I dont write these too often. I am always afraid my one experience is the only good service contractor has provided.Not the case with PDQ Electric. I have used them several times with excellent service each time from phone call to walking out the door, job completed. It first started with some simple kitchen light relocations. Arrived on time, completed the task in a timely manner and the clean up was beyond my expectations.Second was a power outage. I called PDQ and within a few hours they were at my door with a rental generator. Food Saved! They recommended and external generator connector to my fuse panel and a generator. I agreed and that installation was a success as well. Especially when the recent day came when I had to put it to use for 3 days. The entire house was up and running. I was even able to run a few extension cords to the neighbors. All thanks to the recommendation of Ryan. A demonstrable intelligent electrician who has sensible recommendations and reasonable prices. I wont use another electrician and I do recommend their services.

Highly recommended. Professional, organized, excellent customer service, very responsive to questions, fair pricing, all documentation completed electronically. All estimates were detailed and accurate. Most important, they really understand electric code and the permitting process. Were able to proactively resolve a few unanticipated challenges and get my electric turned on. GREAT JOB! Thanks again.

During a recent kitchen remodel we needed 5 outlets and 4 switches relocated. New under cabinet lighting installed and 3 dimmers installed. They were able to hide all the wiring and outlets to make it look like a custom kitchen. They even were able to add usb plug-ins on the new outlets and even cut a hole in the granite counter top to run a wire for our cordless phone at no extra charge. Very knowledgeable and professional with all of our concerns and questions. Will definitely use PDQ in the future!

PDQ did an excellent job installing a new microwave over my stove. They even had a custom cabinet built to accommodate the new dimensions of the appliance. The staff were very professional and explained the procedure to my understanding and cost was very fair compared to other quotes. I have used them for other smaller jobs, including a repairing my dryer extricate outlet that burned out. Thanks PDQ !!

Ryan Johnson was our contractor and he was incredible. He went above and beyond to fix our pool and he was so kind and helpful. I will definitely call him again whenever I need something fixed!

My wife and I recently bought a house that needed to have some knob and tube wiring replaced and updated before we could move in. From the office staff to the crew who did the work everyone great. We will not hesitate to call them again for any additional work we need in our new home.

I called pdq in a pinch. I had just purchased a foreclosed house that had no electricity. The office staff understood the process well. They had one of their guys come out the same day to inspect. Processed the paperwork with the township and in less then a week the power was back on and we were able to start renovations. Hope to never have to do this again but if I do I know who to call.

Ryan and his team are some of the hardest working guys I know. They really put in the time to do a great job and meet deadlines. I have had them do several jobs for me and they are always very responsive and knowledgeable.

This company claims to offer “24 hour emergency service” but does not answer their phone or respond to messages in order to provide such service!

PDQ has fixed several problems at our office. They are responsive and the technicians are professional and skillful.

Worst service ever received! They were a no show on 3 different occasions. When called this last time they kept putting off and putting off. Finally when we spoke to them for answers they actually laughed at us and said they will get around to use. Don’t EVER GO TO THEM!
