Mike is the most down to earth car dealer I’ve met. Even felt weird to call him a dealer, he’s almost immediately a friend. Bought this car to get me around during covid, was delivered to my front door. Had it for 6 months, ice cold ac, heat works, v6 and didn’t felt like a 20 year old car, never had a single problem and I already threw 3000 miles on it. I would return but I felt like this car would last forever.

I bought a car by myself for the first time and Mike made it so easy and smooth. Great price, great car. He was so friendly, I felt more like a friend than a client, he helped me through every phase, followed up with a call the day after I bought it to make sure everything was good. Their main focus was my happiness with the car and I couldn’t be more impressed with their customer service. 10/10 recommend.

Just wanted to leave you guys a comment about mj at republic. He helped me out so much in making sure I was able to get my car. For a moment I thought I wasn’t gonna be able to get one cause was turned down by a bank that didn’t wanna help with the loan process and was kinda losing faith and hope in getting a car. Then MJ message and told me everything is good he worked couple days and made sure I got what I wanted without me having to call and ask he was working non stop for me and everything he did for me i am greateful for thanks Mj I love my new Lexus and appreciate your work ethic.

From literally the second we drove off the lot it’s been a complete nightmare. We struggled for months just to get the title. There excuse was they were busy. For months on end? I don’t buy it. Also, we went to register it at the DMV. I took a day off of work to do this. Then we noticed they never have us a Bill of sale which is required in Delaware. The nice lady at the DMV called as well as I did. Said it was urgent. The DMV closes at 4:30. They sent it to us at 4:28 and the DMV couldn’t help us. Now I have to take more time off from work. These clowns are unorganized, unprofessional and just someone I will never do business with again. I DO NOT recommend you buy a car from them. It’ll be a nightmare.

I purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue from this friendly dealership. First person I spoke with was Mackenzie. The sweetest and most helpful ray of sunshine. Then I had the pleasure to speak with Michael. What a wonderful team. I am old and they never spoke down and were ever so patient. Whatever your age you are in excellent hands with them. Oh I should mention I love my car!

I came in today for a Ford Mustang. We were greeted promptly upon entering. Mike gave us the keys for a test right away. The price was extremely reasonable. The air conditioning needed recharged so he sent us down the street to have his mechanic recharge it. He even offered to find my boyfriend the car hes looking for! We would definitely recommend coming to see Mike for your next car!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I just traveled over 200 miles to buy a car Ive been looking for for years from RCC. The owner was extremely accommodating working with me and my spouse to get us the information we needed before making the trip. On arrival I could not have been happier to find my 18 year old dream car in great condition. They made sure my new to me car was clean, tuned up, and ready for smooth sailing all the way back to upstate New York. I would recommend his sales and service to anyone. Bought a 2004 subaru legacy L, the owner was kind enough to delivery it to me due to my unusual circumstances. What amazed me is the condition of the car, when i opened the engine bay. I previously had a 2005 subaru forester so i was familiar with the engine. Overall one of the best buying experiences I had ever when it came to used cars. I hope to make this car last but at least I know where to go if I ever need a new one. Would recommend them to any of my friends who are searching for a reliable used car.

Manners were perfect. Greeted as soon as we drove up. Although Mike had paperwork to complete on his own, he took the proper amount of time with us. Showed us the vehicle, trusted us driving it however long we wished to do so, answered questions and shared honest opinions. Than we completed our own paperwork by the end of our test drive, liking and comfort. My buddy left with a Subaru Tribeca. One issue, the air needed to be recharged. Mike is sending him over to his mechanic right down the street for a recharge of the air conditioner at NO EXTRA price! Mike also ended up finding an extra key which was very convenient considering there will be two drivers with this vehucle. One of the easiest car buying experiences my buddy and I have ever had. I think my daddyo would have appreciated their business. Great job Republic Car Club and thank you. Thank you Mike for helping my buddy finish his vehicle search. It was spot on what he wanted.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Incredibly passive aggressive. Best not try and make any offer under the asking price or negotiate at all. They instantly become offended and berate you with passive aggressive lines. And then they have the audacity to tell you that even if you pay the asking price, they wont even consider it. As if it were a privilege to buy a car from them! Im giving you MY money, why dont you try and be a little nicer? Id give this an even lower score if I could.

I was driving from Wildwood NJ to Philadelphia and my car got a bad flat. I had to pull over on the side of the expressway with me and my 4 daughters, it was dark and cars was flying pass us, The cops finally came and told us that we should be getting help shortly. I got out my car after about 20 minutes hoping somebody would see us and help us, I got an spare tire just needed help putting it on.. After about another 20 minutes these guys came saw us and pulled over to help us, they was so nice and really got my tire changed in a matter of minutes. He didn’t accept any of my money although I really wanted to pay him for helping me and my daughters out when nobody else would. Anytime a business stop what they doing to help out somebody in need for FREE, man that’s worth writing about. I also learned they sell cars so I’m going to check them out I’m looking for a new car, And I honestly can’t think of anywhere else I would rather buy my car from!!!! THANK YOU GUYS SOOOOO MUCH❤️

Unorganized. We went to initially rent a Toyota RAV4 and when we arrived they vehicle was not available. They had said they will give us an upgrade car and gave us keys to a VW Tourag. After driving off the lot I received a call stating that they gave me the wrong vehicle and had to turn around to get the correct vehicle. When we returned we were given keys to the upgrade vehicle, a VW Routan. It was filthy and smelled like smoke. When we reported this, we were repeatedly told that we only disliked the vehicle because we had seen the Tourag first. We inspected the car and found a full open beer bottle in the cupholder. Even after being showed this, we were told that it was a beautiful car and still an upgrade from what we were there for initially. We would not have accepted the car if we hadnt had time sensitive plans for that day. After driving off for the second time, we noticed the right mirror was cracked thoroughly. During our week with the vehicle we noticed more issues; the dials for the heat control were stuck pushed in, the vehicle would randomly get stuck in second gear and refuse to shift (especially problematic when we were on the freeway), and the drivers seat adjustment was jammed. There were a lot of other cars on the lot and they pressured and insisted on giving us this one, without caring for our requests for a different one. Our concerns were just written off as if we were making up problems just because we wanted the Tourag. Insulting to say the very least. I wouldnt recommend this company if my life depended on it.
