Very clean. Nice staff. They are doing a better job in the pharmacy department. My medication was ready sooner than I thought it would be. I didnt have to wait in line. Fast checkout. Before I always dreaded the pharmacy purchases because it was always such a long wait and it was hard to find a pharmacist to help you answer any questions. I dont come here often..have a rewards card but it never saves me any money. Maybe they could improve on that. Prices are a bit high..but the store is clean..well organized. Cashiers friendly. Very nice place.

Very friendly and helpful with the pharmacist staff, this is the only pharmacy I normally go to and actually prefer. If you need help with any kind of medicine or medical advice about a prescription or over the counter they are willing to help and give you information. Just a great environment with very friendly and polite employees throughout the whole store!! Always have great deals, also it helps to have the Walgreens card it saves points and you get lots of stuff the more points you have for almost nothing. So I highly recommend Walgreens!

The pharmacist at this location believes it is up to him on what medications Im allowed to have or not have. He is a judgemental man that refuses to fill pain prescriptions after having had open heart surgery because he feels he knows better than the physicians do. Hes gone so far as to call my Dr to find out if Im allowed to have the medication then takes it soon himself to refuse to fill it. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY EVER!!

So I called to see if they still did emergency inhalers and the girl who answered the phone Amanda) was rude as heck Im not sure if shes having a bad day or what but I was polite even after her being rude all she simply had to say was no but to give attitude was uncalled for I have used this walgreens for years and never had anyone get rude with me they are always polite but this lady just ruined it

I feel like the customer service is lacking with the employees. I would understand working at this particular location might not be the best because of the area BUT maintaining your professionalism with a POSITIVE attitude should remain at the top of your priorities when on the clock. I sure have not recieved that the last SEVERAL times Ive been, unfortunately.

Walgreens on Erie and High street gets a huge Thank you to the Amandas .... Those ladies are so helpful and professional whenever I have needed anything.... In town or out of town .... Always do what they can to assist my family. They are a huge reason why I have stayed a patient at that store. We really appreciate you!

Usually very good, but I think this is the third time Ive shown up to a closed pharmacy because the hours changed and werent updated in google. Literally takes 30 seconds

The pharmacy is consistently terribly slow, it takes hours to fill a prescription, always a slow line to pick up. Theyve told me they have medications when they dont and are actually on back order. Nobody is ever at the photo counter to pick up pictures... all around bad service. Im taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

The Pharmacy is great, rest of the store leave more to be desired

FELT LIKE I WAS IN STARBUCKS!! MY HUSBAND AND I WERE TOLD TO LEAVE, GET OUT!! IT COULDVE ONLY BEEN OUR SKIN COLOR BECAUSE WE DID NOT CAUSE A DISTURANCE!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was displeased with the serivce at the register and asked for the store manager information and the next thing we know the security guard is saying get out now and attempting to push my cart backwards!! After I explained to him how wrong he was and asked for his company and superior information somehow he got a change of heart and said we could stay. NO THANK!! Im not an animal and shouldnt be treated like one because of my skin color. My husband and I are two professionals (military at that) who didnt deserve this treatment because we requested the store managers information and disagreed with the quality of service provided to us. Professional communication and conduct totally NON-EXISTENT as it pertains to the store staff. Its very apparent the qualifications for working on staff whether its a cashier, manager or contracted security guard are slim to none. They were extremely disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. They have zero skills for handling customer issues. Ive never experienced an issues with the pharmacy expect long wait times.

Prescriptions are simple and easy. Open 24 hrs is nice.

Wow such a horrible environment. The employees are so great at being rude. Why is it always Walgreens where the employees are racist, rude, good for nothing people? Jeez im so tired of your bullcrap. I cant believe you allow your horrible employees act this way. Im surprised they arent fired yet. I noticed that an employee gives me mean looks because of my skin color while they behave friendly towards white people. well at least im not working at walgreens getting paid almost nothing. Get your facts right before you go sneak dissing people of color. Ps youre not the superior race so quit thinking that. White people are pretty boring anyway. So tell me how are you superior again? I hope you all trip and break your elbow and die in a hole. Also the sink in the bathroom had a diaper in it. Have a terrible day!!

Very poor service in pharmary drive thru, waited approx 5-7mins (seemed like forever in hot weather) with no acknowledgement despite pushing all the buttons! Horrible!

Absolutely horrible at filling medications.Waited 2 hours for a medication that all they do is literally add water too, they dont answer their phone and if they do your waiting 20 minutes before they pick up, they lost a hand written Rx that I dropped off through the drive through then was asked (by the tech that took it originally) then was asked are you sure this was the location you dropped it off at? Really what kind of question is that? No after two hours (which is they time they told me it would take to fill it) I totally forgot which location I dropped it off at. Then they wouldnt fill it because they said they couldnt read it which was Bs Because when I told them to give it back so I could take it elsewhere even I could read it.Id rather drive 15 minutes to Childrens than 2 minutes down the road to Walgreens just to avoid ever having to deal with this pharmacy again.I have to add that I have 2 special needs kids with many medications and I have never just walked in and walked out without some.sort of issue with our meds.

This particular Walgreens is the worst Walgreens Ive ever been to the manager treats people like their thieves even when theyre not the pharmacist that works there is also a total douche and doesnt fill your prescriptions if he doesnt feel like your doctor did the right job but he is not a doctor and its just hard to get along with the whole facility is and I may be in the process of filing a lawsuit

The people at the pharmacy are rude the guy with glasses is so bad to the client one more customer the they will lose
