Went here because they list several products on Drizly that I wanted to purchase. Went to the store asked where they were and they said they were out of stock yet there posting on Drizly that they have them. I asked an employee if anything on Drizly was accurate and he told me NO. Wasted a trip. If your inventory isn’t accurate you shouldn’t be listing things as available.

Over priced

Came in here around 9pm to get some beer. When I walked in, the store workers were having a lively conversation with a customer. I went for my favorite beer, checked the made on date, and saw that it was too old to taste decently (its also $2 more expensive than I can get elsewhere). I saw my second favorite (they dont have a huge craft beer selection, but they do have some really good ones), checked the date on that, picked it up and walked up the cashier expecting to get as friendly a greeting as the other guy who was in before me (who had since left). Instead, I saw them watching the TV monitors intently.. you know, the ones with the split screen that show the store from every angle. I was the only one in the store at that time, so I have to assume they were watching me. I put my beer on the counter and was met with stone cold faces. It was actually uncomfortable, and it wasnt the first time. Ive had some really great customer service from here in the past and they have later hours than other package stores in the area, but unfortunately the bad experiences stick out the most, and the last several times Ive gone thats what Ive gotten. I dont steal, and Im not just an ATM transaction. If youre going to hawk-eye people, at least try to be discrete about it. 3 stars for selection, -1 star for customer service.

I had a bad experience yesterday. I spent about sixty bucks and thats not even the point! The real point is how people are very rude nowadays with even offering you a bag. I mean really do you think I wanna carry all this stuff in my hands, you dont know if Im driving or not! On top of that whose to say I want people in my business when I get to where Im going to even know that I engage in a little drink now and then. Thats my business! Then the clerk had the nerve to say the bags were ten cents... Im like duhhhhh! In response to your response, the ten cents wasnt the problem. The problem came when I asked why didnt I get offered to buy a bag. And the response was that I didnt need one from your employee! So dont come trying to justify it. Your guy was wrong and needs some customer service courses!

The people were very nice. Store was clean, however the wine I purchased seemed a bit darker in color and a bit off putting. I checked the date and it expired.

The employees are great, they never complain when I bring my bicycle into the store (to avoid theft). They are always nice and when I ask for a recommendation they are always helpful. Good people.

Its a good basic packy. They have more open hours than other local stores- nice! The guys get friendlier over time :-)

Thank goodness Hamden has a choice and for a 2nd time I was reminded never to go into this establishment. Overpriced and not too friendly to boot. Im guessing they have their regulars and even to them I offer some advice..Shop around there are quite a few within a one mile radius. Youll be pleasantly surprised. Decent package store the wines are at State minimum prices so if you like wine this is the place 2go. This is truly the best town!

This one guy employee that works there hes rude disrespectful i stopped going there then went back around to give them another try again i went back into this store again to be treated rude after saying hello as i always do and this one guy was at the register was rude as if he doesnt want me to go there well he wont have to worry about me going there again i dont deserve to be treated disrespectful and i will tell my family and friends to avoid this place i notice he treats others just as bad and they need to start giving receipts out

This store is fantastic place to walk in,as I can find wide range of wines from different countries and the staff were pleasing and show nice hospitality.The prices are lightly expensive,though they can be affordable .Overall The customer service should be improved

Stopped in to look for Nebcos Imperial Stout Trooper for a friend and bought a 4 pack....at a ridiculous price of $5.99/can. Another friend told me they got it for $10.50 for 4; less than half the price. Absolutely will never come back here.

The people are very friendly and the prices are very compatible or even cheaper in some cases and they have a really nice variety of wine and Main Liquors and you can playLottery there and they deliver to your home for an order over 50.00
