Right 2 Arm is a great store. Very well-stocked, its easy to find what you need and theres always someone to help, or just browse. If you need guns or gun stuff at a good price they probably have it.

The Place was nice (a lot better looking than a few of the gun stores I have been to) had a nice selection of firearms. I got help when I asked for it and walked out with a shotgun. The only complaint is not letting me know if they had any ammo in stock (I understand that there is an ammo shortage so I just assumed they were out) but other than that it was nice. I will absolutely be returning in the future.

I am a small business owner and I have done business with rt2arm since before they opened their brick and mortar store. I took my CCW class through them and and I will tell you without a doubt they take great care of their customers. They are not a big box store, they are a gun shop. Owning guns is a serious matter. Buying your first one is a nerve racking and important decision. They will take as much time with you as you need, so understand if you are waiting, you will be afforded the same courtesy when they take care of you.Can you imagine buying your first gun and not being able to get ammo for it? Can you get any amount of whatever ammo you want right now from anywhere? Can you get any gun you want right now? the answer is NO. So please realize that they are trying to be fair to everyone. I make all my gun purchases there and I do not hold them or anyone else to impossible standards during this particular time in our history with high demand and product availability at an all time low. Again, they are a great place to go and learn and shop.

Mike and the staff at Right 2 Arm are friendly, courteous and highly knowledgeable. Important to be upfront about your subject knowledge. If you are inexperienced, they are more than happy to explain the subject to whatever level you need, you just need to convey your experience level. Had a complicated purchase involving a gun trust and a tax stamp and couldn’t be in better hands for execution and attention to details. Great place to buy from. I was in Ohio for work and stopped in to see what they had. The staff was very helpful even though it was 20 minutes until closing time and I told them I was from out of state. I ended up coming back a couple days later to buy a gun and have it shipped to Florida. The owner was very helpful and explained to me what info they needed in order to ship the gun.

Nice little LGS with a decent inventory. Prices are reasonable, not over inflated. The staff is pretty friendly. I will shop there again.

Mike and the staff are completely professional and are not just out to sell you something you dont need. No matter if youre an expert or a novice, Mike and his crew make sure youre educated and comfortable before purchasing. I highly recommend Right 2 Arm over many of the other dealers.

Staff is super rude with this aura of “scum-bagness” to them... I think they think they are superior or something because they walk around packing... I have a feeling I know what my specific case is, but I will leave it out of the conversation. In short, stay out of that place; there are much better and much more professional gun dealers around Butler County.

Mike is a good guy and has been friendly and helpful every time I’ve been to his store. They carry a great selection of guns in a variety of price points and even get some of the harder to find guns in stock. I have and will continue to recommend this shop to family and friends.

I’m a first time gun buyer. I walked in and told them what I was looking for and they took me right to it. They were knowledgeable and answered my questions honestly. Will be returning.

Not only acquired my CCW from a class ran by the owner, Mike Reed, but also purchased a handgun from here as well. Any questions will easily be answered by any of the employees or Mike himself. The stock there is through the roof, whether it be a handgun, long gun, shotgun, sights/optics, holsters, ammo, or just general storage, they got it. Some things are harder to come by with Covid and the state of the world but if something is sold out/don’t personally have it they will let you know when it will become available or find it for you. Always where I turn for anything gun related.

Right to arm is one of the best guns shops around as Ive gone to many.. staff is unbelievably helpful and friendly its almost like family, have taken my concealed to carry there and absolutely was the most professional courteous experience Ive ever had. Stood in the shop for 10 minutes with noone helping me. Rude staff that dont want to be bothered, would rather be on their phones or talking to each other. Overpriced on everything even accounting for 2020 inflation. The main boss man is very knowledgeable but he talks very demeaning towards you as if you are a child that isnt worth his time. Will not be shopping here again.

Went in here with money in pocket to purchase a specific gun. When I first waked in there were 2 workers, one talking to what seems to be a customer and another on a laptop. Not ONE time was I asked if I needed help. I had to inquire about a gun to the employee locked in his laptop. After asking him about a gun and his response being “No we don’t” I was surprised there was no suggestion about a gun or being able to even talk about guns to answer any questions I had. Never will be back

I purchase frequently at Right 2 Arm. Mike, Cody, Jimmy, Wes, Brian are all knowledgeable, friendly, and very respectful of all who come in. There are times the store is swamped with the current demand; but they will help everyone and get to everyone. There is a wide selection of firearms, from entry-level to pricier higher-end pieces. The Right 2 Arm team does a great job matching customers to a best-fit firearm for them; without trying to upsell. Ive been there on occasion when theres a potential customer satisfaction issue. 9/10 times, it has to do with safety and/or ensuring 100% compliance to any laws and regulations. I know it can be frustrating; but safety and compliance should always come first. I always look forward to my next purchase from Right 2 Arm!

Stopped in today for the first time to buy ammo. I was extremely impressed with the customer service. The employees made me feel welcome immediately when I walked in the door. The price for the ammo was also reasonable which I greatly appreciated since other places are taking advantage of the current environment to price gouge.

Staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is not pushy or demeaning. The business is family-owned and has great stock ranging from handguns, to longarms and supressors. Ive been reading these reviews and have no clue how they can have the rating they have. Everytime I go in there I walk around for 10 minutes or more and no one helps me. The employees get yelled at for being on their phones everytime im in there. The prices are always well above anyone else in the area. I feel so alienated going in there. Worst gun store in the area. Yes, they have a bunch of stock but the poor customer service warns people away. The sad part is id be willing to spend a little more if they had good customer service. Too bad for them, they will continue to do the same thing like always and people will continue to turn away.

Had my CCW class today. Sean is wonderful...the owner of the store (I believe his name is Mike) is awful and I truly believe he enjoys demoralizing people. Patience is a virtual Mike...try to remember that many people who come to you have ZERO experience with firearms.

Great selection of firearms. If they don’t have it in the store you can order specific firearms that you cannot order through ‘Point Blank’ and or ‘Target world’.Also, great customer service and they are always willing to answer questions.

The staff were rude, annoyed, and it was blatantly obvious they didn’t want to be bothered to provide customer service. Not to mention the products were overpriced.

I was in the store when the reviewer calling them racist was there. He was upset about some of the Trump themed items around the store and calling the employees racist while being loud and disruptive around other customers. He was calmly asked to leave after he would not calm down.My own experience has been awesome, I have made several purchases here for the past several years. The owner bends over backwards for customer service and competitive pricing. They are always willing to help and are never pushy. No one ever pushed any sort of political topics on me while Ive been there.

If youre looking for selection I would highly recommend this place although their prices are high they have some things that you dont really see anywhere else

I bought a pistol on my first visit yesterday to this store.... The owner and the employee working on Friday were great. They have a nice selection, the prices are clearly marked and the employee who helped me was excellent. I highly recommend this store.I made another visit to Right to Arm Firearms and Mike Reed, Owner .... was really helpful with his product knowledge and differentiating the models I asked about.I bought a 2nd hand gun at his store today and the customer service is first rate. A very wide assortment of brands and models to look at too.

They are very rude if youre not in a suite and tie. Dont even acknowledge you if not dressed like a yuppy. And wayyyyy over priced on ammo. Dont shop here.

As someone who absolutely disagrees with President Trump on almost every single issue (gun control included), I drive an hour, past 3 gun stores, to come here.I have never had Mike fail to track down any obscure weapon, part, or complete any NFA form in an incredibly timely manner. Right2Arm’s professionalism, knowledgeability, customer service, and pricing are top notch.I’ve never left with my feelings hurt, or felt like I wasn’t welcomed.

Mike is very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. No place Id rather buy a firearm from.

The guy there was friendly he didnt try to push anything on me, he wasnt bugging me trying to make a sale he gave me space on top of that he told me that if I wanted something that they didnt have that theres a good chance they can order it and get it in. Awesome gun shop. You have to check out the simulator. Me and my son rented the simulator for 30 minutes. We left with out fingers tired from all the shooting. Great time.

Owner is one of the most knowledgeable people Ive ever met for firearms and is a certified NRA instructor too. Doesnt always have everything you need, but he can get anything he doesnt have. Wouldnt can the prices great, but everythings fairly priced.
