I was on a wait list for a storage unit and as soon as one became available I received a phone call. Not only was it a prompt response, they were so extremely helpful that everything was taken care of over the phone in 10 minutes, including answering any questions I had. Very personal and professional, I would 10/10 recommend and use them again.

I am the one who took care of everything with his RV, here in Hammonton NJ.Heather was wonderful, and was able to help me with everything I needed. The storage facility is in a safe area, and I feel very comfortable leaving the RV there. Additionally, the price for the space is reasonable and less than most other storage facilities around the state. And, I was assured that the price would not increase. Which is also better than most other places.

I think the price is to high for a 5x5 here In Hammontonbut at Egg Harbor their 5×5 price is 29 dollars a month and here in Hammonton they are charging 71 dollars Im not gonna drive 25 mins away to get stuff when I need it or put stuff in when I ask them why cant I cant what they get ar Egg Harbor they said they cant do a price match it dont work like that each place has its own price

Jodi was very professional with setting me up with a unit I had reserved. We looked over the unit and the prices, and when it came time for the paperwork, she was very clear in breaking down the bulk of legal speak thats in the contract. She was able to make some necessary adjustments with ease and overall made me confident in setting up the rental. I would recommend her location to anyone needing some Extra Space.

The customer service was fantastic. Jodi is very personable and warm. Another customer came in while I finalizing my lease and Jodi greeted her immediately by name. Reserving and finalizing my agreement was a breeze and took far less time than I expected. They make the process easy from start to finish and I didnt feel at any point like I pressured to make a decision, upgrade to another option, etc.

I really like this storage company. I just moved to the area and I wasnt sure which storage company to go with. I had a million questions. The lady there Jodi was amazing. She had so much patience and was so sweet. She made everything really easy. I was stressed about my stuff and the whole move. I kept calling her back with more questions. Every time I talked to her she was so nice and patient. She answered all of my questions and helped calm me down. I really appreciate her help. I feel safe leaving my stuff there, especially since they have such kind and professional staff.

It is not always easy to orchestrate a move. Especially when it is a move from one side of the country to the other! Alanna at Extra Space Storage on Egg Harbor Road made things easy for me. Even with the pesky three hour time difference, Alanna gave me peace of mind and facilitated an easy booking process, allowing me to check one more thing off of my list!

I am so thankful for Robert (manager) and his patience! My boyfriend first reserved a 5x15 unit, and once I looked at it, I couldn’t help but laugh. Needless to say, we needed way bigger! Robert switched all of our paperwork to the new unit and we ended up with a 15x25 because the 10x20 was not available yet. A few days later, he let us know a 10x20 would be opening soon and we would be able to switch into that one. He then switched all of our paperwork again to the new unit. When we got to the storage unit, looking at the 10x20, we realized we really do need the 15x25! Robert switch all of our paperwork back to the 15x25. HUGE HEADACHE for anyone but not Robert. He was so pleasant to deal with! We will be sticking with this one for a while! Highly recommend this storage facility!

Convenient location, reasonable gate access hours, moderately priced*, and meticulously clean.After two horrible experiences with self storage (lost belongings to mildew and mold in one and to theft in another), I cannot praise Extra Space Storage enough for the care they take to ensure units are clean, dry and safe.*Being completely honest, they are a little more expensive than I wanted (or could afford, really) to spend, especially after the price increase... But they are worth every penny. For the reasons I have written above, and especially because they employ the most kind, courteous, and helpful staff I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. 10/10 would recommend!

I also felt the price and contract were extremely reasonable. The boyfriend and I were additionally excited to see they sell lots of moving supplies (if you need them) on-site.Needless to say Im very happy with my unit!

Very clean and well maintained property. Office is clean and nice. Property is gated. Kelly in the office is pleasant, informative and efficient. We got a unit the first day. He was patient to show us a few and didnt try to upsell us into something we didnt need. He helped us pick the perfect unit for our needs and explained all costs and billing up front. Jodi was an amazing manager and always helped us-I’m sorry she left and now a new manager is at the Hammonton location. We have multiple units (4) there: 2 of which are climate control. We have thermometers in each unit due to temperature issues in the past. We went to check on them today and our 2 units are reading over 100 degrees for the past 2 days. Apparently it is not a big deal with the new store manager-even though it states that the temperature shouldn’t go above 85 degrees. I have contacted Facebook and the main corporation telephone number-obviously this needs to be fixed. Neither air is working in your climate control buildings. We have pictures to show the temperatures in the units.
