Took my daughter here to find homecoming dress, she found the perfect dress. Lady told us $200, then when my daughter said she loved the dress she tells us she quoted wrong price. Proceeds to say dress was $400, but would sell to us for $320!!!! Needless to say we wont go there again.

I have bought five evening gowns from “ Your Special Day “and I have been satisfied with each one, great alterations and everything beautiful gowns.

The woman who does alterations is a scammer and overcharges for really AWFUL work. DO NOT GET ALTERATIONS HERE! She lied about the price, totally messed up my garment and refused to refund. The owners did nothing to fix this! I am so upset never again!

Ive been visiting my Personal Shopper Cassondra for years. She has an eye for what is flattering on me, and ensures I leave the shop satisfied. I cruise 2-4 times per year and dress up on Cruise Elegant nights, so I regularly wear formal evening gowns. My latest purchase made me feel like a Nubian Queen and people literally stopped me every few feet to compliment my dress. Well done!

They made my daughters possible

My family has been shopping here since the 70s never had a problem with them. But today My daughter is getting married, she put two dresses on LAYAWAY. My sister went to pay on my daughter dresses ( unknown to my daughter) the clerk showed them my daughters dresses. When my daughter found out she was livid. She didnt want nobody to see her dresses before her wedding. So she went up there to pick up the dress that she originally got and wanted to put the remaining money on another dress she had on layaway for her daughter. They then told her that there was no exchanges or refunds. In the past they would let you use it for store credit. New management wouldnt allow it. There was no mention of the new policy on the receipt, but pulled out a sign and showed her. Then the owner tried to calm her down by trying to give her some discolored bangles to calm her down. They couldve taken a restocking fee and put the remainder on the other dress. Her whole wedding party and the mothers were going to purchase our dresses from there. So that means if I ordered a dress and couldnt fit it I would have to reorder another dress and still lose on the dress I couldnt fit!! What kind of scandalous, scamming operation is this store trying to pull? I ordered my dress from here but I didnt put a deposit down on it and Im glad I didnt!!!! They also tried to say that the dress that was paid in full wasnt, UNTIL my daughter pulled out the receipt, just think if she had lost it they would have tried to make her pay for it twice!!! BE CAREFUL OF THESE PEOPLE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE!!! TRY ANOTHER DRESS SHOP BEFORE COMING TO THIS STORE!!THEY HAVE LOST A WHOLE FAMILY THAT HAS SHOPPED THERE FOR EVERY SPECIAL OCCASION SINCE THE LATE 70S! WE WILL FIND ANOTHER DRESS SHOP THAT RESPECT THEIR CLIENTS!!! Oh yeah they tried to blame everything on their sales lady Cassandra, nothing is her fault she has been with that store for a very long time and she ALWAYS has GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! ITS ALL MANAGEMENT S FAULT! IF THEY HAD NOT SHOWN THE DRESS TO SOMEONE WHO IS NOTTHE OWNER OF THE DRESS NONE OF THIS WOULDNT HAVE HAPPENED!!!!!!!

I had the worst experience I bought a dress from here and it was really bad quality. Also the manger is really rude and the dresses some of them come ripped without u knowing from where. Horrible experience

This place is horrrible. Omg the owner or manger is so rude. They don’t even exchange dresses even if you go in the same day. The dresses are horrible they smell bad. The place is not organized at all. Especially the manger is the worest Chinese lady ever. You will regret ever going in there.

The dresses they have here are simply beautiful. Gowns are one of a kind. And they do excellent alterations.

The store is under new management. I was there yesterday after putting a dress on hold for my wedding. A week ago they in fact showed someone I knew my wedding dress!!! ( because this person inquired about it) I didnt wanted my dress to be seen by anyone until my wedding day. That prompted me to decide I wanted to change it. They told me I couldnt even receive a store credit from the money I had put on the dress( after trying to convince me that I was refunded previously although I hadnt been in the store since I tried the dress on).. they stated that the NEW policy is no refunds,no store credit,and no exchanges. This policy had come into existence AFTER I put my dress up. ( I was in fact told by an employee that if I changed my mind I would ONLY receive store credit upon putting it in layaway..which was fine with me.) However managemnt told me I wouldnt recieve anything,she then tried to GIFT me 2 blue discolored rhinestone bangles she found on the counter! I had been coming here so long I got my prom dress from here...this time I was purchasing a total of 3 dresses from them at once. I am no longer a customer after yesterday. They are ridiculous...my whole entire bridal party will be going elsewhere. The new mangement sucks!!!
