We stopped by on a few occasions and the first time we spoke to Jorge and the second time to Julie. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable and polite! We went there while we were in the process of purchasing and closing on a home and they understood our situation and were willing to work with us to secure a good set of washer and dryer. We felt really comfortable with their customer service and we genuinely felt how much they care to provide customers with great products at competitive prices but with the added value that only a small business can provide! We were sold on a set immediately and we’ll go back to Crossroads anytime we have a need for new appliances.

I live 800 miles away and my mom and dads fridge went out they are in their 80’s. I called Lowe’s, Home Depot, Best Buy and Driskells. Big box store end of month Drisskells next week. Called Cross Roads Appliances told them what happened and they said don’t worry we’ll get there new fridge today install it and take the old one. My brothers and sister and I called in different payments and just like that they made it happened. Kudos to them!! I cannot express my gratitude to this great place. Thank you from all of us. Our washing machine went out. So we went here first just to price and ended up with a washer in less than an hour. The staff are so knowledge and helpful. I will only be buying my appliances from here.

I purchased a whirlpool washer lateperable start of 2018 in Jan. our new washer stopped working, we had a service repair guy come out and the drain pump had to be replaced. We find out at some hair And filler undee warranty from washing a pillow made it into the drain pump and its surprised us that so easily this was going. to become a problem, they covered under warranty, but said it ussually wouldnt be. He explained it would cost 300+ to have it taken aoart abd cleaned. You would think there be a good enough filter. We had a Elotrolux front load for over 9 years washing pillows comforters no problems. We ended up hsving to get service done 2 more times when the machine became inoperable. The drain hose was plugged. It has to be done my a tech since it has a difficult process to get to it, this machine has no frint access filter, like most machines. We asked to exchange machines after the 3rd service visit but they refusee to help us. Now I AM having to purchase a new washer, that isnt a whirlpool. half way into the first year.
