I have been working with Supreme Modular for over a year now. My goal was to build my primary residence with no compromises. The sales team in many ways, were more than accommodating for someone new to the homebuilding process. Reflectively, they addressed my numerous questions and concerns, making me feel my time, savings, and future were in good hands. As with any complicated and substantial undertaking, there were a few missteps along the way. Looking back, and taking into account the unprecedented times of the past year, that seemed inevitable. For the sake of honestly and full disclosure, my business concluded with Supreme Modular before my home was built. The reason I am here now is because the staff of Supreme Modular continued to remain in contact. I cannot say many other companies would take the honorable approach Supreme Modular did. They constantly checked in with me and focused on how they could resolve any issues I had. Well, issues resolved! We were able to come to a satisfactory agreement that would not have been possible without their dedication to their customer’s positive experience. With that in mind, I fully recommend Supreme Modular.

Were in love with it. After an unfortunate delay caused by Township variances and Covid-19, our house, which was designed Spring 2019 is finally finished. SM did a wonderful job helping us to design and get the house delivered and installed. And post delivery follow-up was exceptional. All issues got resolved (thanks to Paula). Four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, sunroom, and large kitchen make it amazing. Were very very happy with the quality and construction. SM built the porch overhand and our contractor finished it off. Garage (left side) is stick built. Waiting for the solar panels to be installed (not an SM job).I have absolutely no reservations recommending them and encourage modular building. It makes so much sense.

My brother was looking to do a modular home and he asked me to listen in and help him. I have built several stick built homes but have no experience with modular. After speaking with and listening to this companies spiel he decided to go with another local company. Both companies were very similar with product and cost. The main reason was that the information session with Supreme seemed like a well rehearsed sales pitch which made me and my brother uneasy. I decided to do a little research and was uncomfortable with the amount of complaints regarding bait and switch practices, delays and legal issues. If it was just one comment you could explain that away but it seems like there are many in these reviews.

Bob’s sale pitch was informative and truthful and felt we could trust him right away. Kelly was incredible with the selection process and made sure everything I wanted in my home was ordered and customized to my liking. I can very picky and she saw to every last detail was completed. James was professional and precise with ordering my pre plans and he even was able to get my stamped plans completed 2 weeks earlier then I thought! The presentation by Bob was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable concerning all the set ups for a modular home. He took the time to put a good slide show on and follow up with any information we may have asked. It seems that Supreme builders is a very reputable company. Thank you Bob!

I thought Robert did a very thorough job explaining the details of the modular houses, what is included in the purchase and what is outside the scope of their work. Also was forthcoming with estimated costs of various options.

!!GREAT COMPANY!!!We are adamant about sharing our experience because the other reviewer is simply lying and the people that helped us at Supreme Modular dont deserve those lies. They are great! They delivered exactly as promised. There were no extra fees. Everything was exactly as it is stated in writing in our draw payment schedule. All of this is in writing and its followed to the letter. They are very honest. They fulfilled all the promises for us and to expand upon what the person that wrote in the negative review the $15,000 down payment is part of the modular project which consisted of all the time we spent initially with them, all the time we spent with the designer, all the time we spent modifying and customizing our modular, the architects plans, the construction of the modular, reviewing our job site before delivery, delivery of the modular, the crane, the work crews for delivery etc, and placing of the modular on the foundation, roofing it etc. It seems to me the other person simply changed his mind and is now telling a bunch of lies. There were some issues along the 1+ year it took to build and finish our modular bit things happen and we couldn’t be happier.

Use this company!!! They are the best around. Don’t listen to the bad reviews they are unreasonable. We have all been in a pandemic. Auto dealers are delaying building. Material shortages have caused delays in all markets include resale construction and new construction. Labor shortages are being experienced across the country. Let’s be real here. The markets are the problem not this company. The staff has been great. And we are good reasonable god loving people and understand the pandemic is the cause of the problems around us. To blame this company for the market problems is totally unfair

We began the design process and received our plans. It took a couple of week longer than supreme modular expected, It was explained that process was a bit slower than usual because the national plan processing services that approves modular plans were backed up because of covid and the construction boom. The people at supreme are such good and honest people, all of them. Our home is exactly what we expected. This company really does care about us. Very happy we chose supreme modular to work with.

We had a one hour zoom meeting with Bob DuCoin and learned a lot about the modular home process. Bob answered most of our questions before we even asked and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the modular process. We feel much more confident and prepared to tackle a modular project.

We signed an agreement on March 6, 2021. We were told that we would move through the selections process in two weeks. 8 weeks later, we still do not have stamped plans so we can get them submitted to the factory to begin the build and to the town to be able to have the modules dropped and set up completed. Initially, we were told that it would take 6-8 weeks to get our home built at the factory so that it could be dropped on our lot.We have had ZERO communication from the team that is handling the selections process. Phone calls go unreturned. Messages are ignored. The only time we can speak to anyone is if we call 2-3 times a day and finally catch someone on the phone only to be told that the hold up is with Superior who is doing the actual building of the modules. We are just waiting on an electrical plan and have been waiting for eight weeks to get the electrician at the factory to do whatever he needs to so to get the plans finished. No reason given as to why this is taking so long. We have not been told what the hold up is with the plans which have ZERO to do with the materials shortage that is happening because of COVID. We understand shortages. What we dont understand is why we had to literally beg someone to be honest with us yesterday in terms of what can we expect once we do have stamped plans? How far behind is the factory?Reluctantly the rep finally admitted that it will now take 16 WEEKS as opposed to the 6-8 weeks we were told initially. And you pay a $15,000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to advance to the selections process so you will have no recourse if communication stops, or if there is a problem. Our sales rep was awesome however unfortunately nothing has happened the way he said it would once the contract was signed.Remember: Supreme and Superior are now 16 weeks behind and they waited 8 weeks to let us know. Let that sink in if you are planning on building a home with them. Happy to amend this review if something changes but I now have pretty low expectations. Plan to lower yours as well if you are going to do business with either Supreme or Superior Homes.UPDATE: Since this review was posted, communication has improved and we are making progress. James is doing a great job pulling things together. We are still pretty far behind where we thought we would be but hoping to make some ground once we submit the order to the factory.

We made an appointment a month ahead of time for a zoom meeting and they never came on. I then emailed them and asked to reschedule and its 2 weeks later and never heard back from them.

Rescheduled my meeting then Noone showed up . I waited in the lobby from 15 min before the time and stayed in 30 min after. Not someone I would trust hundreds of thousands of dollars to since they cant make a zoom meeting you can literally do from anywhere

This company handled everything perfect. We started with a special. Got a fair price and made a ton of design changes and only cost is another $6500.The kitchen was basically turned into a chefs kitchen and had space for my special range. It turned out amazing.All of the bedrooms were made to have walk in closetsWe really went high end on everything.We then had a problem with our bank and supreme modular actually waited for us patiently for us to get things worked out. We felt so bad for making them wait so long but they were really eager and happy to help us through our problems.They really worked with us.So after the house was delivered and set we ran into another problem with the bank and again. Supreme modular was gracious enough to work with us this time toGreatest company in the world. I can stress enough how great this company is. Id give them 100 stars if I could.

I had a scheduled appointment with a sales rep from Supreme Modular but never received the information for the Zoom meeting or received a call from the company or sales rep. to discuss my home purchase. I have contacted another home builder and had my questions answered.Revised review. I was contacted by the company to reschedule the zoom meeting it appears there was some technical issues.

I built a modular with supreme modular. Communication from the initial sales meeting up to long after move in was perfect. The always returned our calls promptly. The cost of my home was actually below budget! My family is looking to build a shore house with supreme modular this summer in 2020. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a modular home.

This place has exceeded my expectations of home buying. Very reasonable pricing and good quality building materials. The sales staff are very personable and are well knowledgeable of the products their company offers. They are very helpful and go out of their way for their clients satisfaction. They care and it shows. Debbie the front desk clerk was very helpful in directing me to the person I needed to speak with so I could resolve the issue I had and she to was well acquainted with the products and services this company offers. She seemed to keep the office operating smoothly with such a friendly disposition. I felt like I had some new friends when all was said and done with my time with them. Great deals on home building, 55.00/ sq.ft on the low end 71 or something like that on the upper end, being in the contracting/ construction field myself, that is so reasonable it almost sounded to good to be true. Then I saw the actual product and couldnt believe the quality I was getting at the price I was paying. These guys are awesome. So if youre looking to build on a lot you have, check these guys out and you too will be happy you did.

I cant comment on their workmanship because we never got that far. I phoned them on a Saturday morning to confirm their Saturday hours of operation. I was told by the receptionist (Fred) they were open until 4:00 pm. I said great, we would be there in the early afternoon. All he asked was my name and I gave it to him. We arrived at their location right around noon only to be told that potential customers are handled by appointment only. And since we didnt have an appointment (which I was never told we needed), it would be an hour to an hour and a half before someone could talk to us. When I mildly protested that we had driven almost an hour, I was offered some brochures and the waiting period already mentioned. We couldnt even take a look at the model home they had setup.Business must be very good to just let potential customers walk away unhappy. The fact is we have already decided to move forward with purchasing a modular home. However, we will NOT be purchasing from Supreme Modular.

The price was right, there were cheaper companies out there but those guys were small fly by night places that couldnt provide the quality and service that Supreme modular was able to provide. I wanted to be sure we didnt get ourselves in trouble by going with the cheapest price out there. NEVEE go with cheapest bid especially with a purchAse as big as a new home!!!Best choice we made was going with Supreme Modular.

Dirty6613: Your experience is not an anomaly. We also had a horrible experience with Supreme Modular. Very poor customer service, poor communication; did not return emails or phone messages promptly.We purchased a modular home from them and it was the worst experience.We encountered many surprises along the way, which meant more expense. Many of our questions outright refused to be answered, and we had to google our questions to find the answers ourselves.

The staff at Supreme Modular was helpful throughout the process. If there was a a question I needed answered and they didnt know the answer, they would find it and respond back. There was a delay with delivery, but when the house got on location, it went smoothly. I would use this company in the future.
