of the ladies helped me at some point or another while I tried on dresses. They were all very attentive and pulled beautiful gowns. I was actually hesitant to put the dress I chose on at first. It was very beaded and sparkly and I thought it didnt have the same vibe as the rest of my wedding plans. When I put it on my mom, mother in law and all the ladies could tell that it was the one. I needed more convincing! They had me walk towards the huge mirror in the shop as if I was walking down the aisle and I burst into tears!! The dress was perfect! Scheduling appointments for alterations was easy and flexible which I appreciated as an out of town bride. Thank you Bliss for an amazing experience and my perfect wedding dress!

The staff here is great at what they do! Allie picked me out the most beautiful dresses and were exactly my taste, one if which I picked out as my wedding dress! She was confident that, Karen, the in house seamstress could do the alterations I needed. Karen did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to work with.

I went in with an open mind and a budget for my gown. I filled out the paperwork and explained what I was looking for. Not only did I leave feeling frustrated and angry. I left feeling defeated and upset. The person I worked with put me in gowns that where so out of my budget, then asked if I was married to the amount I wanted to spend. I was so angry I left wanting to cancel my wedding because I was not going to find a dress that I could afford.

I loved everything about Bliss. I tend to get overwhelmed if someone says look through all these choices and pick what you want. They didnt do that there. My first consultant was amazing, she put me in what I thought I wanted, something that made my figure look amazing and by narrowing it down from only two dresses the third one was it. Nobody ever needs more stress and Bliss took it all away.

We loved that you get a private area to try on gowns and model them and do not have to be in a big room with rows of fitting rooms and multi people all sitting in same area.the experience here is so much more special and intimate.The staff was wonderful and helpful. Bought a beautiful bridesmaid dress. Bra pads were sewn on outside, rather than inside as sold. Bliss bridal refunded all bridesmaids $100 for the error. Received refund after wedding.

LOVED IT! Bliss Bridal was the second place I went to shop for my wedding dress and I wish I had started there! The prices range from $700 to over $1000 and I told them I wanted to stay closer to the $700 mark and I found my dream dress, not spending a penny over what I wanted to. They also gifted me a head piece that will be gorgeous. I wanted to try on a dress that was over budget but only a couple hundred and they actually dissuaded me from trying it on so I didnt go over budget, when they easily could have gotten a few more dollars from me. I kept finding faults with dresses I thought I wanted until the consultant (I dont remember her name which I feel awful about) noticed what I liked and didnt like about each one. She pulled the perfect dress off the rack and was actually the most affordable one I tried on. They really care about making the bride happy and providing a once-in-a-lifetime experience. They even offered to set up an appt with the seamstress they use, but Im from out of the area so I will be finding my own closer to home. When my dress came in, they asked if I would like to try it on again and gave me advice about getting it altered since I wont use their trusted seamstress. All in all, it was the perfect experience. I HIGHLY recommend Bliss Bridal.

I had the most amazing experience at Bliss Bridal. Jessi and Aly are true professionals who can find any bride her dream dress. They are extremely positive, attentive, and talented during appointments and think through all possible options for finding or creating the dream dress. Once selected, it was easy to pick out my veil and get advice on accessories (we even polled everyone working at the salon on my shoe choice!). The ordering, fitting, and pick-up process was simple. Karen, the seamstress, altered my dress to fit me perfectly and was making minor fixes until the week before. Additionally, my bridesmaids’ dresses were from Bliss, and the girls were easily fitted and ordered their gowns. We were all extremely pleased with everything about Bliss Bridal, and I continue to recommend the salon to all friends.

I went to Bliss Bridal back in July to get my dress and it was my one stop shop for finding my dream dress! I tried on at least 15 different gowns during my appointment and my consultant made sure I was truly happy with my dress before I said yes. She was amazing. She gave me a lot of insight on certain dresses and advice on how to pick the right one. She told me what looks good on me and what doesnt based on my body type. I know a lot of women would feel offended over that but it truly helped me pick out the dress I wanted that fit me well and looked good on me. She was spot on with what I liked and didnt like and stayed in my budget. She willingly ran around the store to grab dresses for me to try on even if I already tried it on and she put it back on the rack. She ran out and grabbed it again. She was phenomenal with helping me into the dresses also which was a huge help. She never left me alone to struggle putting on a dress. The whole staff was so excited when I said yes and they all celebrated with me. The customer service is impeccable! I would 1000000% recommend Bliss to any bride looking. Will definitely be checking out their new boutique to see if I can purchase any party dresses for my showers and bachelorette!

Not a great experience. Salon was beautiful and girls were nice, but I was very clear about my budget and they didn’t have any dresses that even came close. My consultant kept telling me she can “play with the numbers” if I bought the dress off the rack but that’s not really what I wanted. Found the exact same dresses I’d seen at other salons marked up higher so this scared me off. Great shop if you can afford $2K+ on a dress.

This past weekend I went with my future sister-in-law to Bliss Bridal. What an experience!!! The selection of dresses were quite unique and unlike other dresses we had tried on in other shops in Buffalo. The fitting rooms were very intimate, giving our party a lot of privacy. She did find her dress at Bliss!!! I would definitely recommend this shop for those brides looking for that one of a kind dress and a great experience.

Bliss Bridal provides a wonderful experience when shopping for a wedding dress. I went to a trunk show of one of my favorite designers, and although it was a busy day, the team made me feel like a priority. They were helpful and attentive. I tried on several gowns, eventually falling in love with the fourth one I tried on. They listened to my likes/dislikes and found the perfect gown for my taste and body figure! The whole store clapped and cheered when I said “yes” and they provided me a full experience. I felt beautiful, elegant, and at home at Bliss. I 100% reccomend them.

I had a wonderful experience at Bliss! After trying many other local shops for a wedding gown, Bliss was by far the best. The shop had a large selection and was very comfortable. Their customer service was AMAZING and it was obvious that Jessie genuinely cares and loves what she does. Jessie was determined to find me the dress. She was so knowledgeable and knew instantly exactly what I was looking for. It did not take much time at all for her to find me the perfect dress. I couldnt be happier!

The store is gorgeous and the way the dressing rooms are set up are great. However, I left disappointed with my visit. My appointment was at 2PM on a Saturday, and I was assured that I would not be rushed in light of the store closing at 3PM. But I tried on three dresses somewhat rapid fire and it seemed I was being rushed - my bridesmaids that tagged along agreed.Appointments are supposed to be 1.5 hours, but I was in and out in 40 minutes easily. I asked for the associate to write down the information on the last dress I tried on so I could compare the picture online with other dresses I tried on that day at other salons (this was my third appointment of the day).The associate said that she would write it down and told me to meet her up front - so I guess that was the end of the shopping process? I just got in my street clothes and met her up front. I asked for the information and she explained that she will just keep it on file and I can get the information at my follow up appointment. I again explained that I wanted to take the model number/designer information with me so I can compare and sleep on it. All I got back was it is on file, see ya next time.I wasnt expecting champagne and the whole store being at my beck-and-call, but I was expecting to be given some attention and for my thoughts to be heard and for my basic requests to be met. I will not be returning for a follow up appointment and would not recommend this to friends, based on my experience.I visited another bridal salon later that week - MA Carr in Orchard Park. Kathy was an amazing associate that listened to me and found me a great dress. I wanted to wait for my mom to come in before committing. In the mean time, she wrote me a very personal card describing our appointment in detail and wishing me luck in the dress hunt - it was not a cookie cutter thank you. That level of customer service was beyond my expectations! I look forward to going to MA Carr for a trunk show to get my dress!

I was visiting the east coast, and my niece and I walked into Bliss Bridal last weekend.She was recently engaged and wanted to see this new shop in Hamburg, NY. We absolutely loved the store! It is so elegant--beautiful chandeliers, love the black ceiling, chic furniture. They were very busy, but took the time to talk with us about their gowns, and welcomed us into the shop to look around. My niece fell in love with several dresses, and made an appointment to try on gowns in a couple of weeks. I wish I could be there!!! My daughter was married in southern California about 4 years ago, and this beautiful store definitely rivals the store where she purchased her gown.

I felt like a bride the moment I stepped into Bliss. The entire experience was glamorous and special, and everyone in the store was engaged in my search even though I wasnt the only bride there. The variety and quality of the dresses was so impressive in comparison to other local shops. The stylist I worked with listened to every comment I made and tailored each pull to find me exactly what I described and how I wanted to feel. I would highly recommend Bliss to any bride, but especially if youre still trying to figure out your style and what you like. This team was by far the most impressive in how they worked through my likes and dislikes and they were so respectful of my budget, no matter what any of my entourage had to say. Cant say enough, Bliss was spectacular!

I said YES to my dress and a special thank you to the Bliss associate named Karin! Karin was super helpful, sweet and understanding. My mother wanted to buy my dress as a gift to me, I knew she wanted to be in a specific budget. Karin had pulled me aside and asked if I had any wiggle room I had explained about my mom. She understood and started to grab the style I was looking for, but also around the price I was interested in spending. She had selected a dress that I fell in love with and did not mention price, I fell in love with the back and wanted to tweak a few things, karin had done everything to give me the best solutions. And this was a clearance item so I was able to leave with dress in bag!!!!! I cant thank Bliss, and Karin especially for making this an amazing experience and we even got to toast cupcakes instead of champagne (Im not a drinker)

Do yourself a favor if youre looking for a wedding dress and START HERE. Bliss is unparalleled on every aspect of gown shopping. From selection and budget options, to overall shop appearance and customer service-- everything about this place is top notch. They never overbook appointments, so the overall feel of your experience is very intimate. I had the pleasure of working with Jessie on my visit to Bliss. Her experience and passion for the industry is obvious. She pulled dresses that matched my vision perfectly, while still encouraging me to try gowns that might open my eyes to a look I had not previously considered. With her help, I found my dream gown (and veil) in my budget! They even celebrate your dress success with you, making the whole experience feel so warm and fun. I cant recommend this place enough.

If you want the “Say Yes To The Dress” experience, you need to visit this place. They were amazing, the prices were more than reasonable for the quality of the gowns and I finally found a gown that gave me the “wow factor”. Thank you so much Jess and ladies!

I did not buy my dress here, but I am leaving a review any because I am so impressed with the professionalism and selection at this store.Most bridal salons you go to make you repeatedly strip down in front of a complete stranger and put on dresses that you really dont like. However, with Bliss Bridal, I particularly appreciated that they give you a private dressing room and let you put the dresses on yourself.Barring that, the staff here was wonderful. They were willing to listen to what I was looking for and find several items that were a close fit. There was no pressure to buy a dress and the employees were wonderful to talk to.I went dress shopping by myself, and this is the only place that would tell me with complete candor whether something seemed like a good fit or not. Also, this was the only place where the employees took pictures of me in the dresses -- and from different angles -- so I could share them with my far-away friends and family.The layout of the store is great. It looks pristine. Also, this is the only store I went to that actually lets you look on the racks and pick dresses you want to try (as opposed to most stores where only the employees are allowed to pick out what they think looks best on you).Bonus: Only store in WNY that carries the Pronovias line.

Jessie is infinitely patient and never made me feel like I was a burden to work with (I had a very hard time making a decision) She has been beyond accommodating and kind and I felt like she genuinely wanted to find me something I loved.

I did find my fairy tail dreamy dress just 2 months before my wedding at bliss bridal! I am just so lucky that I find their store and I meet lovely Jessica, all the ladies who work there are amazing, I confidently can say, Bliss Bridal is the best Bridal Store in Buffalo area - neighbourhood. I love how they treat their clients/guests, how they help, the dress fitting and the dress alternation was one of the bestThey carefully listen to you and what you want and direct you - they do beileve that a bride needs to fall in love with her dress, I like their concept so much and Jessica, she is just a very nice,classy sweet heart. Great accommodating staff

I was blown away at how gorgeous this salon is! It is everything youve dreamed of as a little girl trying on wedding gowns! Think: Anthro window decor, chic furniture, perfect lighting, and private fitting areas. Aside from the aesthetics, I spent hours with Gigi trying on dresses and I never felt rushed. She was so sweet and helpful... AND my top two dress choices are ones she picked out for me! Bliss allows you BYO champagne (uncolored, aka no Rose) if youd like, but I recommend visiting during a trunk show where they provide champagne and cupcakes!

My experience with this boutique was pretty horrific. What I have found is standard with most bridal boutiques/bridal gown shops, is that they take your measurements before pulling dresses for you to try on. Because this shop does not participate in this practice, I was given gowns that were much too small for me and I was made to feel as if I would never find anything to fit. I am not overly large, so I didnt think finding a dress to fit would be such a problem for me. However, with this shop being so small, and the selection being so bleak, there was not much we could do. I was also displeased with the selection in general. Out of the 5 dresses I tried on, they were largely similar, same shape, style, neckline. They had little to offer in terms of variety. I left quite upset and would not recommend to another bride.

The selection is very good, the experience was amazing. Will definitely recommend to my friends who are getting married.
