Cycle shopping is disappointing right now in WNY. Nobody has any inventory of new cycles. Been looking for a Honda Super Cub. These guys had 1. Not a very enthusiastic staff but I understand that it can be difficult when you have so little product available.

Bought a bike here about 5 yrs ago was ok.Called about a bike they had used for sale .They told me previous owner did all services there.Went there to look a bike they had used for sale .bike was trashed, after he told me on the phone, bike is clean and in great shape,before I could even say anything. Salesman was trying to discuss financing. What a joke.would not recommend anyone going there

Ive been shopping at Hamburg Honda since I was a little kid. The staff is knowledgeable and always a pleasure to deal with. They will treat you like family. They usually have the part I need in stock, and if not they can get it promptly. Wouldnt think about going anywhere else for Honda parts or service.

Tim and his crew treated us not only fairly but were very welcoming despite having technically bought a used Honda CTX700 DCT over the phone. When we finally showed up to pick up the bike for Susan he had already swapped the battery for a new one, the tire pressures checked, and had the paperwork prepped as we were riding it across the border into Canada. I wish more dealers were this great!
