If I could give this store a zero star rating I would.This place has completley gone downhill in the years that I have shopped here. The prices of clothing increased for no reason. The quality of clothing is awful with more street name brands.Management was being run by two younger women with absolutely no customer service skills who spoke ill of other customers and workers. The only person who was nice was a woman at checkout who told me all about the CBD products.Do. Not. Shop. Here.

My first time in the newest Uptown, and I was blown away! This store is decorated beautifully, organized, and doesnt have that weird smell most consignment stores have. Jackie and Brittni were so great and helped me pick out a bunch of great outfits for my vacation next week. I will definitely be coming back as often as possible.

AMAZING STAFF! love every single one of the girls that work here. The managers are always willing to help no matter what the case may be. Great quality items and awesome prices. unlike other stores uptown does not have a musty or moth ball odor. love it everytime i go in there.

One of the coolest, most unique, and trendiest consignment stores in the area! Management and staff are friendly and helpful (and a lot of fun to interact with)! Definitely worth the short drive if you’re into an Urban Outfitters style shop without the ridiculously high prices :)

This was the best consigning experience I have ever had! The young ladies that work here are so sweet and they explained everything very carefully for me! I also found a lot of clothing for my vacation coming up soon! You must add them to your list!

This is by far my favorite Uptown Location. They have a large mens department, that has its own room and a TV! My girlfriend loves going here too, they have a large selection of womens clothing and everything is reasonably priced! Would recommend this location to everyone!

Today was my first time here and it was amazing! Think Urban Outfitters with the prices of a thrift shop! I found soo many cute things for the summer! Also I found out that I can use my Quinnipiac Q Card to pay for my things! So convenient!

This store runs off of the community and needs to take a closer look at how they treat their costumers. If you plan on buying anything from this store prepare yourself for the musty odor that will hit you in the face as soon as you pass through the doors. Dont be alarmed when the young and foul-mouthed employees stand behind the counter gossiping, while they sort through the new clothes to pick out their next outfit rather than help customers. I cant stress this enough... If you plan on shopping here, be sure not to leave anything on the floors or hanging in the dressing rooms. As you will be accused of stealing and forced to pay for those items. Furthermore, you will be labeled a criminal and banned from shopping from the store. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Platos closet in Hamden has a larger variety and their staff is always welcoming as well as attentive.

The Hamden location is so beautiful. The merchandise is so organized and current. The manager Jackie is so helpful & thoughtful. She even offered to mail me a check for my items. :)
