Sydney was very helpful today when I needed my pool water checked. She told me all I needed was some shock when Colleys said that my pool water was very acidic and had me spending hundreds of dollars on chemicals. Im so happy I no longer use them. Thank you Fisher Pools for actually caring about your customers and not just seeing dollar signs. Highly recommend Fisher Pools for your pool needs!

I have to say Im very disappointed. Not so much in the service but more in the advice on how to clear up the water on my pool. Having this pool for over 16 yrs we had our ups and downs over the years. We would have our water tested and given the proper advice on what to do. This year weve been back 3or 4 times. Each time spending in the area of $150. Still the same problem exist. So at this point Ill look elsewhere for some to help clear my pool. Just wanted to share my experience. I hope yours is better.

Very bad experience. Handed over $5,000 cash for deposit on hot tub. Was told 3-4 weeks. Kept getting told it shipped and then told there was production problems, didn’t ship. He couldn’t even keep his stories straight. They took my $4000 balance payment and told me they’d make sure it was delivered when I wanted. Told him any day of the week and he said he can’t. Told me mid-day Saturday was the only thing he had even though I told him I wasn’t home. I strongly do NOT recommend this company, especially if you pay with cash.

Poor customer service. Asked for estimate on pool equipment & installation in early June. Pro: Store rep did show up, just not on scheduled date; we called to ask where he was when appointment wasn’t kept. Con: we’ve been waiting ever since for the estimate, despite multiple calls to the rep ( it’s 7/16 today). A competitor was here last week; he didn’t leave the driveway until he completed and presented his estimate. That’s how it’s done, Fisher.

Last visit:Came in at the start of the season, just before people started opening their pools, because my sand filter valve had a slow leak. The sales pitch was that the return spring had weakened and that for $60 or $80 they would replace the gasket and spring parts inside and shipped me how a new one spring back so well.They assured me I got it in just in time, because their tech could get to it the next day, but after that it would be a week or more because they would be so busy setting up pools, or something. I said it could wait until the weekend, but to just let me know and he insisted that it would be really the next day. I asked if I should call to check and he said to not bother. So, I left it there for service.I asked my girlfriend to swing by (out of her way after work the next day to pick it up and when she got there it wasnt ready.... Should have called, I guess. They told her that they normally call when it is ready and she told the girls there what the guy told me the day before - itll be done, no need to call. They assured her that it would be done within 24 hours... I got a voicemail the next day letting me know that it was done. I think I waited an extra day, went in, and picked it up. The girls there just have it to me, told me it was done, and the bill was around $90...As I was leaving I pulled on the arm and the spring felt exactly as it did when I dropped it off. There was still same and dirty on the outside of it, making me wonder if they ever even took it apart. I didnt even want to deal with trying to go back in and talk to someone, have them the benefit of doubt and took it home to open my pool. After assembling things and filling the pool, guess what? The leak was still there... It was a very slow leak before and was still a very slow leak, so I was able to use it this year.Next year I will be going elsewhere for a new filter entirely, and a pump (unless I can get the bearing replaced) and it wont be Fisher Pools. A few people I know use them, but Im reticent to go back after that. My previous interactions, below, were good, though.First visit:Very quick, very friendly service. We went on a day when they were fairly busy - needed sand for our above ground pools filter, a skimmer pole, and a vacuum, and we ended up picking up some shock, too. They were right on top of things and a young man there loaded all of that up on a cart, wheeled it over to my car, and helped us load it.The only disappointment was that I didnt think ahead about the bags of sand possibly leaking... heard some noise (back seats folded down so that the skimmer pole would fit) on the way home, ignored it, and got home to find out that it was the sound of the top bag of sand slowly leaking onto the plastic of the bag below it... I was a little mad that no one said that the bags tend to leak, but its my fault for not anticipating it in the first place.Aside from that, we had a great experience there. Everyone was VERY friendly, and we felt almost a little rushed because we didnt know exactly what we wanted right away, but ended up getting it all in one trip. I will definitely be back.

Ordered a cover for our hot tub, 2 months after order we call and they say it was screwed up and would have to be rush ordered. Sales guy said hed call back in a week or so. That was over a month ago. Pretty pathetic customer service and a classic case of this guy promising everything and delivering nothing.
