Just before passing through town, I noticed that my trailer tires were wearing thin on the inside so I called Big O and talked to a manager who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He informed me that if I waited about 30 minutes before heading over, I wouldnt have to wait as long. This allowed me to run a couple of errands while I was in town.As soon as I arrived, they got the paperwork started as well as the tire work. The service Tech was fast and thorough. All staff were professional and courteous. If I lived in the area, these would be my guys. Highly recommend.

Made appointments for both of our vehicles for oil changes & they were thorough with an inspection as well. Was notified of items that need attention & was given an itemized estimate for the other repairs. I was pleased with their professionalism & knowledge.

I went to get an alignment, I was told before I could do it, I would need my passenger outer tire rod replaced. Quoted around $500 for everything. My dad used to own his own mechanic shop, so I brought the car to him to replace that part. When we pulled the tire off, the outer tire rod was completely fine. I took my car to another shop, they did my alignment no problem and said there were no issues with my front end. I wouldn’t trust this place.

Do NOT buy tires from here. When they replaced my tires they did a “free” front end alignment which caused my truck to pull hard to the right. I took it back 2 weeks later and they said the alignment is fine so I let it go. I noticed wear on the inside of my tire so I took it back and they said that my ball joint needed replaced, which they caused, and that my tire was not under warranty. I was willing to pay for the work on the ball joint but it hey said because I waited so long to bring it back that I had to buy a new tire. My tires had a 30k mile warranty and i had it back in before that expired. Daryl is cheating people out of their money. I highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.

My wife and I have been going to Big O Tires for a little over 3 years now. Not only are they very competitively priced, but the service is fantastic. They take the time to fully explain any issues and even when I have gotten second opinions for larger jobs, Big O Tires routinely has been the place that will not up-sell other services/parts that are not completely necessary. So long as we live in this area, we will be going to this Big O Tires.

This place is great! Had a leaking tire on my move from Michigan to Georgia and stopped here. Everyone was extremely nice, they fit me in, and even allowed my pup to come in the waiting room. Highly recommend this place for anyone but especially for people traveling through the area.

Walked in and immediately was helped. Greeting with all great people that seemed very knowledgeable. Went in for an alignment because another shop really screwed it up and they explained everything to me and what their steps were to fix the alignment. Now all the numbers are perfect! Will definitely be doing more business here.

I scheduled my oil change for 3:00 pm on Friday November 13Th. everything started off fine but when they took my car it took a solid 5-10 minutes just for them to get it in the garage. I was fine with that because I understand being busy but there were only 2 people waiting in the lobby and they got out relatively quickly. I finally saw my car being pulled around and was expecting to only wait for a standard oil change which usually only takes around 10-20 minutes at this location. Ive been here about 4 times with this car and the first 2 were perfect the last trip was a bit of a wait but this time it was ridiculous. A man came in 10 minutes after me for a new set of tires on his truck and had his truck backed out of the garage in about 20 minutes. I sat there and watched people come in after me and get there vehicles before me. finally 2 hours later at exactly 5:06 PM as it is printed on my receipt the excuse for me waiting 2 hours for a standard oil change was a trailer that had parked there not even 10 minutes ago was blocking the way. no updates whatsoever just made me wing it and wait. I had to cancel my plans with close friends to sit here for 2 hours for a standard oil change that usually only lasts 10-20 minutes. no compensation or nothing. just a lousy excuse of blocking my car with a trailer that had only been there for 10 minutes.

Quick and easy !! got my car back the next day !!

Under new ownership ( not the same) Had brakes replaced first time Ive ever taken any of my vehicles in to have brake work done. I went into the garage after the removed my tires at that time it was determined just pads needed to be replaced and that the rotars were fine, clean surfaces. While I waited I walked over to Home depot gone 30 minutes ( they had my phone #) came back in waited another 40 minutes. When they finished I went to pay they informed me that they replaced the rotars because they felt my brakes might squeak. This was unauthorized repair plus I was right there, no one came to me about this decision. This choice of theres cost me an additional $200. I have sent 4 of my family members there to purchase tires plus Ive gotten tires on my vehicles Im done never again.

Worst Big O tires Ive ever been to.

I had a 2pm appointment scheduled for a tire rotation and rebalancing on tires I had purchased from Big O. At 2:30, several other cars had been taken in ahead of me and all the bays were full. If they were running behind and were not going to be able to honor my appointment time, I should have been notified when I checked in so I could have decided whether to wait or to reschedule. I understand how schedules can blow up and would have been understanding if told up front. Instead, I left feeling having an appointment has no value for the customer.

Just want to say a huge thank you to John for helping me find the tires best suited for my car based on me traveling for work. He took the time to explain different tire options and the best price range for me. They didnt have the tires I needed in stock, however John ordered them when i was standing there and set me up with an appointment for the next day! Sam was amazing as well. He contacted me the morning of my appointment to let me know my tires were in and confirmed my appointment. When I arrived john checked me in and told me he would call me when it was done. They called me within the hour. Super quick and efficient. Sam then helped me check out and helped me through the payment process for the 90 day sane as cash option. Single mom here so such a blessing! He explained that process to me further as well as the warranty on my car. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and efficient! Not to mention great personalities, hard to find in customer service anymore. They got a forever customer out of me.10/10 I would recommend.

Had a tire go flat and needed a new one quick. I called 6 different tire places, the guy I spoke to here was the 1st one to tell me I was saying the tire size wrong. The other places either didnt even care to correct me. He was also the only one to be ok with me staying while my car was being worked on. Everyone else wanted me to leave my car for the day. Im sorry, but Im not leaving my car with anyone. They gave me periodic updates about what they were doing to my car. He let me know it would be about 90 minutes because they had other cars and it was almost to the minute correct. Its a longer drive for me, but this will be my new go-to for any and all car issues.

I purchased a set of tires for my car with a warranty and 4 wheel alignment and another alignment after so many miles. However, i did not get my alignment as it was busy and nearing the end of the day. I was told i could shedule an appointment and have it done at a later date. I did that and took the 1st tome slot of the day. I usually do my own brakes and rotors and thought while i am there i will see if they will install them. They normally do not install brake pads they do not supply but decided to take cate of me for a price. After removing and spray painting the pads i had purchsed told me they were not the right size and that i had to use theirs. The pads i had were in fact the right size but i could not return them do to the paint on them. I agreed to using their pads then was told yhey had to be delivered by a parts house. So they took my car off yhe rack without doing my alignment (The reason i came in the first place) and told me i now have to wait behind 2 other paying customers instead of doing the alignment they owed me a second time. After waiting almost 2 hours i was out of time to wait and had to leave. I just called in to see if they would finally do my alignment and was told that too much time had passed and they would not honor it although i did not get either alignment do to them putting other customers ahead of me and time management. At this point i am sure the damage to my tires is done and i will also have to pay someone to do what was supposed to be part of my warranty. I would not recommend this place do to poor customer relations after the sale.

I just want thank Sam so much for great service and professionalism I’m absolutely so grateful for his service I had a nail in my tire on my Malibu and I had stopped at every tire shop around and they were too busy or couldn’t do it until Monday but I stop in here 28 minutes before closing praying for a miracle and Sam blessed my day I will definitely recommend people to go here.

You guys are great but I would suggest the following improvements::1. Make your waiting area bigger and with better seating options2. Change the doors and sidewalk to be ADA compliant3. Add and improve the handicapped parking:

My wife had purchased tires from there and it was not a good experience. We had bought four tires around Christmas and had to take them back because not sealed properly. They were taken back several more times for issues with the tires and not aligned correctly. We will never get tires from Big O tires again it’s too much trouble to have the service done and nothing is done the right way

Where do I start. I had replaced all suspension parts summer of 2018 I went to Big O Tire to have my vehicle aligned. I paid extra $ for the 1 year alignment. Feb 2019 I hit a curb which knocked my alignment out, it caused the steering wheel to be off. Returned to Big O Tire to get re-aligned. Note, the alignment was still within the warranty to be aligned at no cost. The customer service rep appeared to be having a bad day, because he wasnt the friendliest. Anyway they told me the side that i hit was fine but the other side needs lower ball joints. Note, they had to get a stick to get any play out of the wheel. Usually if ball joints are bad you should be able to grab the tire and rock it for play. Note, I replaced everything in August of 2018 when they aligned the first time. So long story short, they would not align my vehicle due to what they call faulty parts. They stated if they align it I would hit a curb and will be knocked out of alignment. If that was the case I would have been out of line a long time ago, (Ohio Pot holes). The car was fine until I hit the curb. I just wanted them to align it so my steering wheel would be straight. Eventually, I would have replaced the joints if they were bad again. The bottom line is they were not trying to help. They didnt care about my safety they were thinking more about making a dollar. I bet you if I was paying for the alignment they would have aligned it. It was time for them to go home and the young guys werent trying to help at least put my steering will to safety. I went home was able to adjust the tie rods and put my steering in check; it took me 15 minutes, as a result I am safe and rolling smooth. Wow! I will be placing a call to corporate and will never return to Big O Tire.

We found a bulge in my husbands tire yesterday. We immediately called and made an appointment with firestone for them to replace it (we had a spare already so just needed it put on the rim and then replaced) when my husband got there for his appointment an employee refused to do it since we wouldnt be buying a new tire. So he drove across the street to Big O and they immediately fixed it for us for a great price and with no complaints. With so many tire store around customer service is huge, so Big O now has our loyalty for sure. We will be back!

Im a single mom and not only do I work full time but I go to school as well so my time is limited. I walked in the door just to ask a few questions on my day off and I left shortly after with everything that I needed to have a safe working car for my daughter and I, including 4 brand new tires- all in a couple of hours. Dylan & John are super nice people and were both very patient and helpful in explaining things to me which was definitely appreciated. Thanks guys!

We went from 1 star to 4 stars and now back to 1 star.Overall my experience here was bad.Im out of a lot of money and I feel its due to a greedy manager who wanted to take my money knowing that my suspension had bad parts. Being told that I dont need an alignment because my alignment is good but then my tire warranty is void because I didnt get the alignment which I was told that I didnt need. Coming in for a tire repair and rotation and never getting a rotation. Coming in to get my front end checked out and not being told about any issues. Now it is all my fault and I am out of money for new tires when all of this could have been avoided from the start.At least the old manager has been fired? but wth. I wont be going back to big o tires period.

I didnt have enough money for 2 tires but they worked with me to keep us safe. I will forever continue to use their services, they definitely treat you like family and not just the next big buck. I came in for a noise in the rear of my car and was informed of some needed repairs. Thanks to them my wife and grandchildren will be safer now. I didnt realize my tires were that warn out, Thank you very much. Oh, and that noise I came in for, GONE. It was driving me crazy.

I first stopped in on Friday to get a repair on road hazard, and they didnt have my size of tire in, they said it would come on Monday. Monday came and I gave them a call- they said it would be Tuesday- their truck was delayed. I had already had to borrow a car for the weekend so I could go to work, and I told them that- they ended up buying a tire from their competitors so they could honor my road hazard plan. It took longer than I expected but I feel like they lived up to their end of the agreement in the end.

First time there and it was great. They took no time in doing my oil change. They came out and told me that everything was fine. Had an oil chang and tires rotated. Very friendly and helpful.

They told me 45 mins. It took 15. Great service.

Had a tire slip a belt over weekend, called around early Monday morning as I use this vehicle for service calls. Shortly after 7 AM Lee answered and informed me he had several brands of tires in stock which fit my vehicle and asked how soon I could get there, He pulled the tires we talked about and when I pulled into the lot a few minutes later was greeted by one of his employees who pulled my vehicle in for service as soon as I got out. Lee had me in and out with 4 new tires and ready to start me day. They were friendly and courteous, and will use them for vehicle service in the future.

The nicest quick service tire/oil change shop there is. They are all about their guests. My first experience was a big o outside of Knoxville when i had my tire go flat while i was visiting family. They treated me so well down there. So when i needed and oil change recently i decided to try this big o tire rather than driving 40 minites to the dealership and i experienced just as great of service. The owner or manager not sure which it was made his rounds to every customer in the shop and just made you feel valued and not just another transaction on the books.

Wonderful staff, easy recommendations, I needed 2 front tires for my car, I was able to finance the 2 tires. They got me financed, tires on and ready to roll in under an hour. I highly recommend these guys, they even gave my baby girl a big O tires bear to take home, and me a bass ass camo hat. Once I get the tires paid in full I will be back for strut work !!!! You will not find a friendlier staff that is willing to do WHATEVER it takes to earn and keep your business!!! Hats off to this TEAM Big O tires !!!!

Got 4 new tires about 6 months ago on my Mini Cooper. Sunday, it had a blow out and had to be towed to Big O. They replaced it for free because I had purchased the special coverage! Lee and is team do very fine work!The only reason I wouldnt have given five stars is I didnt get my car back for 5 days. But the tire is special order and took 2 days to deliver, and they did get it done in time for me to enjoy the sunny Friday afternoon with the top down! So 5 stars it is!
