These people are professional and super awesome. I have some older jet skis that still had a safety recall on them. While other dealers would not work on the skis... They were willing to take on the warranty work.

Hands down best experience dealing with Brian and all the guys At ACCC. honest quick and respectful. I am a customer for life. I bought a Yamaha 90 for son and a Polaris 570 for myself. Brian gave me prices and details over the phone and nothing changed. simple transaction. I picked them up a few days later and was off. I already scheduled service for my older sons 570. I am sure that will be a great experience as well.

I must say, out of all the other dealers I have called looking for tires on my bike, Ian is the only person that has put in a lot of foot work, time, and effort into making sure I get the correct tires. Not the usual “dealer” experience, that’s for sure. I spoke with Ian the parts guy 45 minutes before they closed about a plow setup for my machine, Ian called me back ASAP to let me know he had the parts in stock, and that he would accommodate me since I wasn’t gonna make it there before they closed. Horrible experience I brought my atv there they told me a bunch of stuff was the reason it wasnt running right $1,200 was what I paid when I got it back it had the same problem I dropped it off to them for plus they put all different bolts in my plastics zip tied full lines wire wasnt connected breaklight was staying on I dropped it back off to them they fixed all that stuff told me the problem of it not running right was fixed again but it wasnt so I took it back again waited another week they called me told me it was ready problem solved when I picked it up I asked what the problem was they didnt know they were very rude about it and had no answer for me on what was wrong with it this time so I left took it home test drove it still same problem so I called back the next day to speak with management and I got the same rude conversation from the manager as I did with the guy at counter so I spend a lot of money never got the problem solved and had a very bad experience with customer service

They dont know how to return phone calls.Kept my MC for a week and charged me a $100just to take for a ride

We went here to purchase a bike. We pulled in the parking lot and exited the vehicle. As we peered through the window we noticed a woman sitting at the desk. She didn’t even look our way. That was the first strike. We got back in our vehicle and called. A male in sales stated how can I help you. We told him we wanted to look at some bikes. His reply, what are you looking for? My response, what do you have? He became annoyed and in a smart tone asked are you financing or paying with cash. That’s the second strike. While my husband was asking questions he says, if you want to be quiet and let me talk. That was the third strike. How rude????? You will never get any of our hard earn money. Customer service is everything in a business and its clear this company lacks it!!! Horrible experience!!!!!!

I pulled in the parking lot and waited patiently to be seen for service. (Simply dropping my bike off) Fast forward 25 minutes I sought out someone to help me. I was told if I don’t like waiting I’m free to go else where. I should of! I had a piece of chrome peeling up that needed double sided tape to make it good as new again, they went over the old tape and it’s flapping in the wind again! I had a nice chrome cover put on the back of the frame where the rear differential goes. It fell off the next day as I rode narrowly missing the car behind me and scratching up my nice expensive chrome piece. They used real thin double sided tape instead of thicker tape what should of been used and again taped over the old tape! I chose to give this company my business instead of driving 10 minutes to Deptford Honda I drove 30 to come to Ac cycle. Very disappointed!! To the guy that told me I’m free to go elsewhere, you definitely got your wish, never again!

Wouldnt waste my time here. Drove over an hour only to find a handful of motorcycles and plenty of trikes in a tiny showroom despite their website listing many different kinds. When asked they simply replied we only have dirt bikes, quads and generators. If you dont plan on selling anything else then dont advertise them on your website or at the very least say you were too lazy to bring them out of storage.

I was looking for a new zuma and found it here. Even tho due to covid-19 we couldn’t go into the showroom it was still a great experience! Great price and warranty. Brian was super friendly and very helpful. If I need another bike I’m definitely going back.

Atlantic City cycleI dropped off my 2020 Can-Am maverick X3 to Atlantic City Cycle to be fixed in early June, 2020. I needed a new frame and a bunch of front end components including a radiator. They advised me that the frame was on back order, which was obviously out of their control.They finally received the frame in August but they hadn’t even started ordering the other parts needed to fix my side by side until after they received my frame, resulting in them receiving and subsequently returning 4 or 5 defective radiators from can am, all AFTER the frame had arrived at their shop.Due to Atlantic City Cycles AWFUL communication and customer service skills, I had to reach out to them every single time one of their deadlines was about to lapse to see if my side by side would be ready for me to pick up only to then be told that yet another set back had occurred. A few weeks ago I even received a voicemail from them stating that my side by side was ready to be picked up, only to call them back and find out that it was not ready because they AGAIN neglected to order parts. Almost all of the subsequent delays were a direct result of either incorrect parts being ordered or a complete failure to order parts.I am in the industrial construction industry, I rebuild motors, pumps gearboxes amongst many other things for a living. It’s basic protocol (and common sense) to assure that you have all of the correct parts ready and accounted for prior to starting a job!On Thursday, October 2nd I called and was told that my SxS was ready to be picked up so I took off work the next day and headed down there. When I arrived on Friday morning, I took a look at my long lost sxs only to find that the alignment was VISIBLY way off. I told Justin about this issue and was told that it would be fixed later and that I could pick it up the following day, which I obviously argued and advised him that I wouldn’t be picking it up the next day and that it needed to be done immediately.Shortly thereafter, the alignment was adjusted and I further inspected my sxs and I discovered that my $800 soundbar was broken and that the service department had obviously tampered with it, as one of the fuses had been changed and the wiring was redone. After having the speaker looked at by the audio shop that originally installed it, they informed me that the whole motherboard of the device was broken, likely as a result from being either dropped or hit by a heavy object. In short, there’s just no way that the service department at AC cycle didn’t realize or at least suspect that they had likely destroyed my soundbar after whatever they did to it and if I hadn’t carefully inspected my sxs prior to leaving the shop that day, there is no doubt in my mind that Atlantic City cycle would’ve failed to inform me that anything had happened to my soundbar at all. They took the $800 value of the soundbar off my final bill as a ‘courtesy’.So FINALLY, on October 3rd, 2020, after a four month long headache, I took home my SxS with a broken soundbar and no reflectors because Atlantic City cycle forgot to order those too.Needless to say, I’m suggesting you take your business elsewhere. I know I will.

Took 2 quads in, the first one they were good, the second one they forgot about for weeks, when I called they said sorry someone should have called. Then they tell me the quad will be ready in a couple of days, it only went in for bad gas. Two weeks later I got the quad back, it was leaking gas the next day. I had someone else fix it. Horrible service, horrible communication. Would never use them again.

Really loved my experience here. I drove all the way from Philly for my first bike because they had what I wanted at a great price. We went in to get oil and filter for my Goldwing very friendly and helpful If I Ever Lose My mechanic or he cant fix something at the time I need I will definitely go there for service and the price seem to be more reasonable than going directly to Honda and it was Factory oil and filter they have a large selection of bikes for sale but I wasnt interested in the bike so I didnt pay much attention so Im not sure if they do sell gold wings when Im ready for a new one I will have to ask

Brought my bike in for service took twice as long as was originally told which would have been fine if they kept me informed then I found several bolts loose when I did get it back they charged me for new brake pads when they really just needed to be bled which they didnt even bother to do that either so my brakes still barely worked when I got it back I would not recommend having their service department work on your vehicles as they will tell you parts need to be replaced just to rack up a bill

So I brought my bike in April 26, 2016. It is now June 18, 2016. I still have no bike. They said it would be done today June 18, 2016 so I went to pick it up and after the test drive it was still having the problem I brought it in with. I told them Ill be back Tuesday. I do not recommend this shop!!!

Bought a Can-Am and had trouble with it. Took it back repeatedly to the dealer I purchased from. They couldnt resolve the issue. Brought it to ACCC, problem was resolved. Recently went in to have a seat rest put on, love those guys. Bud, Brian, Tyler...they are all top notch. Glad to know where I can go if and when my bike needs service.

The folks at ACCC where spot on! The inventory was great, unlike some central Jersey shops that have nothing to offer, ACCC is South Jerseys best equipped shop. The customer service was perfect and the Finance department took it upon themselves to make sure that I received the best terms available. Their relationships with the banking institutions made the experience well worth it. I dont usually shop for anything on Black Friday...but this was one exception well worth it. Low key atmosphere, plenty of parking, great apparel and equipment available.

This place rocks the staff is great and the toys are endless if you cant find something to play with here you shouldnt be playing. Lol I drove down to Atlantic City Cycle from Vermont to buy a bike, yes their prices are that good.

Can I leave 0 stars? The owner attempted to buy my bike at a low price. At the last second, he said I had to go to motor vehicles. Motor vehicles told me, the owner didnt know what he was talking about. Fast forward, the next business day I sold my bike at Hamilton Yamaha for a better price. So shop AC Cycle Center if you want rip off prices and an incompetent owner.Cont. The shop then calls me 5 times from multiple phone numbers asking me to take the review down! If I am harassed by your business again in any way, I will see what my lawyer or police have to say.

Picked up a new can am bike was dirty no body explained anything about it. Tires were 10 psi dont think thay will do any service for me. The only person I trust is the financial manager. All thay wanted was my money.

Why is everyone asking why they are closed on mondays? If you knew any thing at all about the motorcyle/atv industry you would know all dealerships are closed on mondays, thats just the way it is.Work saturday, ride sunday, sleep monday and do it all over again tues to sat.

They are the NJ arm of the Montgomeryville Cycle Center or thats what one of their sales guys told me. What they may list as being floor stock may be physically 60 miles away in Pa. So if you have a specific bike of interest, call them before going. If the bike is in PA they will transport it to NJ...Kinda took the wind out of my tire kicking experience.....
