I wasnt getting much help from the employee .Monday, around 10-10:30..This employee didnt make any effort to call the main Verizon tech. Support to help me open my account back up...I (the customer ) wound up calling tech support.WHAT & WHERE IS A GOOD,RELIABLE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE THESE DAYS!?!?!?
I was having a confusing and difficult time because I was not able to send or. Receive calls from several contacts. Alexandra was knowledgeable and very patient as she worked until the problem was solved. She also made me aware of safety devices which would be of benefit to a senior citizen like me. I will definitely consider using it in the future. The Hammonton store was not always my favorite place to seek assistance but I will not hesitate to do business here again.
The lady there ithink her name was Alexandra made it easy to decide between a handful of phones I liked. She really knows her stuff 👍 Im pretty happy

The only reason I gave it to stars instead of one is because the second time I went into the store the employee was able to help me however the first time was a horrible experience let me explainThe employee Jeffrey B Told me everything I wanted to hear about my billing and my discount to get me to buy the phone. Needless to say none of it was true. Management needs to make sure employees put the customer first and not their sales commission. Make sure the discounts and plan promotions are accurate before agreeing to anything. Shiesty service with some employees at this store. Management please do a better job.
After spending 4 hours on the phone with 4 different Verizon reps, I visited this store for the first time to help with a NO SERVICE issue on my iPhone 7. I was greeted by Jay. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable. In fact he gave me more help and information than the 4 hours I lost being on an online chat. Definitely recommend this for anyone to visit, especially if you are having a problem.
Kacie was more than happy and willing to help out in a time of crisis when my phone broke. She helped me get all my contacts into the new phone And also stayed a few minutes past her daily hours to get the new phone back in service. This was a great experience and the world needs more people like her. I appreciate the professional assistance. Very highly recommend to visit her at any Verizon shes in.
Just went in looking for a tripod which they dont carry. Otherwise standard Verizon store. Staff friendly & very helpful.
Hi, I called this location today and spoke to Jared and he was nothing short of patient, professional, courteous and helpful! I deal with Verizon frequently and have been a customer since 2010 and I can assure you I have neverbeen given service like this. I had an issue with my Sons Phone and he patiently walked me through every step of the way! Thank you Jared for taking my call and helping me. You are appreciated. Verizon needs more of you!

I purchased my phone on Dec 15th and then a couple days later I get a Thank You email from Google Maps for posting a review so I would beware of this location because apparently someone has the ability to access your email accounts and forge their own reviews in your name and also adding a comment from the store owner as well. Since this purchase Ive learned that you cant even buy a new phone without being hacked by the sales associate. She also lied to me and said my password didnt match my account so my number didnt get ported until yesterday Dec 23rd, a different associate at same location told me I could do it myself and gave me the phone number, I called and followed prompts, typed in my password and in 5 seconds I received a text saying my number was successfully ported to new phone. BEWARE OF SLIMY SALES ASSOCIATES

Always have a pleasant experience when I visit this Verizon location. Every person there treats us like we are family. I truly believe I now have added several new members to our family. This was my first smartphone purchase. I got a prepaid and Alexandra made this very easy for me because I am not good with technicology. Just for customer information so they don’t sit outside a store for an hour! The information about hours is INCORRECT on Google - they open at 10 most weekdays, not 9 AM as on all the websites and Google information. I hope they work to correct this so that they do not continue to inconvenience customers. Other than that, the store is great and the staff helpful - I’ve just had such an issue with the posted store hours!
Alexandra took mine and my husbands preorders last week and she is so nice. her help was greatly appreciated because only one of our phones has come in so far but she set mine up and transferred all my apps and pictures. the store crew is so friendly and dow to earth!! thank you alexandra and rest of the team

The manager there, Vince, is a consummate professional. His ability to manage the store while simultaneously taking care of customers is fantastic…..he is a great multi-tasker who is aware of everything happening in his store while making the customer he’s working with feel like they have his complete and undivided attention. Most importantly, he is extremely knowledgeable about his product, and his service, and he quickly can determine what the best course of action is for his customers whether they need a new phone or a resolution to an issue they may have with their current one. He does this with a smile, always demonstrating patience and grace, rare qualities in today’s service industries. My entire family will only shop at his store as a result, and we have recommended him and his store to everyone we know here in town, and that’s a lot of people. Frankly, yes, it is wonderful to have the convenience of a Verizon Wireless store right here in town, but if Vince wasn’t there managing the store as he does, people in Hammonton would elect to drive further and pass that store on their way to another! Vince is true reason we all remain loyal to our local store!
Great experience... Elliott and I finally switched over . They were great ... we got 2 new XR 10 phones, 2galaxy pads, and insurance on all four products. Couldn’t beat switching over to Verizon and it didn’t cost a penny outta of our pocket. nor will our monthly payments change. They were accurate and patient and on point

The trip to there sure was a waste of time. They needed to download one of their apps however their bosses blocked the internet from accessing thier own apps. I had to go home and do it myself. I will never go back there again try the one in Somers Point theyre awesome.
The service was so good that when I was leaving a mister softee truck pulled up and I bought the Verizon employee a cone because he helped me out so much.
It doesnt have very many working display models and its kind of a pain to get in to the parking lot. But the staff is helpful and friendly

Had to go to the corporate store in EHT to renew and get equipment because the guy with the man bun just couldnt be bothered.
These guys were worthless, Verizon shipped the new phone to my house instead of the store so they refused to do the data transfer. They gave us a story about not being a Corporate store so they didn’t have a tech on duty. I went to another non Corporate Store, and they did the complete data transfer in 15 minutes.
Our experience at the Verizon store in Hammonton has been wonderful. Even though there were many people waiting in line, all the employees were very accommodating and polite. Every question was answered, and the sales associates were available for troubleshooting all of our specific concerns. We especially appreciated Kevals assistance and Vinnie and Cyps technical support in setting up our bluetooth. Thanks for everything!The Storey family
