Why is it that the shoes they advertise on TV are Never at the Payless in my area. Its so disappointing to go thinking your gonna get a cute shoe only to walk out empty handed.

Never again will I ever order online with Payless, I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes, only to be shipped a purse 😳 Contacted customer service spoke with a rep who in turn got in touch with UPS so they could come and pick up the purse I never ordered and send it back, (they showed up the following day) the rep I spoke with assured me the shoes I originally ordered were still available online and would be overnight shipped to me, well here we are 3 days later, only to receive an email stating the shoes arent available online and theyre now trying to find them in stores and will be shipped to me ASAP 🤬🙄 Guess its safe to say they wont arrive in time to wear them to the brunch I ordered them for, and I now have to go buy another pair 🤞🏽🙏🏽#YouGuysSuck#lessonLearned#HorribleExperience#VeryPoorService#NoStarsGiven
