Went Saturday with 9 kids for a birthday. Everyone had a great time. The kids just loved it. I can’t say enough about the owner Hector. A nice friendly man who cares and runs a great spot. Will definitely be back.

We were there today for my good friend’s son’s birthday party and we had a blast! Hector, William and Tyrese were so professional and made our experience playing there as good as it can get. It was a lot of our groups first time playing, too. I highly recommend Apocalypse Paintball for everyone. You won’t regret it! We will be there more often now. So much fun!

MAKING MEMORIES!!!!! I took my grandson to play paintball for his first time. Great location easy on and off access to highway, the owner Hector went over & beyond to accommodate us and made it a great outing my grandson will never forget! I have been going there for about two years and it is the best place to go to play paintball. I have been to many other place but nothing compares to apocalypse paintball. The staff are amazing and the owner makes sure you are happy. Also the prices are really good and very affordable to go paintball. It is an all around go spot to go to if you want to have fun.

Great field, Ive been going here to play speedball on Thursdays and Sundays and theres a consistent group that comes out so theres always people playing. Staff is very nice

Hector (owner) is extremely accomadating and aims to please every customer any time of day. I had a chance to watch him help each customer with care. He truly seems to genuinely want everyone to enjoy themselves. His staff are well mannered and extremely helpful with everything. This place is highly recommended for all players (pro or novice). They even have a great selection of the newest market guns and equipment at the most competitive prices youll find. I was told if they dont have what your looking for in stock they would order for you with no problem. If your having issues with your gun they even have a well trained staff to handle all gun issues and parts to get you back on the field as quickly as possible.

The owner was very nice I caught him in the middle of him fixing another client‘s paintball gun. He took his time to diagnose my paintball gun and was able to tell me what was wrong. The repair was not worth it so I just bought a new paintball gun from him. Excellent service. Thank you so much.

Great experience. Hector ran a professional business with excellent customer service. We had a fantastic family event with many first time paint ball players. He made everyone feel comfortable and we all walked away with great memories. Would recommend with no problem.

Played airsoft here with my team. Its a new arena, so its got some flaws, but its shaping up nicely. The owners are very passionate about the sport and most players that were here when I was here are good sports. Layout is very balanced but could use a little more variety. Definitely looking forward to seeing how it grows over the years.

Good paintball place. Be careful there is poison ivy about as some of my players found out. Also if your looking for a private match between new or lesser players make sure the owners kid doesnt get on the field and use you for target practice. Wiped out a squad of 5 by himself in about 3 minutes without anyone else on his team firing a shot. Though a quick Convo with the owner and that was remedied. All in all a good few games went on a really hot day and very little shade so we called it only an hour into to our 2 hour rental. Speaking of which, if your going to do it regularly get your own gear. You can rent, and the guns work fine. But the masks have seen better days. They were scratched and the elastic was just about shot. But for 35 bucks for 2 hours of play time and 200 rounds and a gun and mask I thought it was a great time and would recommend it.

Went to apocalypse paintball today, and I cant say enough good things about the place. We used the outdoor courts and had a couple games of 5v5 and then on the larger court played 10v10. The fields were in great condition and well put together. The staff was great as well, the owner (Hector) was the man, he fixed my gun that I brought from home and also I ensured we all had a great time. 10/10 stars!

This place has a great field to play on! They have a few outdoor areas to play on and an indoor area thats apocalypse related design. A lot of fun for friends and family.

Fields are good for the new/rental players with some experience. Good place to go to if your just messing around with your friends. Love the fact YOU CAN BRING YOUR OWN PAINT but the paint they sell there is reasonably priced along with their admission and air fees.

Not only is the field nice (both indoor and outdoor) but the people there are nice too. The refs also take their jobs much more seriously due to new ownership. Overall. I love this field!

Really fun paint ball areas, and depending on the size of your group youre not limited to one area. My favorite by far was the inside area were its small, and you can get close and personal.

Had the unfortunate experience of playing against a team of young boys who did not follow rules. My concern, though, was that nobody corrected their actions even when brought to the attention of staff. They shot within 10 feet and they shot after players were out with their hands and gun clearly raised.I am not sure what their official policy is on using your own paintballs. I called ahead of time and asked to bring my own and was told “absolutely not” but then one of the kids was there playing against us with some of his own that he brought which did not break as easily and therefore, the shells ended up cutting me up pretty badly anywhere I got hit. I addressed this as well and was told that they like to use the yellow ones they sell there because it doesn’t stain as easily but that next time we can bring our own. I felt that this was a poor resolution to my concern.On the plus side, the fields were nice and had great spots and our team member jumped in to the game eventually to help when our family of 4 was outnumbered and out matched which was nice of him (and caused the young boys to finally play by the rules)

I wish I could give this place a better rating. I used to play at this field years ago (when it was paintball invasion) and was really excited to get back on the field and play some paintball. Unfortunately here, this wasnt the case.I had met the new owner before. He actually seemed really nice and was more than willing to show me around the fields/indoor arena. Although it seemed like the pro-shop itself didnt have any lighting in it. He let me know that Sunday is a really popular day for speedball and assured me that its completely walk-on friendly.I was blown away by the lack of professionalism at this place. I arrived at this place around 9:30 and it still looked like people were setting up.(dragging bunkers from other fields and such) . Not a problem. The real problem arrived when it came to the staging area. There was NO CHRONOGRAPH. There was no way for anyone to test the velocity of their markers. People could be shooting way over 300fps and you would have no idea. (To give you an idea, masks are tested to take hits from 300fps and below, anything higher and the protection from the mask is not guaranteed). The last thing you need is a paintball flying at your face and destroying your lens and losing your eyesight in the long run.There was no organization on the field whatsoever. I was under the impression that a ref was supposed to organize the games and chrono your gun before the start . That would make sense but there were NO REFS. Referees were simply players that that were odd-manned out and sat on the side of the field to start the game. If that guy ended up playing with his team, then a kid on the outside of the field would call the countdown for the game. It felt like you were playing in your backyard.All in all there was no organization at this place. It felt as if the place was ran by the kids there and the owners just collected entrance and paint fees. I spent 45 dollars here to not play a single game. No refs, No chronograph, no organization whatsoever. Not even a line to go play. I guess if you were part of a team or group then you could get on but you would have to force your way on there. I will not be returning here. There is no guarantee for your safety whatsoever. There are no referees to organize games. This place is not even close to what it used to be. Hopefully playground paintball park is a bit more structured.

What can i say but WOW!!!!!! this is an amazing place to play paintball the field is what i call good but not great. But we all know thats not the reason we play. we play because we want to have fun with our friends and family, and this is the place to do it at. The staff is so friendly and the prices are reasonable. but most importantly the players are kind and honorable you wont find many cheaters hear at all if any. Also they are working on 2 new fields that will be coming soon.and thats just the paint ball side.There is also a brand new indoor Airsoft CQB field,and ill tell ya I spend most of my time there. It is probably the best indoor field in NJ in my opinion they are very safe with an fps cap at 350 with .2s and a strict cap at 1.1 joules. again like the paintball side the staff is amazing and the players are all honorable and kind. it is a place where everyone can feel welcome, whether your a new player (young or old) or an experienced player you will definitely have fun. there is one problem though there isnt alot of space to put your stuff, so get there early so you can find a spot.

Very bad experience. There was zero organization out on the fields and for the most part, it was up to the players to try and organize groups and matches. Most of refs were just socializing and reluctant to call a match.They basically have two fields. A speedball setup and a woodsball. The fields are in ok shape but lack any real design. Mostly just a bunch of obstacles in random spots. Overall, i would not go again, if you are in area checkout ontarget or some the other fields up rt.73P.S. The Pro Shop is a joke. Though the jar of Pickles on top of the microwave did seem tempting
