Desirah I don’t even have the right words to say how Awesome a Stylist and Professional she was.... I’m the worst client anyone can have! She was beyond ready and was direct on point for all my needs! I’m also a health risk I’m Epileptic,prone to sudden seizures also sudden debilitating migraines! She was beyond compare the Best Ever!!!

My daughters had appointments at 11am. I received a phone 10 minutes prior to our appointment saying my oldests appointment was double booked(not my problem) I told her I was in the parking lot and we werent canceling. She agreed to go ahead and do it. My youngest daughter got pulled back exactly at 11.....45 minutes later my oldest is still waiting for someone to come out for her. And when finally someone comes to get her (its not even the woman who told us she was doing her hair I watched her walk out after she was done with her client) she 20 questioned us about my daughters hair its simple she wanted a cut and partial highlight this lady acted like we were asking for too much. I wont ever be back to this location!! Ive never had issues with the fields ertel location. We got there at 11am and didnt get done until well after 2pm.

Very satisfied. It was my 1st time to this salon apparently its under a different company but its inside of JC Penney, and you are still able to use your JC Penney card... which is nice! The girl that did my hair was only 21 years old and she did an amazing job. I was very impressed! I will definitely go back. I should also add I am very picky and I have dark hair and its long and curly. I have had problems in the past with other salons not doing what I asked them to do. I dont complain, I just dont go back. I will definitely go back to this salon!!!!😁💇‍♀️

Great place to get pampered!!!

Allison is a sweet person. I initially gave a good review because didnt see the damage that was done. I spent $230 on a dye and left almost a $70 tip. Got home the whole front of my head was not colored that was supposedly the baby hairs. I had a bald spot that I originally did not have. I had burns on my ears inside and out. Color stool to my face for almost a week. My scalp is still peeling off from being burned so badly. And then to top it off a week after spending all that money for permanent color that was told would last for months buying their shampoo has already started coming out. I have blotches of blonde sticking out all over my head that are no longer colored pink. I cant redo it at this time due to all the burns I had and more damage to be done would be catastrophic right now. I own my own business and have to face public on a daily basis, and this is just very stressful knowing someone could have left me like this. I promise I will never EVER be coming back to this place. I only wished I had paid with a card now to dispute the darn charges uuuggghhh
